Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of packaging materials, and particularly relates to a printing method of embossed laser packaging paper. The method comprises the following steps: coating a UV coating laser imaging layer on the whole breadth or a specific position of the BOPP film; printing a pattern or character film on the surface of the BOPP film; irradiating by using a UV lamp, and drying the UV ink on the BOPP film; preparing the relief printing coating, and coating the relief printing coating on the surface of the PET film, wherein the dry coating amount is 1.3-1.7g/m2(ii) a Two surfaces of the packaging paper are respectively and closely combined with a BOPP film and a PET film, and a laser imaging layer and patterns/characters are transferred to the packaging paper by a film pressing machine; separating the packaging paper from the BOPP film and the PET film respectively; and (3) putting the obtained packaging paper into a relief mould, and pressing and forming. Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of packaging materials, and particularly relates to a printing method of embossed laser packaging paper.
Background
The laser printing film is widely applied to the packaging industry, has novel and bright appearance effect and high-technology anti-counterfeiting function compared with other products in the packaging industry, and is called as the forefront technical product in the world packaging printing industry. The application field of the laser printing film is very wide, and the laser printing film is mainly used for occasions such as high-grade packing boxes, high-grade cigarette packing boxes, laminating films, medicine and cosmetic packages and the like. Patent CN103612498 discloses a method for producing gravure steel plate UV cold transfer laser printing paper, which comprises the steps of coating a layer of water-based coating on a BOPP basal membrane, drying, aluminizing and molding to form a prefabricated BOPP aluminized basal membrane with holographic laser effect; coating UV gloss oil on the prefabricated PET base film with the printing pattern, and drying; and (3) impressing the BOPP basal membrane and the PET basal membrane under the action of a gravure roller, impressing the BOPP basal membrane and the PET basal membrane by the gravure roller after two-pass ultraviolet light rapid curing, cooling and stripping the BOPP basal membrane to prepare the holographic laser transfer membrane with the printing pattern.
The texture of the packaging paper embossment printed by the packaging paper embossment laser printing method in the prior art is not soft enough, and the printing effect is not good enough.
Therefore, new techniques are needed to improve the deficiencies of the prior art.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects of the technology, the invention provides the packaging paper embossment laser printing method which is soft in embossment texture and good in printing effect.
A printing method of embossed laser packaging paper comprises the following steps:
(1) coating a UV coating laser imaging layer on the whole breadth or a specific position of the BOPP film;
(2) printing a pattern or character film on the surface of the BOPP film;
(3) irradiating by using a UV lamp, and drying the UV ink on the BOPP film;
(4) mixing and stirring 4-6 parts of carboxymethyl cellulose, 2-4 parts of polyurethane matte resin, 12-16 parts of methylene bisacrylamide, 0.2-0.4 part of curing agent, 0.3-0.6 part of pH regulator, 0.4-0.6 part of flatting agent and 30-40 parts of water for 70-90min at the temperature of 68-72 ℃ and the rotating speed of 60-80r/min, and naturally cooling to room temperature to obtain the relief printing coating;
(5) coating the relief printing coating on the surface of the PET film by adopting a single-side coating mode, clamping edges in the middle during coating, controlling the width of the clamping edges at one side to be less than 0.7mm, and controlling the dry coating amount to be 1.3-1.7g/m2;
(6) Two surfaces of the packaging paper are respectively and closely combined with a BOPP film and a PET film, and a laser imaging layer and patterns/characters are transferred to the packaging paper by a film pressing machine;
(7) separating the packaging paper from the BOPP film and the PET film respectively;
(8) and (3) putting the obtained packaging paper into a relief mould, and pressing and forming.
In the preferred embodiment of the invention, the UV lamp in the step (3) is exposed for 1/1400 seconds under the irradiation of 3.6KW UV lamp light, and the UV ink on the BOPP film is dried.
In the preferred embodiment of the invention, the leveling agent in the step (4) is BYK-342.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the pH adjusting agent in step (4) is trimethylamine.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the relief printing coating in step (4) is: 4 parts of carboxymethyl cellulose, 2 parts of polyurethane matte resin, 12 parts of methylene bisacrylamide, 0.2 part of curing agent, 0.3 part of pH regulator, 0.4 part of flatting agent and 30 parts of water.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the relief printing coating in step (4) is: 6 parts of carboxymethyl cellulose, 4 parts of polyurethane matte resin, 16 parts of methylene bisacrylamide, 0.4 part of curing agent, 0.6 part of pH regulator, 0.6 part of flatting agent and 40 parts of water.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the relief printing coating in step (4) is: 5 parts of carboxymethyl cellulose, 3 parts of polyurethane matte resin, 14 parts of methylene bisacrylamide, 0.3 part of curing agent, 0.45 part of pH regulator, 0.5 part of flatting agent and 35 parts of water.
In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the amount of the relief printing coating in the step (5) is 1.53g/m in dry coating2。
Advantageous effects
The invention discloses a printing method of embossed laser packaging paper, which comprises the following steps: coating a laser imaging layer, printing a film, drying UV ink, preparing a relief printing coating, coating the relief printing coating, pressing the film, separating the film from wrapping paper, and molding the relief die, and has the advantages of soft touch of the printed relief and good printing effect.

Example 1
A printing method of embossed laser packaging paper specifically comprises the following steps:

(2) And (3) film printing, namely printing patterns or characters on the BOPP film in the step (1).
(3) Drying the UV ink, and exposing for 1/1400 seconds under the irradiation of 3.6KW UV light to dry the UV ink on the BOPP film;
(4) preparing a relief printing coating: adding 4 parts of carboxymethyl cellulose, 2 parts of polyurethane matte resin, 12 parts of methylene bisacrylamide, 0.2 part of curing agent, 0.3 part of pH regulator, 0.4 part of flatting agent and 30 parts of water into a container, moving the container into a digital display speed measurement constant-temperature magnetic stirrer, stirring and reacting for 70-90 minutes at 68-72 ℃ and at the rotating speed of 60-80r/min, taking out the container, naturally cooling the materials in the container to room temperature, and then charging to obtain the relief printing slurry;
(5) coating relief printing paint: coating the relief printing coating prepared in the step (4) on a PET film by adopting a single-side coating mode, clamping edges in the middle during coating, controlling the width of the clamping edges at one side to be less than 0.7mm, and controlling the dry coating amount to be 1.3g/m2;
(6) Film pressing, wherein two sides of the paper are respectively attached to a BOPP film and a PET film, and a laser imaging layer and patterns/characters are transferred to packaging paper by a film pressing machine;
(7) separating the packaging paper in the step (6) from the BOPP film and the PET film respectively;
(8) putting the packaging paper in the step (7) into a relief mould, and carrying out pressure forming;
wherein, the leveling agent in the step 4 is BYK-342.
Wherein the pH regulator in the step 4 is trimethylamine.
Example 2
A printing method of embossed laser packaging paper specifically comprises the following steps:
(1) coating a laser imaging layer: and coating a UV coating laser imaging layer on the whole width or a specific position of the width on the BOPP film.

(7) And (4) separating the packaging paper in the step (6) from the BOPP film and the PET film respectively.
(8) And (5) putting the packaging paper in the step (7) into a relief mould, and pressing and forming.

(6) And (3) film pressing, wherein two sides of the paper are respectively tightly attached to the BOPP film and the PET film, and the laser imaging layer and the patterns/characters are transferred to the packaging paper through a film pressing machine.
(7) And (4) separating the packaging paper in the step (6) from the BOPP film and the PET film respectively.
(8) And (5) putting the packaging paper in the step (7) into a relief mould, and pressing and forming.

(3) irradiating by using a UV lamp, and drying the UV ink on the BOPP film;
(4) mixing and stirring 4-6 parts of carboxymethyl cellulose, 2-4 parts of polyurethane matte resin, 12-16 parts of methylene bisacrylamide, 0.2-0.4 part of curing agent, 0.3-0.6 part of pH regulator, 0.4-0.6 part of flatting agent and 30-40 parts of water for 70-90min at the temperature of 68-72 ℃ and the rotating speed of 60-80r/min, and naturally cooling to room temperature to obtain the relief printing coating;
(5) coating the relief printing coating on the surface of the PET film by adopting a single-side coating mode, clamping edges in the middle during coating, controlling the width of the clamping edges at one side to be less than 0.7mm, and controlling the dry coating amount to be 1.3-1.7g/m2;
(6) Two surfaces of the packaging paper are respectively and closely combined with a BOPP film and a PET film, and a laser imaging layer and patterns/characters are transferred to the packaging paper by a film pressing machine;
(7) separating the packaging paper from the BOPP film and the PET film respectively;
(8) and (5) putting the packaging paper obtained in the step (7) into a relief mould, and pressing and forming.

The printing method of the embossed laser packaging paper as claimed in claim 1, wherein the printing method comprises the following steps: and (3) performing illumination by using a UV lamp, namely performing exposure for 1/1400 seconds under the illumination of 3.6KW UV lamp light, and drying the UV ink on the BOPP film.
3. The printing method of the embossed laser packaging paper as claimed in claim 1, wherein the printing method comprises the following steps: and (4) the leveling agent is BYK-342.
