The texture of the packaging paper embossment printed by the packaging paper embossment laser printing method in the prior art is not soft enough, and the printing effect is not good enough.

(4) mixing and stirring 4-6 parts of carboxymethyl cellulose, 2-4 parts of polyurethane matte resin, 12-16 parts of methylene bisacrylamide, 0.2-0.4 part of curing agent, 0.3-0.6 part of pH regulator, 0.4-0.6 part of flatting agent and 30-40 parts of water for 70-90min at the temperature of 68-72 ℃ and the rotating speed of 60-80r/min, and naturally cooling to room temperature to obtain the relief printing coating;
(5) coating the relief printing coating on the surface of the PET film by adopting a single-side coating mode, clamping edges in the middle during coating, controlling the width of the clamping edges at one side to be less than 0.7mm, and controlling the dry coating amount to be 1.3-1.7g/m2
(6) Two surfaces of the packaging paper are respectively and closely combined with a BOPP film and a PET film, and a laser imaging layer and patterns/characters are transferred to the packaging paper by a film pressing machine;
(7) separating the packaging paper from the BOPP film and the PET film respectively;
(8) and (3) putting the obtained packaging paper into a relief mould, and pressing and forming.
In the preferred embodiment of the invention, the UV lamp in the step (3) is exposed for 1/1400 seconds under the irradiation of 3.6KW UV lamp light, and the UV ink on the BOPP film is dried.
In the preferred embodiment of the invention, the leveling agent in the step (4) is BYK-342.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the pH adjusting agent in step (4) is trimethylamine.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the relief printing coating in step (4) is: 4 parts of carboxymethyl cellulose, 2 parts of polyurethane matte resin, 12 parts of methylene bisacrylamide, 0.2 part of curing agent, 0.3 part of pH regulator, 0.4 part of flatting agent and 30 parts of water.

(5) coating the relief printing coating on the surface of the PET film by adopting a single-side coating mode, clamping edges in the middle during coating, controlling the width of the clamping edges at one side to be less than 0.7mm, and controlling the dry coating amount to be 1.3-1.7g/m2
