Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a double-sided sanding machine for finishing the wool direction in a blowing and pressing mode, and aims to solve the defects that after sanding the cloth, the sanding machine in the prior art needs to be rolled into a bundle again, the wool can be in a vertical shape, the wool can incline in a disorder of seven-eight grains due to external force or uneven stress during rolling, the fabric can be shaped after being rolled for a long time, the attractiveness of the cloth is affected, and meanwhile, the wool with irregular inclination can seriously affect the subsequent production of finished products.

a double-sided sanding machine for tidying wool direction by adopting a blowing and pressing mode structurally comprises a machine body frame, a driving machine case, an entering guide roller, an auxiliary roller, a sanding roller, a guide roller set and a blowing and pressing type wool tidying and winding device, wherein the driving machine case is arranged on two sides of the machine body frame and is connected with the machine body frame through electric welding, the entering guide roller is arranged below the middle front part of the machine body frame, the auxiliary roller is uniformly and equidistantly arranged at the middle front part of the machine body frame, the sanding roller is equally divided into two groups of machine body frames which are staggered front and back, the middle part of the machine body frame is positioned above the rear part of the auxiliary roller, the guide roller set is arranged above the machine body frame, and the blowing and pressing type wool tidying and winding device is arranged behind the guide roller set and is mechanically connected with the driving machine case;
pressure-blowing type wool finishing winding device is composed of a device frame, a winding driving roller and a wool finishing mechanism, the device frame is provided with two symmetrical left and right shapes, is arranged at the rear of a guide roller group and welded with a machine body frame, the winding driving roller is arranged between the device frame and is connected with a rotating and moving mechanism, the winding driving roller is connected with a driving machine case in a meshing and moving manner through a transmission belt, and the wool finishing mechanism is arranged below the winding driving roller in front of the blowing and pressing manner.
According to a further scheme of the invention, the blowing and pressing wool-finishing mechanism comprises an upper blowing and finishing roller structure, a lower blowing and finishing roller structure, a pressing plate clamp, a triangular end frame and an adjusting spring, wherein the upper blowing and finishing roller structure is arranged above the lower blowing and finishing roller structure, the pressing plate clamp is arranged at the rear part of the middle of the upper blowing and finishing roller structure and the lower blowing and finishing roller structure, the triangular end frame is arranged at two ends of the upper blowing and finishing roller structure and the lower blowing and finishing roller structure and is movably connected in a rotating mode, the adjusting spring is arranged in the device frame, and the upper end and the lower end of the adjusting spring are respectively welded with the triangular end frame and the device frame.
As a further scheme of the invention, the upper blowing and reforming roller structure comprises an air-through inner pipe, an air-conveying hose, an air-conveying seam, a reforming outer pipe and an oblique air-blowing seam, wherein one end of the air-conveying hose is communicated with the left end of the air-through inner pipe, the other end of the air-conveying hose is embedded into a driving case and connected with an air compressor, the air-conveying seam is arranged on the side of the air-conveying hose and is of an integrated forming structure, the reforming outer pipe is arranged outside the air-conveying hose and is in transition fit, and the oblique air-blowing seam is uniformly arranged on the outer surface of the reforming outer pipe at equal intervals and is of an integrated forming structure.
As a further scheme of the invention, the air conveying seam is arranged at the left lower part of the air-through inner pipe, the width of the seam opening is the same as that of the oblique air blowing seam, the air can be blown out completely, the air outlet seam is small, and the blown-out wind power is strong.

As a further scheme of the invention, the lower blowing and finishing roller structure is provided with two lower blowing and finishing roller structures which are distributed in an isosceles triangle with the upper blowing and finishing roller structure, the composition structure of the lower blowing and finishing roller structure is the same as that of the upper blowing and finishing roller structure, and the only difference is that an inclined blowing seam of the lower blowing and finishing roller structure is inclined in the anticlockwise direction, so that double-sided simultaneous blowing and pressing and hair finishing are realized.
As a further scheme of the invention, the distance between the clamping plates of the pressing plate clamp is the same as the distance between the upper blowing and finishing roller structure and the lower blowing and finishing roller structure, and the rear part of the pressing plate clamp is meshed with the lower edge of the winding and driving roller, so that the pressing and finishing time of fluff is prolonged, and the fluff is prevented from being restored when not wound.
Advantageous effects of the invention
Compared with the traditional sanding machine, the sanding machine has the advantages that the blowing and pressing type sanding winding device is arranged, cloth subjected to sanding processing can be blown obliquely in the same direction and pressed, fluff on the surface of the cloth is inclined in the same direction when the cloth is wound again, the fluff in a vertical shape is prevented, the fluff is inclined in a mixed seven-eight-vinasse manner due to external force or uneven stress during winding when the fluff is wound, the attractiveness of the cloth is guaranteed, and meanwhile, the finished product manufacturing in the later period is facilitated.

The distance between the clamping plates of the pressing plate clamp 733 is the same as that between the upper blowing-finishing roller structure 731 and the lower blowing-finishing roller structure 732, and the rear part of the pressing plate clamp 733 is meshed with the lower edge of the winding driving roller 72, so that the pressing time of fluff is prolonged, and the fluff is prevented from being restored when the fluff is not wound.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: under the condition of connecting a power supply, a non-sanded cloth roll is placed and clamped at the rear lower part of a machine body frame 1, one end of the cloth sequentially bypasses the lower part of a guide roller 3, the rear part of an auxiliary roller 4, between two groups of sanding rollers 5 and the upper part of a guide roller group 6, passes through a gap between an upper blowing roller structure 731 and a lower blowing roller structure 732 and a gap between a pressing plate clamp 733, is finally fixed on the outer surface of a winding driving roller 72, equipment is started, the winding driving roller 72 timely rotates and draws the cloth, the sanding rollers 5 rotate in the direction opposite to the moving direction of the cloth, two sides of the cloth are rubbed, fluff is raised on the two sides of the cloth after multiple rubbing, bypasses the guide roller group 6, enters the upper blowing roller structure 731 and the lower blowing roller structure 732, at the moment, gas in an air ventilation inner pipe a is sent through an air hose b, and is blown out from an oblique air blowing seam e which is overlapped with the air conveying seam c during rotation through the air conveying seam c, because the oblique blowing seam e of the upper blowing and finishing roller structure 731 is arranged at the lower left position and inclines clockwise, and the oblique blowing seam e of the lower blowing and finishing roller structure 732 is arranged at the upper left position and inclines anticlockwise, fluff on two sides of the blown fabric is toppled forwards and then enters the pressing and finishing plate clamp 733 for delayed sizing, and the fluff is not raised again and is rolled up when the fluff is still.
The invention solves the problem that the prior art of the sanding machine needs to be rolled into a bundle again after sanding the cloth, the fluff can be in a vertical shape at the moment, the fluff can be inclined in a tangy seven-eight grains due to external force or uneven stress during rolling, the fluff can be shaped after being rolled for a long time in the state, the attractiveness of the cloth is influenced, and meanwhile, the fluff with irregular inclination seriously influences the subsequent production of finished products.
