Abstract
本发明属于医疗器械技术领域,为解决因运动而致的振动过程中现有椎弓根螺钉的顶丝容易松动、甚至脱落的技术问题,提供了一种防止顶丝松动的椎弓根螺钉,包括螺钉主体、钉座、顶丝和连接棒,钉座设置在螺钉主体上,钉座上设有U形凹槽,顶丝容置于U形凹槽内,连接棒从顶丝的底部穿过U形凹槽,顶丝与连接棒抵持,所述顶丝与连接棒相抵持的面上设有若干弹性凸起。本发明通过在顶丝的下表面设置弹性凸起,在振动过程中,弹性凸起起到了弹性垫片的作用,使得顶丝不容易松动,有效减缓了顶丝的脱落。

技术领域
本发明属于医疗器械技术领域,具体涉及一种防止顶丝松动的椎弓根螺钉。
背景技术
对于脊柱创伤、滑脱、退行性疾病和其他单段或多段骨折后椎体不稳,目前多采用椎弓根螺钉固定。目前所用的椎弓根螺钉包括螺钉主体、钉座、顶丝和连接棒,钉座设置在螺钉主体上,钉座上设有U形凹槽,顶丝容置于U形凹槽内,连接棒从顶丝的底部穿过U形凹槽,顶丝与连接棒抵持,但由于顶丝与连接棒相抵持的面为光滑的平面,在运动过程中由于振动顶丝容易松动、甚至脱落,从而导致植入的椎弓根螺钉失效。
发明内容
本发明为解决因运动而导致的振动过程中现有椎弓根螺钉的顶丝容易松动、甚至脱落的技术问题,提供了一种防止顶丝松动的椎弓根螺钉。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种防止顶丝松动的椎弓根螺钉,包括螺钉主体、钉座、顶丝和连接棒,钉座设置在螺钉主体上,钉座上设有U形凹槽,顶丝容置于U形凹槽内,连接棒从顶丝的底部穿过U形凹槽,顶丝与连接棒抵持,所述顶丝与连接棒相抵持的面上设有若干弹性凸起。
所述弹性凸起为沙丘状、蜂窝状或环状。
所述弹性凸起的高度为0.3-0.5mm。
所述钉座内壁设有内螺纹,顶丝外壁设有外螺纹,顶丝螺纹连接在钉座内。
所述连接棒的横截面呈U形,且与钉座上的U形凹槽相匹配。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明通过在顶丝的下表面设置弹性凸起,在振动过程中,弹性凸起起到了弹性垫片的作用,可以起到一定的缓冲作用,使得顶丝不容易松动,有效减缓了顶丝的脱落。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
如图1、2所示,一种防止顶丝松动的椎弓根螺钉,包括螺钉主体1、钉座2、顶丝3和连接棒4,钉座2设置在螺钉主体1上,钉座2上设有U形凹槽,顶丝3容置于U形凹槽内,所述钉座2内壁设有内螺纹,顶丝3外壁设有外螺纹,顶丝3螺纹连接在钉座2内。连接棒4从顶丝3的底部穿过U形凹槽,顶丝3与连接棒4抵持,所述顶丝3与连接棒4相抵持的面上设有若干弹性凸起5,所述弹性凸起5为沙丘状、蜂窝状或环状等,所述弹性凸起5的高度为0.3-0.5mm。
为了保证顶丝3与连接棒4接触的更稳定,所述连接棒4的横截面呈U形,且与钉座2上的U形凹槽相匹配。
本发明通过在顶丝3的下表面设置弹性凸起5,在振动过程中,弹性凸起5起到了缓冲的作用,使得顶丝3不容易松动,有效减缓了顶丝3的脱落。

1.一种防止顶丝松动的椎弓根螺钉,包括螺钉主体(1)、钉座(2)、顶丝(3)和连接棒(4),钉座(2)设置在螺钉主体(1)上,钉座(2)上设有U形凹槽,顶丝(3)容置于U形凹槽内,连接棒(4)从顶丝(3)的底部穿过U形凹槽,顶丝(3)与连接棒(4)抵持,其特征在于:所述顶丝(3)与连接棒(4)相抵持的面上设有若干弹性凸起(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防止顶丝松动的椎弓根螺钉,其特征在于:所述弹性凸起(5)为沙丘状、蜂窝状或环状。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种防止顶丝松动的椎弓根螺钉,其特征在于:所述弹性凸起(5)的高度为0.3-0.5mm。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种防止顶丝松动的椎弓根螺钉,其特征在于:所述钉座(2)内壁设有内螺纹,顶丝(3)外壁设有外螺纹,顶丝(3)螺纹连接在钉座(2)内。
5.根据权利要求1、2或4所述的一种防止顶丝松动的椎弓根螺钉,其特征在于:所述连接棒(4)的横截面呈U形,且与钉座(2)上的U形凹槽相匹配。
