The dermis nursing waterproof film forming agent is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 50-60% of fluorine-containing polymer emulsion; 5-7% of amino silicone oil; 2 to 7 percent of isomeric tridecanol; 1% -3% of polyether modified silicone oil; 0 to 10 percent of aliphatic polyurethane resin; 0 to 10 percent of emulsified silicone oil; 0 to 15 percent of isopropanol; the balance of water. Also discloses a preparation method and a use method of the dermis nursing waterproof film forming agent. The dermis nursing waterproof film forming agent can form a waterproof and antifouling protective film on the surfaces of all dermis, and achieves the hydrophobic effect while protecting the dermis.

2) The amino silicone oil, the isotridecanol surfactant and the modified polyether silicone oil can clean the leather, and the oil brightness penetrates into leather fibers to soften the leather. The aliphatic polyurethane resin can adjust the film-forming thickness on the surface of the dermis according to the proportion of the added mixed solution, so as to protect the surface of the dermis and achieve the effect of being more hydrophobic together with the waterproof agent. Isopropanol and deionized water are added, the isopropanol can adjust the volatilization speed of the solution, and the deionized water can effectively dissolve various substances, so that the use is more convenient.
