Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a lock according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
Referring to fig. 1 to 6 in combination, the lock includes a lock block 10, a lock cylinder 20, a first key 30 and a second key 40. When the first key 30 is connected with the lock cylinder 20 in a matching manner, the second key 40 is separated from the lock cylinder 20, the first key 30 cannot be separated from the lock cylinder 20 by itself, and the first key 30 is separated from the lock cylinder 20 only when the second key 40 pushes the lock cylinder 20 to swing to a set position. The set position is, for example, a limit position of the lock cylinder 20 during pivoting or an intermediate position of the lock cylinder 20 during pivoting. The second key 40 has the same structure as the first key 30 in connection with the key cylinder 20, and the positions of the first key 30 and the second key 40 can be interchanged in the above description.
In particular, the locking piece 10 is provided with a through slot 11. The lock core 20 is connected to the lock block 10 in a limited swinging manner, that is, the lock block 10 is provided with a limiting structure for limiting the swinging range of the lock core 20, for example, the lock block 10 is provided with a limiting column, a limiting groove and other structures, and the lock core 10 swings in the range limited by the limiting column or the limiting groove.
The lock core 20 includes a protrusion 22 and two position-limiting arms 24 respectively connected to two sides of the protrusion 22, and a position-limiting groove 23 is formed between the position-limiting arms 24 and the protrusion 22. One end of the convex block 22 always extends into the slot 11 when the lock cylinder 20 is in limited swing rotation, and then the first key 30 and the second key 40 can always push the lock cylinder 20 to swing. When the lock cylinder 20 is rotated to the limit position, one of the two limit arms 24 extends into the slot 11 and the other one exits the slot 11.
The first key 30 and the second key 40 each include a hooking arm 33 matching the stopper groove 23, and a hooking groove 34 matching the stopper arm 24. The first key 30 extends into the slot 11 and is hooked and connected with the limiting groove 23 and the limiting arm 24 through the hooking arm 33 and the hooking groove 34.
Referring to fig. 2 to 4, the second key 40 is hooked to the key cylinder 20, and the key cylinder 20 is located at the right limit position. When the first key 30 pushes the protrusion 22 into the slot 11, the key cylinder 20 is swung to a set position, so that the hooking arm 33 and the hooking groove 34 of the second key 40 are separated from the corresponding limiting groove 23 and the limiting arm 24, and the second key 40 is in a free state and can be pulled out from the other end of the slot 11. In the process of withdrawing the second key 40, the lock cylinder 20 is driven to swing to the left limit position, so that the hooking arm 33 and the hooking groove 34 of the first key 30 are hooked and connected with the limiting groove 23 and the limiting arm 24. When the first key 30 is pulled out of the slot 11, the first key 30 cannot be separated from the key cylinder 20 due to the hooking connection of the hooking arm 33 and the hooking groove 34 with the limiting groove 23 and the limiting arm 24. Further, when the first key 30 is hooked to the key cylinder 20, the first key 30 is locked to the key cylinder 20, and the first key 30 cannot be separated from the key cylinder 20 by itself. The second key 40 extends into and pushes the projection 22 at the other end of the slot 11, so that the lock cylinder 20 swings to a set position, and the first key 30 is extracted. The second key 40 is hooked to the key cylinder 20 while the first key 30 is withdrawn.
In this embodiment, the setting position is taken as an intermediate position for example. The neutral position is a neutral swing region including a center position of a swing range of the key cylinder 20.
Referring to fig. 2 to 4, the first key 30 extends into one end of the slot 11 to push the protrusion 22, so that the lock cylinder 20 swings to the middle position, the second key 40 is separated from the lock cylinder 20 and is in a free state, and the second key 40 can be drawn out from the other end of the slot 11. In the process of extracting the second key 40, the lock cylinder 20 is driven to swing to the left limit position, and the first key 30 is locked.
If the first key 30 and the second key 40 are further provided with a pushing structure, such as a pushing column, the pushing structure constantly acts on one end of the protruding block 22 away from the limit swing center when pushing the protruding block 22, so that the lock core 22 can swing to the limit position, meanwhile, the first key 30 is hooked with the lock core 20, the second key 40 is separated from the lock core 20 and can be directly pulled out, and meanwhile, the lock core 20 locks the first key 30.
With continued reference to fig. 2, the lock block 10 further includes a pivot 12, the pivot 12 is used to pivot the lock cylinder 20 to the lock block 10, and the pivot of the pivot 12 is located outside the slot 11, so that the first key 30 and the second key 40 can push the lock cylinder 20 to swing. The pivot 12 may be fixedly or rotatably connected to the body of the lock 10, but is not limited in this application.
The pivot 12 is, for example, a rivet or a screw. The protrusion 22 is provided with a pivot hole 220 for receiving the pivot 12 to pass through, so that the pivot 12 pivots the lock core 20 to the lock block 10, and the protrusion 22 swings around the pivot center of the pivot 12 relative to the lock block 10. Or, the pivot 12 is a damping rotating shaft, and the lock block 10 and the lock cylinder 20 can perform damping limiting swing relatively, so that the lock cylinder 20 rotates more stably relative to the lock block 10, and the lock cylinder 20 has better performance to cope with the impact of external force. The pivot 12 may be other connecting members, which is not limited in this application.
Referring to fig. 2, 5 and 7, the lock block 10 further has a hollow groove 13 communicating with one side of the slot 11, and the lock core 20 is connected in the hollow groove 13 in a limited swinging manner, that is, the pivot of the pivot 12 is located in the hollow groove 13, and one end of the protrusion 22 is extended into the slot 11 all the time.
For example, the hollow-out groove 13 is in a shape of a "convex" and includes two first groove walls 130, and the two first groove walls 130 are respectively used for stopping the two limiting arms 24, so that the lock cylinder 20 is limited and swung between two limiting positions.
The bump 22 and the limiting arm 24 form a connection in a shape like a Chinese character 'shan', the lock cylinder 20 further includes a rotation stopping arm 26 extending from the other end of the bump 22, the hollow groove 13 includes two second groove walls 132, and the two second groove walls 132 are respectively used for stopping the rotation stopping arm 26, so that the lock cylinder 20 is limited to swing between two limit positions. The second slot wall 132 is connected to the corresponding first slot wall 130, that is, when the lock core 20 swings to the limit position, the limiting arm 24 is stopped on the corresponding first slot wall 130, and the rotation stopping wall 26 is stopped on the second slot wall 132, or the rotation stopping arm 26 is stopped before the limiting arm 24, so that the limiting arm 24 can be protected from the impact force caused by the stop, and the service life of the lock is prolonged.
Referring to fig. 8, in another embodiment, the inside of the lock block 10 is a hollow structure, and the position-limiting post 14 is disposed inside the lock block 10, and the position-limiting post 14 has a first slot wall 130 and a second slot wall 132. Furthermore, the internal structure of the lock block 10 may be various, as long as the first groove wall 130 and the second groove wall 132 exist therein to limit the swing range of the lock cylinder 20, and the application does not limit the internal structure of the lock block 10.
Referring to fig. 5, the position limiting arm 24 includes a connecting portion 240 and an inserting portion 242, the connecting portion 240 connects the protrusion 22 and the inserting portion 242 at intervals, and the inserting portion 242 matches with the hooking groove 34; the insertion part 242, the connection part 240 and the projection 22 form a limiting groove 23.
Specifically, one side of the bump 22 facing the limiting groove 23 includes a pushing surface 223 and a first stopping surface 221, which are connected to each other, the connecting portion 240 has a second stopping surface 241, the inserting portion 242 has a first arc surface 243, the first stopping surface 221, the second stopping surface 241 and the first arc surface 243 are sequentially connected to form the limiting groove 23 matched with the hooking arm 33, and the first arc surface 243 is further used for hooking and connecting with the hooking arm 33.
Referring to fig. 3, 5 and 6, the end of the hooking arm 33 facing the protrusion 22 is provided with a guiding inclined surface 330, the first key 30 pushes the lock core 20 from the insertion slot 11, and the guiding inclined surface 330 abuts against the abutting surface 223 for pushing the lock core 20 to swing. When the guiding inclined surface 330 completely abuts against the abutting surface 23, the lock cylinder 20 swings to a set position, for example, a middle position, so that both the first key 30 and the second key 40 are in a freely extractable state. That is, when the guiding inclined plane 330 abuts against the abutting surface 223 in parallel, the lock cylinder 20 swings to the middle position, the hooking arm 33 aligns with the limiting groove 23, and both the first key 30 and the second key 40 are in the state of being able to be freely pulled out. Then, the second key 40 is pulled out from the slot 11 to drive the key cylinder 20 to swing to the left limit position, the hooking arm 33 is engaged with the limiting groove 23, and the insertion portion 242 is engaged with the hooking groove 34 to form hooking connection, so that the key cylinder 20 locks the first key 30.
Referring to fig. 4 to 6, when the hooking arm 33 is engaged with the limiting groove 23, the guiding inclined surface 330 is parallel to the first stopping surface 221, and the first stopping surface 221 has a stopping function for the guiding inclined surface 330. The inserting portion 242 further has a second arc surface 244 and a sliding surface 245, the second arc surface 244 is concentrically arranged with the first arc surface 243, so that the inserting portion 242 is inserted into the hook groove 34, and the hook arm 33 is inserted into the limiting groove 23, so that the first key 30 or the second key 40 forms a hook connection with the lock cylinder 20. And the sliding surface 245 and the pushing surface 223 are disposed at an angle to form a trumpet-shaped channel, so that the hooking arm 33 is inserted into the limiting groove 23 through the trumpet-shaped channel. The shape and structure of the lock cylinder 20 are schematically described herein, and the present application does not impose any restrictions on the specific shape and structure of the lock cylinder 20.
Referring to fig. 3 and 5, the schematic diagram of the internal structure of the lock in the second state, the second arc surface 244 abuts against the arc-shaped wall portion of the hooking groove 34, and the first key 30 is restricted from continuously pushing the lock cylinder 20 toward the pivot hole 220. That is, in this embodiment, the first key 30 or the second key 40 can only push the lock cylinder 20 to the middle position, and then the lock cylinder 20 needs to be continuously driven to rotate to the key-locked state by means of pulling the first key 30 or the second key 40 outwards.
When the guiding inclined surface 330 completely abuts against the abutting surface 223, the lock core 20 swings to the set position, and the second arc surface 244 abuts against the arc-shaped wall portion of the hooking groove 34 to limit the guiding inclined surface 330 from continuously pushing the abutting surface 223. At this time, the intersection line of the sliding surface 245 and the first arc surface 243 is located outside the slot 11, the first key 30 and the second key 40 are both in a state of being capable of being freely pulled out, the hooking arm 33 of one of the first key 30 and the second key 40 is pulled out to the slot and slides along the sliding surface 245, the lock cylinder 20 is driven to swing, so that the other of the first key 30 and the second key 40 is hooked with the lock cylinder 20 and is then locked by the lock cylinder 20.
Referring to fig. 7 to 9, the locking block 10 includes a first cover 15 and a second cover 16 that are connected in a snap-fit manner, the first cover 15 has a slot 11 and a hollow slot 13, and the second cover 16 is used for covering the slot 11 and the hollow slot 13; or the first cover body 15 and the second cover body 16 are both provided with the slot 11 and the hollow-out groove 13. When the lock is assembled, one of the first key 30 and the second key 40 must be hooked with the lock cylinder 20 and simultaneously packaged in the lock block 10, and the other key can be used for pushing the lock cylinder 20 to swing to the middle position from the slot 11.
Referring to fig. 9, the first cover body 15 includes a cover plate 150, a first mounting plate 152, and a second mounting plate 154. The cover plate 150 is, for example, a flat plate structure, the second mounting plate 154 is partially hollow, and the second mounting plate 154 is aligned and connected with one end of the cover plate 150 to form a hollow groove 13; the first mounting plate 152 is, for example, a flat plate structure, the first mounting plate 152 is connected to the other end of the cover plate 150, and a gap is left between the first mounting plate 152 and the second mounting plate 154, so that the first mounting plate 152, the second mounting plate 154 and the cover plate 150 cooperate to form the slot 11. The second cover 16 may have the same structural features as the first cover 15, or the second cover 16 may have only a flat plate-like structure. The first cover body 15 is designed in a split type, so that the manufacturing process is simplified, and the material is saved, so that the cover plate 150, the first mounting plate 152 and the second mounting plate 154 can be rapidly produced in batches by adopting a stamping process. Similarly, the second cover 16, the lock cylinder 20, the first key 30 and the second key 40 are all suitable for rapid mass production using a stamping process.
Referring to fig. 10, fig. 10 is a schematic structural diagram of a debit system according to an embodiment of the present application.
The debit system includes a latch 100 as described above. The first key 30 carries identification information of the borrower, and the second key 40 is connected with the object.
For example, the debit system comprises a tool rack 200, a plurality of locks 100 are fixedly connected to the tool rack 200, a second key 40 of each lock 100 is connected to a tool, and the second key 40 is hooked to the lock cylinder 20.
