Description

Control method of display panel, driving circuit board and display device

Detailed Description
A shift register in the related art, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, includes a transistor M2o and a transistor M2e, a gate of the transistor M2o is connected to the VDDo signal terminal, and a potential of a node PDo is controlled; the grid of the M2e transistor is connected with a VDDE signal end to control the potential of the PDe node, and during the operation process of the shift register, a high-level signal is received at the VDDO signal end or the VDDE signal end at the same time to control the potential of the corresponding node, so that the duty ratio of grid bias voltages of the M2o transistor and the M2e transistor can be reduced by 50%, and the threshold voltage drift of the M2o transistor and the M2e transistor is greatly reduced. The shift register further includes an INPUT transistor M1, an output transistor M3, transistors (M4o, M4e, M5o, M5e, M6o, M6e, M7o, M7e, ") for controlling potentials of nodes PDo, PDe and PU, a storage capacitor C1, and signal terminals (an INPUT signal terminal INPUT, an output signal terminal OUT, and a clock signal terminal CLK). It should be noted that, the shift register with the structure shown in fig. 1 is only used as an example for description, and all the structures of the shift register according to the concept of the present invention are within the protection scope of the present invention.
When the refresh frequency of the display panel is between 48HZ and 72HZ, when the refresh frequency is 72HZ, the inversion period of the signals of the VDDO signal terminal and the VDDE signal terminal is 2S, the non-display time of the 144 th frame of the display panel is controlled, and the signals of the VDDO signal terminal and the VDDE signal terminal are inverted; when the refresh frequency is 48HZ, in order to control the non-display time of the refresh 144 th frame of the display panel, the signals at the VDDo signal terminal and the VDDe signal terminal are inverted, and the inversion period of the signals at the VDDo signal terminal and the VDDe signal terminal is set to 3S.
When the refresh frequency of the display panel is 48 HZ-144 HZ, when the refresh frequency is 144HZ, the inversion period of the signals of the VDDO signal terminal and the VDDE signal terminal is 2S, the non-display time of the display panel refreshing 288 frame is controlled, and the signals of the VDDO signal terminal and the VDDE signal terminal are inverted; when the refresh frequency is 48HZ, in order to control the non-display time of the display panel refresh frame 288, the signals at the VDDo signal terminal and the VDDe signal terminal are inverted, and the inversion period of the signals at the VDDo signal terminal and the VDDe signal terminal is set to 6S. Therefore, in the case of a high refresh rate, the inversion periods of the signals at the VDDo signal terminal and the VDDe signal terminal are not fixed and are wide in range with the switching of the refresh rate at any time, which has a large influence on the power consumption and the lifetime of the gate driving circuit.
It should be noted that, in the above embodiment, the low refresh frequency is 48HZ to 72HZ, and the high refresh frequency is 48HZ to 144HZ, but the low refresh frequency and the high refresh frequency are not limited to the above frequency ranges, and the invention discloses how to invert the signals provided by the two signal terminals at the high refresh frequency, and the specific range of the high refresh frequency is determined according to the actual use, and is not limited to this.
