背景技术
已知的实验室样品分配***通常用于实验室自动化***中,以便在不同的实验室站之间运输容纳在样品容器中的样品。
在文献WO 2013/064656 A1中示出了典型的实验室样品分配***。上述实验室样品分配***提供高通量和可靠的操作。
发明内容
目的和解决方案
本发明的目的是进一步优化实验室样品分配***和包括实验室样品分配***的实验室自动化***。
本发明通过根据权利要求1的实验室样品分配***以及根据权利要求15的实验室自动化***实现该目的。
所述实验室样品分配***包括运输平面。
所述实验室样品分配***还包括数个样品容器载体和适于在所述运输平面上(之上)移动样品容器载体的驱动器件。
所述实验室样品分配***还包括控制装置,所述控制装置例如呈微处理器或个人计算机的形式,所述控制装置构造成通过驱动驱动器件使得所述样品容器载体沿着对应的运输路径移动来控制样品容器载体在运输平面的顶部上的移动。
所述运输平面被(第一)导电材料覆盖(涂覆该材料)或由该材料制成。
借助于覆盖运输平面的导电材料,在样品容器载体移动期间出现的电荷可分布在运输平面之上,并且如果存在合适的接地器件,则所述电荷可被引导到地面以便将电荷从运输平面消除。这减少了运输平面上的会干扰实验室样品分配***的操作的电荷。
根据实施例,第一导电材料是/包括共聚酯材料。
根据实施例,第一导电材料是/包括聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯材料。
根据实施例,第一导电材料是在光学上光亮(optically bright)的材料。这已经被证明适合于实验室样品分配***的光学监视操作。
根据实施例,第一导电材料缺少碳基导电添加剂。换句话说,第一导电材料没有碳基导电添加剂。这已经被证明是适合的,以便获得导电的在光学上光亮的材料。
根据实施例,运输平面具有带纹理(grained)表面。这可进一步减小运输平面与样品容器载体之间的摩擦。

根据实施例,第一导电材料和/或第二导电材料是低摩擦和/或低磨损材料。这可在样品容器载体在运输平面上移动时进一步减小运输平面与样品容器载体之间的摩擦或磨损。
根据实施例,第一导电材料和/或第二导电材料适于使滑动摩擦与静摩擦至少近似相等。这已经被证明适合于长时间的可靠操作。特别地,可通过这种措施来防止溢出(spilling)。第一导电材料和/或第二导电材料可适于使滑动摩擦与静摩擦精确地相等。

后分析站可以适于执行对样品、样品容器和/或样品容器载体的任何类型的后处理。
所述预分析站、分析站和/或后分析站可以包括如下站中的至少一者:开盖站、重新加盖站、等分站、离心站、归档站、移液站、分类站、管类型识别站、样品质量确定站、添加缓冲液站、液体水平检测站、以及密封/去密封站。
应当注意的是,对于第一导电材料而言,名称为PET Eastar 6763(包括按重量计百分之12的PETG Funaden perm AS(14-05189))/Funaden el. Cond(腐蚀结构K29 VDI3400)的粗糙度为2.8(Ra 2.8)的材料已经被证明为适合的材料。对于第二导电材料而言,Murtfeldt的粗糙度为3.2(Ra 3.2)的材料PE-UHMW-S-Bright-ESD已经被证明是适合的。Ra项确定相应材料的粗糙度。

图1示出了实验室自动化***10,其包括实验室样品分配***100和布置成邻近于实验室样品分配***100的数个预分析站、分析站和/或后分析站20。显而易见地,在实验室自动化***10中可以包括多于图1中所描绘的两个站20。
实验室样品分配***100包括运输平面110,多个呈电磁体120形式的电磁致动器以成行和列的形式定位在运输平面110下方。电磁体120实施为具有固体铁磁芯125的螺线管。
样品容器载体140定位在运输平面110上并且可借助于电磁体120移动,因为每个样品容器载体140包括呈永磁体形式的磁致激活装置141。
尽管应当理解的是,多个样品容器载体140可定位在运输平面110上,但是出于简化的原因,在图1中仅描绘了单个样品容器载体140。样品容器载体140保持并载送样品容器145,在样品容器145中可容纳待分析的样品。
实验室样品分配***100适于在实验室站20之间运输样品容器载体140和/或样品容器145。实验室站20定位成邻近于运输平面110,使得样品容器载体140可用于将容纳在样品容器145中的样品运输到相应的实验室站20。
多个霍尔传感器130布置成使得可检测相应的样品容器载体140在运输平面110上的位置。
实验室样品分配***100还包括控制装置150。控制装置150被构造成通过驱动电磁体120来控制样品容器载体140在运输平面上的移动,使得样品容器载体140沿着对应的运输路径独立且同时地移动。
运输平面110覆盖或涂覆有第一导电材料111。
在当前的情况下,第一导电材料111包括共聚酯材料和聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯材料。第一导电材料111是在光学上光亮的并且包括作为聚合物的导电添加剂,使得不必须使用碳基导电添加剂。此外,第一导电材料111连接到接地112,使得电荷可被释放到地面。
图2以透视图示出了带有其样品容器145的样品容器载体140,该透视图使得样品容器载体140的底部表面142可见。
底部表面142被第二导电材料143覆盖或涂覆,在当前的情况下,第二导电材料143由包括导电聚合物的超高分子聚乙烯组成。
样品容器载体140每个包括呈永磁体形式的磁致激活装置141,以便与电磁致动器120所生成的磁场相互作用,使得磁驱动力可被施加到样品容器载体140。
借助于本发明,通过使样品容器载体140在运输平面110之上移动来操作样品分配***100时所生成的电荷被安全地释放,因此避免了故障。
Claims (15)
1.一种实验室样品分配***(100),包括
- 运输平面(110),
- 数个样品容器载体(140),
- 适于使所述样品容器载体(140)在所述运输平面(110)上移动的驱动器件(120),以及
- 控制装置(150),其被构造为通过驱动所述驱动器件(120)使得所述样品容器载体(140)沿着对应的运输路径移动来控制所述样品容器载体(140)在所述运输平面(110)的顶部上的移动,
- 其中,所述运输平面(110)被第一导电材料(111)覆盖。
2.根据权利要求1所述的实验室样品分配***(100),其特征在于,
- 所述第一导电材料(111)包括共聚酯材料。
3.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的实验室样品分配***(100),其特征在于,
- 所述第一导电材料(111)包括聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯材料。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的实验室样品分配***(100),其特征在于,
- 所述第一导电材料(111)是在光学上光亮的材料。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的实验室样品分配***(100),其特征在于,
- 所述第一导电材料(111)缺少碳基导电添加剂。
6.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的实验室样品分配***(100),其特征在于,
- 所述运输平面(110)具有带纹理表面。
7.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的实验室样品分配***(100),其特征在于,
- 每个样品容器载体(140)包括平坦的底部表面(142)以便在所述运输平面(110)上移动,所述底部表面(142)覆盖有第二导电材料(143)。
8.根据权利要求7所述的实验室样品分配***(100),其特征在于,
- 所述第二导电材料(143)包括超高分子聚乙烯。
9.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的实验室样品分配***(100),其特征在于,
- 所述第一导电材料(111)和/或所述第二导电材料(143)是导电聚合物。
10.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的实验室样品分配***(100),其特征在于,
- 所述第一导电材料(111)和/或所述第二导电材料(143)包括导电添加剂。
11.根据权利要求10所述的实验室样品分配***(100),其特征在于,
- 所述导电添加剂是导电聚合物。
12.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的实验室样品分配***(100),其特征在于,
- 所述第一导电材料(111)和/或所述第二导电材料(143)是低摩擦和/或低磨损材料。
13.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的实验室样品分配***(100),其特征在于,
- 所述第一导电材料(111)和/或所述第二导电材料(143)适于使滑动摩擦与静摩擦至少近似相等。
14.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的实验室样品分配***(100),其特征在于,
- 所述驱动器件(120)形成为电磁致动器(120),所述电磁致动器(120)定位于所述运输平面(110)下方并且能够被所述控制装置(150)控制,并且
- 所述样品容器载体(140)每个包括磁致激活装置(141),以便与所述电磁致动器所生成的磁场相互作用,使得磁驱动力被施加到所述样品容器载体(140)。
15.一种实验室自动化***(10),包括
- 数个实验室站(20),以及
- 根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的实验室样品分配***(100)。
