Preferably, in the present embodiment, an insulating medium is filled between the metal shell 4 and the PCB2, and the insulating medium can improve the insulation between each strand of adjacent wires and between each strand of wires and the metal shell 4 in the connection line 3, and can also enhance the connection strength between the wires and the PCB2 and the structural strength of the wires themselves.

The insulating block 5, the insulating medium and the protective sleeve 6 are all made of plastic. After the metal shell 4 is assembled, the data line plug 1 is placed into an injection mold, plastic is injected into a mold cavity, and the insulating block 5, the filling medium and the protective sleeve 6 are integrally formed in an injection molding mode.
