The waste recovery device for plastic tableware production comprises a fixed base (1) and is characterized in that a waste recovery box (2) is arranged at the top of the fixed base (1), first driving motors (3) are arranged on the fixed base (1) on two sides of the waste recovery box (2), the output ends of the two first driving motors (3) are connected with first rotating rods (4) which are vertically upward, fixing strips (25) which are relatively parallel are welded on two sides of the waste recovery box (2), vertical first rail grooves (27) are arranged on one sides, away from the waste recovery box (2), of the two groups of fixing strips (25), horizontal connecting frames (5) are connected between the tops of the two groups of fixing strips (25), the tops of the two first rotating rods (4) are rotatably connected with the bottoms of the two connecting frames (5), the outer sides of the two first rotating rods (4) are respectively sleeved with a first driving block, one side, away from each other, of each first driving block is welded with a driving frame (26), two sides of each driving frame (26) extend into the first track groove (27) and are connected with a first sliding block, the middle sides of the tops of the two driving frames (26) are respectively connected with a vertically upward mounting frame (20), a horizontal fixing frame (23) is connected between the tops of the two mounting frames (20), a second driving motor (28) is mounted on the mounting frame (20) below one side of the fixing frame (23), the output end of the second driving motor (28) is connected with a horizontal second rotating rod (29), the other side of the second rotating rod (29) penetrates through the mounting frame (20) below the other side of the fixing frame (23) and is connected with a first limiting block (30), a second driving block is sleeved on a second rotating rod (29) between the two fixing frames (23), one side of the second driving block is connected with a rotating shaft (19), the other side of the rotating shaft (19) is connected with a supporting frame (7), the other side of the second driving block is connected with an L-shaped first connecting rod (22), one side of the top of the first connecting rod (22) is connected with a connecting block (24), a stepping motor (16) is installed at the top of the connecting block (24), the output end of the stepping motor (16) is connected with a vertical driving shaft, the other side of the driving shaft is connected with an inverted L-shaped second connecting rod (17), and the bottom of the second connecting rod (17) is fixedly connected with one side of the top of the supporting frame (7);
a first through hole is formed in the first driving block in a penetrating manner, a second through hole is formed in the second driving block in a penetrating manner, first threads which are matched with each other are arranged on the inner side of the first through hole and the outer side of the first rotating rod (4), and second threads which are matched with each other are arranged on the inner side of the second through hole and the outer side of the second rotating rod (29);
a push rod motor is installed inside the support frame (7), the output end of the push rod motor is connected with a horizontal push rod (8), the other side of the push rod (8) is connected with a fixing ring (10), one side of the top of the fixing ring (10) is connected with an inverted L-shaped connecting plate (9), a vertical buffer rod (12) is sleeved on the connecting plate (9), the top of the buffer rod (12) is connected with a second limiting block, the bottom of the buffer rod (12) is connected with a conveying cylinder (11), a buffer spring (13) is sleeved on the buffer rod (12) between the top of the conveying cylinder (11) and the bottom of the connecting plate (9), the bottom of the conveying cylinder (11) is connected with an absorption nozzle (14), and a conveying pipe (15) is connected between the conveying cylinder (11) and the upper portion of the waste recovery box (2);
a third driving motor (31) is arranged on one side of the waste recovery box (2) below the conveying pipe (15), a horizontal rotating shaft is connected to the output end of the third driving motor (31), a driving wheel (32) is connected between the other side of the rotating shaft and the outer side of the waste recovery box (2), the other side of the driving wheel (32) is connected with a first rotating frame (33) extending to the inner side of the waste recovery box (2), a crushing blade (21) is arranged on the outer side of the first rotating frame (33), a filter screen (6) is installed in the waste recovery box (2) at the bottom of the crushing blade (21), a driving wheel (35) is connected onto the waste recovery box (2) below the driving wheel (32), a conveying belt is sleeved between the driving wheel (35) and the driving wheel (32), the other side of the driving wheel (35) is connected with a second rotating frame (34) extending to the inner side of the waste recovery box (2), the middle part of the second rotating frame (34) is fixedly sleeved with the cams (18) which are parallel relatively.

The waste recycling device for plastic tableware production according to claim 1, wherein the first rotating frame (33) and the second rotating frame (34) are rotatably connected to the inner wall of the waste recycling bin (2) at the sides away from the driving wheel (32) and the driving wheel (35), and the first rotating frame (33) and the second rotating frame (34) are arranged in parallel.
3. The waste recycling device for plastic tableware production according to claim 1, wherein the bottom of the fixing base (1) is provided with relatively parallel rolling wheels.
4. The waste recycling device for plastic tableware production according to claim 1, wherein a collection box is provided on the fixing base (1) on one side of the waste recycling box (2), and a conveying pipe is connected between the waste recycling box (2) and the collection box.

The waste recycling device for plastic tableware production according to claim 1, wherein the bottom of the connecting block (24) extends to the top side of the fixing frame (23) and is internally connected with a second sliding block, and the top of the fixing frame (23) is provided with a second track groove matched with the second sliding block.

The waste recycling device for plastic tableware production according to claim 1, wherein a controller is arranged on one side of the top of the waste recycling box (2), the controller is of a type of DATA-7311, and the first driving motor (3), the second driving motor (28), the third driving motor (31), the push rod motor, the stepping motor (16) and the driving motor are all electrically connected with the output end of the controller.
