Abstract
The invention discloses an antenna fixing frame, a GPRS module and an air conditioner. The GPRS antenna fixing device can effectively fix the GPRS antenna firmly, is small in structure, convenient to install and strong in applicability, and can be installed at different positions on an air conditioner outdoor unit according to requirements.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of air conditioners, in particular to an antenna fixing frame, a GPRS module and an air conditioner.
Background
The quality problems of the air conditioner during operation at a client are difficult to reappear in a factory sometimes, specific reasons cannot be found, and a GPRS module needs to be added to collect and analyze the operation data of the unit, so that the actual operation condition of the unit can be known, and data support is provided for the optimal design of products. The GPRS module is divided into a main module and an antenna, and is generally installed on an outdoor unit of an air conditioner in order to improve signal reception strength. Because the air condensing units mostly are the sheet metal part, and various lines are more, can't carry out effectual fixed to the antenna.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides an antenna fixing frame, a GPRS module and an air conditioner, aiming at solving the defect that an antenna of the GPRS module cannot be fixed in the prior art.
The invention provides an antenna fixing frame which comprises a substrate fixed with equipment and at least one wire clamping structure arranged on the substrate and used for clamping an antenna.
The base plate is provided with a through hole for fixing with the equipment screw.
The wire clamping structure comprises a pair of elastic sheets, and the elastic sheets are arranged at intervals to form a wire clamping groove.
And the back surface of the opposite side of the elastic sheet is provided with a reinforcing rib connected with the substrate.
The number of the wire clamping structures is two.
The antenna fixing frame is made of plastic.
The invention also provides a GPRS module using the antenna fixing frame.
The invention also provides an air conditioner using the GPRS module.
And the antenna fixing frame of the GPRS module is arranged on an air conditioner outdoor unit of the air conditioner.
The antenna fixing frame is arranged on a middle partition plate of the air conditioner outdoor unit.
The antenna fixing frame is arranged on a motor bracket of the air conditioner outdoor unit.
And the mounting seat is arranged at the mounting position of the air conditioner outdoor unit corresponding to the antenna fixing frame.
Compared with the prior art, the GPRS antenna fixing device has the advantages that the GPRS antenna can be effectively and firmly fixed, the structure is small and exquisite, the installation is convenient, the applicability is strong, and the antenna can be installed at different positions on an air conditioner outdoor unit according to requirements. The antenna mount can be plastics, need not the die sinking cost low, uses 3D to print and can satisfy small batch production, satisfies the production needs.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the present invention provides an antenna fixing frame, which includes a substrate 1 and a wire clamping structure, wherein the substrate 1 is installed on a device, the device may be an air conditioner, a refrigerator, or other electrical appliances, at least one wire clamping structure is installed on the substrate 1, and can clamp an antenna 5 of a GPRS module, so as to fix an antenna portion of the GPRS module, at least two through holes 11 are provided on the substrate 1 for installing and fixing self-tapping screws, and the device can be fixed by installing corresponding screw holes on the device, such as an air conditioner outdoor unit. The antenna fixing frame is convenient to install, the position can be flexibly set, the layout is carried out on the position corresponding to the antenna 5, the antenna 5 is ensured to be fixed and firm, and the signal intensity is not influenced.
According to the invention, the wire clamping structure comprises a pair of elastic sheets 2, the elastic sheets 2 are wavy and oppositely arranged at intervals to form wire clamping grooves 3, the bottoms of the wavy elastic sheets 2 are vertically fixed on a substrate 1, the middle parts of the wavy elastic sheets are bent into an arc shape corresponding to the outline of an antenna 5 to form wire wrapping parts, the upper parts of the wavy elastic sheets are bent outwards to gradually enlarge the openings of the wire clamping grooves so as to facilitate wire clamping, and the antenna 5 is directly pressed down and supported on the groove openings and then tightly wrapped in the wire wrapping parts in the middle parts of the elastic sheets 2, so that the operation is very simple, the back surfaces of the opposite sides of the elastic sheets 2 are provided with reinforcing ribs 21, the reinforcing ribs 21 are simultaneously connected on the substrate 1, the strength of the elastic sheets 2 is improved, and the clamping force is increased.
In the invention, the two wire clamping structures are arranged, the openings at the two sides of the wire clamping groove are on the same straight line, the distance between the two wire clamping structures is greater than or equal to the length of the square part of the antenna, so that the antennas at the two ends of the square part of the antenna are respectively clamped, and meanwhile, the square part of the antenna is tightly attached to the substrate 1.
According to the invention, the antenna fixing frame is made of plastic, so that the mould opening is not needed, the cost is low, the structure is small and exquisite, the installation is convenient, the applicability is strong, the small-batch production can be met by using 3D printing, and the production requirement is met.
The invention also provides a GPRS module using the antenna fixing frame, wherein the GPRS module comprises a main module and an antenna 5, and the antenna 5 of the GPRS module is fixed through the antenna fixing frame.
As shown in fig. 3 to 6, the present invention further provides an air conditioner using the GPRS module, which includes an outdoor unit 4 and a GPRS module, wherein an antenna 5 is clamped on an antenna fixing frame fixed to the outdoor unit 4. The antenna fixing frame is simple to mount, the position can be flexibly set, the antenna fixing frame can be mounted on a middle partition plate 41 of the air conditioner outdoor unit 4 or a motor support 42 of the air conditioner outdoor unit 4, a mounting seat is arranged on the middle partition plate 41 or the motor support 42, mounting holes are formed in the mounting seat corresponding to the positions of the through holes of the base plate, the antenna fixing frame can be fixed on the mounting seat through self-tapping screws, the original structure of the air conditioner outdoor unit 4 is not damaged by the aid of the mounting seat, and the antenna fixing frame is more convenient to mount.

1. An air conditioner, comprising: the antenna fixing frame is arranged on one side, close to the fan, of a middle partition plate (41) of the air conditioner outdoor unit and comprises a base plate (1) fixed with equipment and two wire clamping structures arranged on the base plate (1) and used for clamping an antenna (5); the distance between two card line structures equals the length of the square part of the antenna, the card line structure includes a pair of wavy shell fragment (2), shell fragment (2) set up each other at an interval and form card line groove (3), the opening of card line groove both sides is on same straight line, shell fragment (2) upper portion is incurved, and the middle part is the arc and buckles and form wiring portion.
2. The air conditioner according to claim 1, wherein the base plate (1) is provided with a through hole (11) for screw-fixing with the device.
3. The air conditioner according to claim 1, wherein the back of the opposite side of the elastic sheet (2) is provided with a reinforcing rib (21) connected with the base plate (1).
4. The air conditioner as claimed in claim 1, wherein the antenna fixing frame is made of plastic.
5. The air conditioner as claimed in claim 1, wherein the outdoor unit of the air conditioner is provided with a mounting seat corresponding to a mounting position of the antenna fixing frame.
