When parts are manufactured, the guide pipe is required to be blanked firstly, the blanking of the long guide pipe always leaves a margin firstly, and the margin is removed after the size of the parts is determined. The processing of the guide pipe part is divided into three steps: and (4) flattening the end face, completing equal-size scribing around the guide pipe for one circle, and removing allowance. The first step and the third step are relatively easy, the second step is difficult to realize, and no practical procedure can solve the problem of circumferential marking of the guide pipe so far, so that the difficulty is brought to the machining of guide pipe parts.

The scribing method using the scribing device comprises the following steps:
1, firstly sleeving a conduit balance ring on a pull rod, sleeving a conduit to be scribed on the pull rod, and then installing the whole conduit between two brackets.
2, adjusting the size of the connecting plate of the left end face of the marking ruler and the marking tool bit to the distance from the guide pipe to be marked.
And 3, tightly attaching the end surface of the left side of the scribing ruler to the binding surface of the bracket and the guide pipe, rotating the guide pipe, and finishing scribing by the scribing cutter head on the guide pipe.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1) the device is flexible to use, can accurately measure and rapidly demarcate the size of the allowance of the conduit to be removed, and can be adjusted in real time according to the specific condition of the part;
2) the device can perform scribing and allowance removing processing on most of guide pipe parts in a mode of replacing a weighing ring;
3) the device has expansibility, can be transformed aiming at guide pipe parts with different sizes and types, and realizes accurate marking;
4) the device is convenient to maintain, the processing of the marking plate which is frequently worn is simple, the device can be continuously used after being replaced, and all components of the whole device can be quickly replaced.
