Abstract

本发明公开了一种高强度PVC管材,其由内至外依次设置有聚氯乙烯层、第一胶黏剂层、加强层、第二胶黏剂层、聚氯乙烯层和防腐层;聚氯乙烯层主要由以下重量份的材料组成:聚氯乙烯100重量份;聚碳酸酯10~12重量份;乙炔‑丙烯共聚物5‑8份;稳定剂2~4重量份;填料8~12重量份;β‑环糊精1~3重量份。本发明的高强度PVC管材通过对聚氯乙烯层配方进行优化,提高其抗冲击性能和抗冻裂性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及塑料管材技术领域,特别涉及一种高强度PVC管材。
背景技术
现有的PVC管材一般整体由PVC材料制成,抗冲击强度较弱,且在冬季使用容易破裂,因此需要一种高抗冲击强度,且具有抗冻效果的PVC管材。
发明内容
针对上述现有的PVC管材冲击强度低和易冻裂的问题,本发明提供一种高强度PVC管材。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种高强度PVC管材,其中:其由内至外依次设置有聚氯乙烯层、第一胶黏剂层、加强层、第二胶黏剂层、聚氯乙烯层和防腐层;
其中,所述聚氯乙烯层主要由以下重量份的材料组成:

优选的是,所述的高强度PVC管材,其中,所述聚氯乙烯的数均分子量为60000~70000g/mol。
优选的是,所述的高强度PVC管材,其中,所述聚碳酸酯的数均分子量为6500~7000g/mol。
优选的是,所述的高强度PVC管材,其中,所述乙炔-丙烯共聚物中,乙炔单体的占比为42-48wt%。
优选的是,所述的高强度PVC管材,其中,所述稳定剂包括30~40wt%硬脂酸钾和60~70wt%月桂酸铈。
优选的是,所述的高强度PVC管材,其中,所述填料包括70~80wt%Ti3GeC2和20~30wt%氮化铝。
优选的是,所述的高强度PVC管材,其中,所述Ti3GeC2和氮化铝粒径为70~80nm。
优选的是,所述的高强度PVC管材,其中,还包括2~4重量份的四氟乙烯-乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物。
优选的是,所述的高强度PVC管材,其中,所述四氟乙烯-乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物中,四氟乙烯含量为10~15wt%,乙烯含量为25~28wt%,其余为醋酸乙烯酯。
优选的是,所述的高强度PVC管材,其中,所述加强层为聚丙烯纤维层。
有益效果:
(1)本发明的高强度PVC管材通过对聚氯乙烯层配方进行优化,提高其抗冲击性能和抗冻裂性能。
(2)本发明的聚氯乙烯层通过加入聚碳酸酯提高耐热性能,抗冲击性能和抗氧化性能;乙炔-丙烯共聚物增加PVC管材的抗冲击性能;通过加入β-环糊精改善填料和聚氯乙烯体系的相容性能;Ti3GeC2和氮化铝与乙炔-丙烯共聚物结合后,可有效提升管材在高温下的耐候性及在低温下的抗裂性,Ti3GeC2和氮化铝可产生协同作用;通过加入四氟乙烯-乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物提高其抗老化能力、低温抗裂性能和润滑性能;通过加入聚丙烯纤维层改善PVC管的抗冲击强度、弹性和耐腐蚀性能。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步说明。在此需要说明的是,对于这些实施方式的说明用于帮助理解本发明,但并不构成对本发明的限定。此外,下面所描述的本发明各个实施方式中所涉及的技术特征只要彼此之间未构成冲突就可以相互组合。
参照图1,本发明提供一种高强度PVC管材,其由内至外依次设置有聚氯乙烯层、第一胶黏剂层、加强层、第二胶黏剂层、聚氯乙烯层和防腐层;
其中,聚氯乙烯层主要由以下重量份的材料组成:

聚氯乙烯具有阻燃、耐化学药品性高(耐浓盐酸、浓度为90%的硫酸、浓度为60%的硝酸和浓度20%的氢氧化钠)、机械强度的优点,聚氯乙烯热稳定性和耐光性较差;通过加入聚碳酸酯提高耐热性能,抗冲击性能和抗氧化性能;乙炔-丙烯共聚物用于改善聚氯乙烯体系的内聚力和热压粘度,减小聚氯乙烯层表面收缩应力,增加PVC管材的抗冲击性能;通过加入β-环糊精改善填料和聚氯乙烯体系的相容性能。
作为本案又一实施例,其中,聚氯乙烯的数均分子量为60000~70000g/mol。聚氯乙烯的数均分子量可以其机械强度,因此,聚氯乙烯的数均分子量应受到限制。
作为本案又一实施例,其中,聚碳酸酯的数均分子量为6500~7000g/mol。聚碳酸酯的数均分子量可以影响耐热性能和抗冲击性能,因此,聚碳酸酯的数均分子量也应受到限制。
作为本案又一实施例,其中,乙炔-丙烯共聚物中,乙炔单体的占比为42-48wt%。当对乙炔和丙烯的含量进行限定后,可获得更优的抗冲击性能。
作为本案又一实施例,其中,稳定剂包括30~40wt%硬脂酸钾和60~70wt%月桂酸铈。
作为本案又一实施例,其中,填料包括70~80wt%Ti3GeC2和20~30wt%氮化铝。Ti3GeC2和氮化铝与乙炔-丙烯共聚物结合后,可有效提升管材在高温下的耐候性及在低温下的抗裂性,Ti3GeC2和氮化铝可产生协同作用。
作为本案又一实施例,其中,Ti3GeC2和氮化铝粒径为70~80nm。
作为本案又一实施例,其中,还包括2~4重量份的四氟乙烯-乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物。本案对乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物进行了改性,在乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物中引入四氟乙烯分子,以在不影响其粘结强度的前提下,提高其抗老化能力、低温抗裂性能和润滑性能。此外,研究还发现四氟乙烯-乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物与乙炔-丙烯共聚物结合使用,以进一步提高其抗冲击能力。
作为本案又一实施例,其中,四氟乙烯-乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物中,四氟乙烯含量为10~15wt%,乙烯含量为25~28wt%,其余为醋酸乙烯酯。研究发现,当对四氟乙烯-乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物中四氟乙烯、乙烯及醋酸乙烯酯的配比进行限定后,可获得更优的冲击性能和低温抗裂性能,因此三者的比例应受到限制。
作为本案又一实施例,其中,加强层为聚丙烯纤维层。通过加入聚丙烯纤维层改善PVC管的抗冲击强度、弹性和耐腐蚀性能。

1.一种高强度PVC管材,其特征在于:其由内至外依次设置有聚氯乙烯层、第一胶黏剂层、加强层、第二胶黏剂层、聚氯乙烯层和防腐层;
其中,所述聚氯乙烯层主要由以下重量份的材料组成:

所述填料包括70~80wt%Ti3GeC2和20~30wt%氮化铝。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高强度PVC管材,其特征在于,所述聚氯乙烯的数均分子量为60000~70000g/mol。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高强度PVC管材,其特征在于,所述聚碳酸酯的数均分子量为6500~7000g/mol。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高强度PVC管材,其特征在于,所述乙炔-丙烯共聚物中,乙炔单体的占比为42-48wt%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的高强度PVC管材,其特征在于,所述稳定剂包括30~40wt%硬脂酸钾和60~70wt%月桂酸铈。
6.根据权利要求1所述的高强度PVC管材,其特征在于,所述Ti3GeC2和氮化铝粒径为70~80nm。
7.根据权利要求1所述的高强度PVC管材,其特征在于,还包括2~4重量份的四氟乙烯-乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物。
8.根据权利要求7所述的高强度PVC管材,其特征在于,所述四氟乙烯-乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物中,四氟乙烯含量为10~15wt%,乙烯含量为25~28wt%,其余为醋酸乙烯酯。
9.根据权利要求1所述的高强度PVC管材,其特征在于,所述加强层为聚丙烯纤维层。
