Detailed Description
For the purpose of making the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, embodiments of the present application will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. However, those of ordinary skill in the art will understand that in various embodiments of the present application, numerous technical details have been set forth in order to provide a better understanding of the present application. The technical solutions claimed in the claims of the present application can be realized without these technical details and various changes and modifications based on the following embodiments.
The first embodiment of the present invention relates to a combination cable, as shown in fig. 1,2 and 4, which includes a plurality of wire harnesses 1 arranged in parallel, and connectors provided on each wire harness 1, wherein the wire harnesses 1 include a wire core 11, and an insulating sheath 12 covering the wire core 11, and the connectors are provided on the insulating sheath 12. The connectors on each wire harness 1 are respectively arranged along the length direction of the wire harness 1, the connector on any wire harness 1 is used for being detachably connected with the insulating sleeve 12 on the other wire harness 1, and each wire harness 1 arranged in parallel is used for being sequentially wound along the same direction to form a single cable. That is, when the cable is required to be used, the number of the wire harnesses 1 is selected according to the requirement of the wire harnesses 1 in the cable required to be used, the connecting piece of each wire harness 1 is connected with the insulating sleeve 12 of the wire harness 1 required to be adjacent to the wire harness 1, so that the two wire harnesses 1 are connected together, the other wire harnesses 1 are repeatedly connected, the number of the wire harnesses 1 connected together meets the use requirement of the cable, and finally the wire harnesses 1 connected together are wound to form a single cable to be used. Taking 10 required cable harnesses 1 as an example, 10 harnesses 1 are sequentially connected together, and then the harnesses 1 are coiled into a single cable as shown in the figure.
In addition, the insulating sleeve 12 is composed of a carbon fiber insulating layer and a carbon fiber insulator, and because the carbon fiber material has higher strength and better flexibility compared with the traditional PVC material, the phenomena of abrasion, cracking and aging of the insulator during bending of the cable can be effectively prevented, the service life of the whole cable is safely and effectively prolonged, and meanwhile, the insulating sleeve 12 coated on the surface of each cable core 11 can be omitted. Meanwhile, since the carbon fiber material has lighter weight and better elastic restoring ability than the conventional PVC material, each wire harness 1 can be wound to a proper arc when wound. And because the carbon fiber insulating layer and the carbon fiber insulator are integrally formed, the isolation capability between each bundle of wire cores 11 is further improved, so that stable signal transmission is ensured, and cracking, abrasion and aging phenomena of the insulating layer caused by repeated bending of the cable are avoided.
From the above, it is apparent that since the wire harness 1 includes the wire core 11 and the insulating sheath 12 covering the wire core 11, the insulating sheath 12 is provided with the connection member, and the connection member is detachably connected with the insulating sheath 12 on the other wire harness 1. Therefore, the wire harnesses 1 can be spliced together, and the connected wire harnesses 1 are wound into a single cable along the same direction, so that the formation of the cable is realized. And then can splice the cable through the connecting piece according to the pencil 1 volume of actual cable demand, nimble satisfy the demand of different circuits in the in-service use to different cables, direct unify batch processing production pencil 1 in processing production can, reduction in production cost has also reduced the process step.

Similarly, the hinge bases 6 each include a base body 61 and a hinge shaft 62, and the base body 51 and the base body 61 are disposed opposite to each other on the insulating bush 12. The hinge shaft 52 is arranged on the seat body 51, the spring member 7 is arranged in the seat body 51, and the hinge shaft 52 is arranged on the seat body 51 in a manner of pressing against the spring member 7. When the hinge shaft 52 is inserted into the corresponding shaft hole 3, the hinge shaft 52 presses the spring member 7 to contract in a direction away from the shaft hole 3, and after the hinge shaft 52 is aligned to the shaft hole 3, the hinge shaft 52 can be pushed out into the shaft hole 3 by the spring member 7 against which it is pressed. Similarly, the hinge shaft 62 is disposed in the seat body 61 on the seat body, and the spring member 8 is also disposed in the seat body 61, and the hinge shaft 62 abuts against the spring member 8. When the hinge shaft 62 is inserted into the corresponding shaft hole 4, the hinge shaft 62 presses the spring member 8 to contract in a direction away from the shaft hole 4, and after the hinge shaft 62 is aligned to the shaft hole 4, the hinge shaft 62 can be pushed out into the shaft hole 4 by the spring member 8 against which it is pressed. Thereby connecting the two wire harnesses 1 together. On any wire harness 1, the axes of the two hinge shafts are parallel to the axes of the two shaft holes and are respectively positioned at two sides of the insulating sleeve 12, and the two hinge shafts on any wire harness 1 are respectively inserted into the shaft holes at two ends of the insulating sleeve 12 of the other wire harness 1.

The grooves 20 are communicated to form an integral channel, so that after each wire harness 1 is wound into a cable, at least one protrusion 21 can be embedded into the corresponding groove 20, and at the moment, the first bonding piece 9 in the groove 20 can be adhered to the second bonding piece 10 on the protrusion 21 embedded into the groove 20, and the wound wire harnesses 1 are not easy to scatter to form the cable. As shown in fig. 7, the projection 21 on the first harness 1 is fitted into the groove 20 of the ninth harness 1, and the projection 21 on the second harness 1 is fitted into the groove 20 of the tenth harness 1. In practical use, the number of the wound wire harnesses 1 is different, and more protrusions 21 can be embedded into the corresponding grooves 20 after winding in the formed cable, so that the cable with a difficult fixed form is formed.
It is further noted that the protrusion 21 is an interference fit with the recess 20.
It will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that the foregoing embodiments are specific examples of carrying out the invention and that various changes in form and details may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
