Step 4053, the set-top box 100 initiates an MAC address learning mechanism to obtain MAC address information of the physical port of the interactive home gateway.
Step 4054, the set-top box 100 initiates registration to the STB network manager to request to issue service provisioning configuration through the temporary IP address, which carries the learned home gateway MAC address and the set-top box MAC address.
Step 406, when the home gateway 500 detects that the ITV dedicated interface has access to the set-top box 100, the home gateway 500 is triggered to report the "home gateway MAC address + logical ID" (i.e., "X _ CT-COM STBMAC" reporting event) to the ITMS platform 400 through the TR069 channel.
Step 407, when receiving the report event of "X _ CT-COM STBMAC", the ITMS platform 400 extracts the content reported by the home gateway 500 and the IT system user information (first service activation parameter), to form a user information correspondence table including "home gateway MAC address + logical ID + broadband account + ITV access account"; and the user information corresponding table is actively pushed to the STB network management platform 200.
Step 408, the STB network management platform 200 returns the successful receiving information to the ITMS platform 400, and stores a user information corresponding table of "home gateway MAC address + logical ID + broadband account + ITV access account".
In step 409, the STB network management platform 200 queries, according to the home gateway MAC address reported by the set-top box 100, the user information table "home gateway MAC address + logical ID + broadband account + ITV access account" pushed by the ITMS platform 400 and the user provisioning information table "logical ID + ITV service account + ITV access account" pushed by the ITV platform 800, and with the home gateway MAC address as an index, successfully associates which home gateway 500 the set-top box 100 requesting provisioning of the service is hung down under, and the user line logical ID, ITV service account, and ITV access account to which the set-top box belongs. Therefore, the number of passwords corresponding to the logical ID, the ITV service account and the ITV access account can be inquired to 163 background (RADIUS platform 700).
In step 410, the RADIUS platform 700 returns the password (i.e., the interactive tv access password and the interactive tv service password) corresponding to the queried ITV account to the STB network management platform 200.
In step 411, after acquiring the service provisioning account information of the subscriber line, the STB network management platform 200 writes back the default ITV access account/password of the set-top box, and issues the ITV service account/password, completes the binding relationship between the MAC address of the set-top box and the ITV service account, notifies the set-top box 100 to restart, and verifies the ITV service after the restart is successful.
In step 412, the STB network management platform 200 returns the line to which the user corresponding to the user information table "home gateway MAC address + logic ID + broadband account + ITV access account" belongs, and the set-top box service issues a successfully configured status value to the ITMS platform 400.
The embodiment of the invention solves the problem that the association relation of the user line where the set top box is positioned can not be identified when the set top box opens the ITV service in the passive optical network.
The embodiment of the invention utilizes the set top box to reversely learn the MAC address accessed to the home gateway, thereby effectively avoiding and filtering the following problems: in the prior art, because a home gateway actively learns the method of accessing the device, the possibility of frequent reporting and false reporting of the service opening event message caused by learning the MAC address of the device except the set top box, such as a PC, a router and the like, may exist, and the processing burden of an upper-layer IT service system is caused.
The embodiment of the invention is based on that the set top box learns the MAC address of the home gateway, and the MAC address is used as a system for connecting two sets of service opening systems in series, thereby providing a unique basis, being capable of searching out the user line to which the opened set top box belongs and the service account and the password which need to be issued, and further realizing the whole IT process and the construction automation. The embodiment of the invention has the advantages of plug and play and no need of manual intervention.
The structure and function of the constituent devices of the interactive television service provisioning system, such as the set-top box 100 and the set-top box network management platform 200, mentioned in the above embodiments of the present invention are further described below by specific embodiments.
Fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of a network management platform of a set top box according to a first embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 5, the set-top box network management platform 200 in the embodiment of fig. 1 or fig. 3 may include a registration request receiving module 210, an inquiry module 220, and an account issuing module 230, where:
the registration request receiving module 210 is configured to receive a registration request initiated by the set top box 100, where the registration request includes a home gateway MAC address, and the home gateway MAC address is obtained through reverse learning after the set top box 100 is powered on and accesses the home gateway 500.
And the query module 220 is configured to determine the subscriber line logic identifier, the interactive television account and the password corresponding to the set top box 100 according to the home gateway MAC address query.
The account issuing module 230 is configured to issue the interactive television account and the password to the set top box 100 corresponding to the home gateway MAC address, so as to complete binding of the set top box MAC address and the interactive television account.
Based on the set-top box network management platform provided by the embodiment of the invention, the set-top box learns the MAC address of the physical port of the home gateway, and the uniqueness of the MAC address of the physical port of the home gateway is utilized to complete the identification and judgment of the access user line of the set-top box and perfect the service processing mechanism of IT and full-automatic construction of the existing ITV service issuing process, thereby improving the opening efficiency of the existing network ITV service.
The embodiment of the invention can realize zero configuration of the set top box, complete deployment of factory data and plug and play. The embodiment of the invention realizes the transition from manual configuration to full-flow IT operation of the ITV service. The embodiment of the invention improves the working efficiency of a front-line maintenance worker. The embodiment of the invention improves the user service perception and the quick-assembly and quick-repair effects of telecom ITV business brands.
Fig. 6 is a schematic diagram of a network management platform of a set top box according to a second embodiment of the present invention. Compared with the embodiment shown in fig. 5, in the embodiment shown in fig. 6, the network management platform of the set top box may further include an activation message issuing module 240, where:

The set-top box of the embodiment of the invention can realize zero configuration of the set-top box, the factory data is deployed and finished, and plug and play can be realized. The embodiment of the invention realizes the transition from manual configuration to full-flow IT operation of the ITV service. the reverse learning module 110 is configured to obtain a home gateway MAC address through reverse learning after the home gateway 500 is accessed in an uplink;
the registration request module 120 is configured to initiate a registration request to a set-top box network management platform, where the registration request includes a home gateway MAC address, so that the set-top box network management platform queries and determines a user line logic identifier and an interactive television account and a password corresponding to the set-top box 100 according to the home gateway MAC address, and issues the interactive television account and the password to the set-top box 100 corresponding to the home gateway MAC address to complete binding of the set-top box MAC address and the interactive television account.
Based on the set-top box provided by the embodiment of the invention, the set-top box is used for learning the MAC address of the physical port of the home gateway, and the uniqueness of the MAC address of the physical port of the home gateway is used for finishing the identification and judgment of the access subscriber line of the set-top box and perfecting the business processing mechanism of IT and full-automatic construction of the existing ITV business issuing process, thereby improving the opening efficiency of the existing network ITV business.
Fig. 9 is a schematic diagram of a set-top box according to a second embodiment of the present invention. Compared with the embodiment shown in fig. 8, in the embodiment shown in fig. 9, the set top box may further include an activation message issuing module 240, where:

the first parameter receiving module 410 is configured to receive a first service provisioning parameter sent by the service support system, where after the customer relationship management system accepts that a request for provisioning an interactive television service by a user is successful, the service support system sends the first service provisioning parameter to the terminal integrated management system platform, and the first service provisioning parameter includes a user line logic identifier, a broadband account, and an interactive television access account.
The gateway address receiving module 420 is configured to receive the subscriber line logic identifier and the home gateway MAC address reported by the home gateway 500, where the home gateway 500 reports the home gateway MAC address and the subscriber line logic identifier to the terminal integrated management system platform when detecting that the set-top box 100 accesses the terminal.
And a mapping table forming module 430, configured to form a user information mapping table according to the first service provisioning parameter and the home gateway MAC address, where the user information mapping table includes the home gateway MAC address, the user line logic identifier, the interactive television access account, and the interactive television service account.
The correspondence table sending module 440 is configured to send the user information correspondence table to the set-top box network management platform.
Based on the terminal integrated management system platform provided by the embodiment of the invention, the user information corresponding table can be provided for the network management platform of the set top box, so that the network management platform of the set top box can learn the MAC address of the home gateway based on the set top box, and the system can be used as a serial connection of two sets of service opening systems, provides a unique basis, and can retrieve the user line to which the opened set top box belongs and the service account and the password which need to be issued, thereby realizing the whole IT process and the construction automation. The embodiment of the invention has the advantages of plug and play and no need of manual intervention.
FIG. 11 is a diagram of an interactive television platform according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 11, the terminal interactive television platform 800 of the embodiment of fig. 3 may include a third parameter receiving module 810 and a third parameter pushing module 820, wherein:
the third parameter receiving module 810 is configured to receive a third service provisioning parameter sent by the service support system, where after the customer relationship management system accepts that a request for provisioning an interactive television service by a user is successful, the service support system sends the third service provisioning parameter to the interactive television platform, and the third service provisioning parameter includes a user line logic identifier, a broadband account, an interactive television access account, and an interactive television service account.
A third parameter pushing module 820, configured to push the third service provisioning parameter to the set-top box network management platform, so as to form a user provisioning information table on the set-top box network management platform, where the user provisioning information table includes the third service provisioning parameter.
Based on the terminal integrated management system platform provided by the embodiment of the invention, the user opening information table can be provided for the network management platform of the set top box, so that the network management platform of the set top box can learn the MAC address of the home gateway based on the set top box, and the system can be used as a serial connection of two sets of service opening systems, provides a unique basis, and can retrieve the user line to which the opened set top box belongs and the service account and the password which need to be issued, thereby realizing the whole IT process and the construction automation. The embodiment of the invention has the advantages of plug and play and no need of manual intervention.
Fig. 12 is a diagram illustrating an embodiment of a remote user dialing authentication service platform according to the invention. As shown in fig. 12, the remote user dialing authentication service platform 700 of the embodiment of fig. 3 may include a second parameter receiving module 710, a query request receiving module 720, a query executing module 730, and a password sending module 740, wherein:
the second parameter receiving module 710 is configured to receive a second service provisioning parameter sent by the service support system, where after the customer relationship management system accepts that a request for provisioning an interactive television service by a user is successful, the service support system sends the second service provisioning parameter to the remote user dial-up authentication service platform, and the second service provisioning parameter includes a user line logic identifier, an interactive television access account, and an interactive television service account.
The query request receiving module 720 is configured to receive a password query request sent by a network management platform of the set top box, where the password query request includes a user line logic identifier, an interactive television access account, and an interactive television service account, where the interactive television service account includes an interactive television access account and an interactive television service account.
And the query execution module 730 is configured to query and acquire an interactive television access password and an interactive television service password according to the subscriber line logic identifier, the interactive television access account and the interactive television service account, where the interactive television password includes the interactive television access password and the interactive television service password.
And the password sending module 740 is configured to send the interactive television access password and the interactive television service password to the set-top box network management platform.
Based on the remote user dialing authentication service platform provided by the embodiment of the invention, the interactive television access password and the interactive television service password can be provided for the network management platform of the set top box, so that the default ITV access account/password of the set top box can be rewritten, the ITV service account/password can be issued, and the binding relationship between the MAC address of the set top box and the ITV service account can be completed, thereby realizing the whole IT process and the construction automation. The embodiment of the invention has the advantages of plug and play and no need of manual intervention.
The set top box 100, set top box network management platform 200, service support system 300, ITMS platform 400, home gateway 500, BRAS600, RADIUS700, ITV platform 800, etc. described above may each be implemented as a general purpose processor, a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) or other programmable logic device, discrete gate or transistor logic, discrete hardware components, or any suitable combination thereof, for performing the functions described herein.

Claims (16)

1. An interactive television service provisioning method, comprising:
after the set top box is electrified and accessed into the home gateway, the MAC address of the home gateway is obtained through reverse learning;
the set top box initiates a registration request to a set top box network management platform, wherein the registration request comprises a home gateway MAC address, and the set top box initiates the registration request to the set top box network management platform comprises the following steps: the set-top box acquires a temporary management IP address of a set-top box network management platform from a broadband remote access server, and initiates a registration request to the set-top box network management platform according to the temporary management IP address;
under the condition that the home gateway detects that the set top box is accessed, the home gateway MAC address and the user line logic identifier are reported to a terminal integrated management system platform;
a terminal integrated management system platform forms a user information corresponding table according to a first service opening parameter and a home gateway MAC address, wherein the user information corresponding table comprises the home gateway MAC address, a user line logic identifier, an interactive television access account and an interactive television service account;
the terminal integrated management system platform sends the user information corresponding table to the set-top box network management platform;
the set top box network management platform inquires the user information corresponding table and a user opening information table according to the home gateway MAC address so as to obtain a user line logic identifier and an interactive television account;
the set top box network management platform inquires and acquires an interactive television password from a remote user dialing authentication service platform according to the user line logic identifier and the interactive television account;
and the set-top box network management platform sends the interactive television account and the password to the set-top box corresponding to the home gateway MAC address so as to finish the binding of the set-top box MAC address and the interactive television account.
2. The method of claim 1, after completing the binding between the MAC address of the set-top box and the interactive television account, further comprising:
and issuing a service opening message to a terminal integrated management system platform, wherein the service opening message is a message that the set top box corresponding to the MAC address of the home gateway successfully opens the interactive television service.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the registration request further includes a set-top box MAC address.
4. The method according to any of claims 1-3, further comprising, before powering on the set-top box to access the home gateway:
after the customer relationship management system accepts the successful request of the user for opening the interactive television service, the service support system respectively sends a first service opening parameter, a second service opening parameter and a third service opening parameter to the terminal comprehensive management system platform, the remote user dialing authentication service platform and the interactive television platform;
and the interactive television platform pushes the third service opening parameter to a set top box network management platform so as to form a user opening information table on the set top box network management platform, wherein the user opening information table comprises the third service opening parameter.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the first service provisioning parameter comprises a subscriber line logic identifier, a broadband account, and an interactive television access account;
the second service opening parameter comprises a user line logic identifier, an interactive television access account and an interactive television service account;
the third service activation parameter comprises a user line logic identifier, a broadband account, an interactive television access account and an interactive television service account;
before the set-top box is powered on to access the home gateway, the method further comprises the following steps:
the home gateway establishes connection with the terminal integrated management system platform, opens the terminal integrated management service, and binds the user line logic identifier.
6. The method of claim 5,
the interactive television account comprises an interactive television access account and an interactive television service account;
the interactive television password comprises an interactive television access password and an interactive television service password.
7. A set top box network management platform is characterized by comprising:
the system comprises a registration request receiving module, a registration request sending module and a registration request sending module, wherein the registration request comprises a home gateway MAC address, the registration request is sent by the set top box to the set top box network management platform from a broadband remote access server, the set top box sends the temporary management IP address to the set top box network management platform according to the temporary management IP address, and the home gateway MAC address is obtained by reverse learning after the set top box is powered on and accessed to the home gateway;
the system comprises an information corresponding table receiving module, a terminal comprehensive management system platform and a service management module, wherein the information corresponding table receiving module is used for receiving a user information corresponding table sent by the terminal comprehensive management system platform, the user information corresponding table comprises a home gateway MAC address, a user line logic identifier, an interactive television access account and an interactive television service account, the home gateway reports the home gateway MAC address and the user line logic identifier to the terminal comprehensive management system platform under the condition that the home gateway detects the access of a set top box, and the terminal comprehensive management system platform forms the user information corresponding table according to a first service opening parameter and the home gateway MAC address;
the query module is used for querying the user information corresponding table and the user opening information table according to the home gateway MAC address so as to acquire a user line logic identifier and an interactive television account; inquiring and acquiring an interactive television password from a remote user dialing authentication service platform according to the user line logic identifier and the interactive television account;
and the account number issuing module is used for issuing the interactive television account number and the password to the set top box corresponding to the home gateway MAC address so as to finish the binding of the set top box MAC address and the interactive television account number.
8. The set-top box network management platform according to claim 7, further comprising:
and the opening message issuing module is used for issuing a service opening message to the terminal integrated management system platform after the binding of the MAC address of the set top box and the interactive television account is finished, wherein the service opening message is a message that the interactive television service is successfully opened by the set top box corresponding to the MAC address of the home gateway.
9. The set-top box network management platform according to claim 7 or 8, further comprising:
the service parameter receiving module is used for receiving a third service opening parameter pushed by the interactive television platform, wherein after the customer relationship management system accepts the success of a request of a user for opening the interactive television service, the service support system respectively sends the first service opening parameter, the second service opening parameter and the third service opening parameter to the terminal comprehensive management system platform, the remote user dialing authentication service platform and the interactive television platform;
the opening information table forming module is used for forming a user opening information table according to the third service opening parameter, wherein the user opening information table comprises the third service opening parameter;
the first service opening parameter comprises a user line logic identifier, a broadband account and an interactive television access account;
the second service opening parameter comprises a user line logic identifier, an interactive television access account and an interactive television service account;
the third service activation parameter comprises a user line logic identifier, a broadband account, an interactive television access account and an interactive television service account.
10. The set-top box network management platform according to claim 7 or 8, wherein the query module comprises:
the first query unit is used for querying the user information corresponding table and the user opening information table according to the home gateway MAC address so as to acquire a user line logic identifier, an interactive television access account and an interactive television service account, wherein the interactive television account comprises an interactive television access account and an interactive television service account;
and the second query unit is used for querying and acquiring an interactive television access password and an interactive television service password from the remote user dialing authentication service platform according to the user line logic identifier, the interactive television access account and the interactive television service account, wherein the interactive television password comprises the interactive television access password and the interactive television service password.
11. A set top box, comprising:
the reverse learning module is used for acquiring the MAC address of the home gateway through reverse learning after the home gateway is accessed in an uplink;
the registration request module is used for initiating a registration request to a network management platform of the set-top box, wherein the registration request comprises a home gateway MAC address, and the step of initiating the registration request to the network management platform of the set-top box by the set-top box comprises the following steps: the set-top box acquires a temporary management IP address of a set-top box network management platform from a broadband remote access server, initiates a registration request to the set-top box network management platform according to the temporary management IP address so that the set-top box network management platform inquires a user information corresponding table and a user opening information table according to the home gateway MAC address to acquire a user line logic identifier and an interactive television account, inquires and acquires an interactive television password from a remote user dialing authentication service platform according to the user line logic identifier and the interactive television account, and issues the interactive television account and the password to the set-top box corresponding to the home gateway MAC address to finish the binding of the set-top box MAC address and the interactive television account, wherein the user information corresponding table comprises the home gateway MAC address, the user line logic identifier, the interactive television access account and the interactive television service account, the user information corresponding table is formed by the terminal integrated management system platform according to the first service opening parameter and the home gateway MAC address, and the MAC address and the user line logic identifier are reported to the terminal integrated management system platform when the home gateway detects that the set top box is accessed;
the network management address acquisition module is used for acquiring a temporary management IP address of the network management platform of the set top box from the broadband remote access server;
the registration request module is used for initiating a registration request to a network management platform of the set-top box according to the temporary management IP address, wherein the registration request also comprises a MAC address of the set-top box.

the gateway address receiving module is used for receiving the user line logic identifier and the home gateway MAC address reported by the home gateway, wherein the home gateway reports the home gateway MAC address and the user line logic identifier to the terminal integrated management system platform when detecting that the set top box is accessed;
the system comprises a correspondence table forming module, a first service activation parameter setting module and a home gateway MAC address setting module, wherein the correspondence table forming module is used for forming a user information correspondence table according to the first service activation parameter and the home gateway MAC address, and the user information correspondence table comprises a home gateway MAC address, a user line logic identifier, an interactive television access account and an interactive television service account;
a corresponding table sending module, which is used for sending the user information corresponding table to the set-top box network management platform, so that the set-top box network management platform inquires the user information corresponding table and a user opening information table according to a home gateway MAC address contained in a registration request initiated by the set-top box to the set-top box network management platform to obtain a user line logic identifier and an interactive television account, inquires an interactive television password from a remote user dialing authentication service platform according to the user line logic identifier and the interactive television account, the set-top box network management platform issues the interactive television account and the password to the set-top box corresponding to the home gateway MAC address to finish the binding of the set-top box MAC address and the interactive television account, wherein after the set-top box is powered on to access the home gateway, the home gateway MAC address is obtained through reverse learning, and the temporary management IP address of the set-top box network management platform is obtained from a broadband remote access server, and the set-top box initiates a registration request to a set-top box network management platform according to the temporary management IP address.
13. A remote user dial-up authentication service platform, comprising:
the second parameter receiving module is used for receiving a second service opening parameter sent by the service support system, wherein after the customer relationship management system accepts the success of a request of a user for opening the interactive television service, the service support system sends the second service opening parameter to the remote user dialing authentication service platform, and the second service opening parameter comprises a user line logic identifier, an interactive television access account and an interactive television service account;
the system comprises a query request receiving module and a set top box network management platform, wherein the query request receiving module is used for receiving a password query request sent by the set top box network management platform, the password query request comprises a user line logic identifier, an interactive television access account and an interactive television service account, the interactive television account comprises an interactive television access account and an interactive television service account, after the set top box is electrified and accessed into a home gateway, a home gateway MAC address is obtained through reverse learning, the set top box initiates a registration request to the set top box network management platform, the registration request comprises the home gateway MAC address, and the set top box initiates the registration request to the set top box network management platform comprises the following steps: the set-top box acquires a temporary management IP address of a set-top box network management platform from a broadband remote access server, the set-top box initiates a registration request to the set-top box network management platform according to the temporary management IP address, and under the condition that the home gateway detects the access of the set-top box, the home gateway MAC address and the user line logic identifier are reported to the terminal integrated management system platform, the terminal integrated management system platform forms a user information corresponding table according to a first service opening parameter and the home gateway MAC address, wherein the user information corresponding table comprises the home gateway MAC address, the user line logic identifier, an interactive television access account and an interactive television service account, the terminal integrated management system platform sends the user information corresponding table to the set-top box network management platform, and the set-top box network management platform inquires the user information corresponding table and a user opening information table according to the home gateway MAC address, acquiring a user line logic identifier, an interactive television access account and an interactive television service account;
the query execution module is used for querying and acquiring an interactive television access password and an interactive television service password according to the user line logic identifier, the interactive television access account and the interactive television service account, wherein the interactive television password comprises the interactive television access password and the interactive television service password;
and the password sending module is used for sending the interactive television access password and the interactive television service password to the set top box network management platform so that the set top box network management platform can send the interactive television account and the password to the set top box corresponding to the home gateway MAC address to finish the binding of the set top box MAC address and the interactive television account.
14. An interactive television service provisioning system comprising a set-top box network management platform according to any one of claims 7 to 10 and a set-top box according to claim 11.

The interactive television service provisioning system of claim 14, further comprising at least one of a home gateway, a service support system, a broadband remote access server, a terminal integrated management system platform as recited in claim 12, and a remote subscriber dial-up authentication service platform as recited in claim 13.
16. The interactive television service provisioning system of claim 14 or 15 further comprising an interactive television platform, wherein the interactive television platform comprises:
the third parameter receiving module is used for receiving a third service opening parameter sent by the service support system, wherein after the customer relationship management system accepts the successful request of the user for opening the interactive television service, the service support system sends the third service opening parameter to the interactive television platform, and the third service opening parameter comprises a user line logic identifier, a broadband account number, an interactive television access account number and an interactive television service account number;
and the third parameter pushing module is used for pushing the third service opening parameter to the set top box network management platform so as to form a user opening information table on the set top box network management platform, wherein the user opening information table comprises the third service opening parameter.
