Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a chemical product used in oil field, and provides a recyclable novel paraffin remover and a preparation and recovery method thereof.
Background
Three major problems exist in the oil extraction process: sand production, scaling and wax deposition, which bring many troubles to the extraction and construction of crude oil. In the process of exploitation, the wax-containing crude oil rises along an oil pipe, and with the change of environmental conditions such as temperature, pressure, flow velocity, water content and the like, paraffin molecules in the wax crude oil are broken due to the dissolution balance and can be crystallized and separated out, and the paraffin molecules are intensively deposited on the inner wall of the oil pipe. The deposition of paraffin on the inner wall of the oil pipe inevitably causes the reduction of an oil flow channel and the increase of flow resistance, so that the productivity of the oil well is reduced, and even the production is stopped. In order to solve this problem, many coping methods have been developed, and among them, the chemical wax removal and prevention technology is well received and widely adopted due to its characteristics of wide adaptability, high efficiency, simple operation process, etc.
The chemical paraffin removing agent has many kinds, which are mainly divided into oil-based paraffin removing agent, water-based paraffin removing agent and emulsion type paraffin removing agent, and the common paraffin removing agent has a common defect of being unrecoverable, so that the use cost is increased. The invention provides a recyclable novel paraffin remover and a preparation and recovery method thereof.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to reduce industrial cost and protect environment, the invention develops a novel recyclable paraffin remover, which can realize the function of the conventional paraffin remover under the underground high-pressure working condition, and the novel recyclable paraffin remover can be vaporized under low pressure to be convenient for recovery, so that the novel recyclable paraffin remover has the excellent characteristics of green, safety and recoverability, and can achieve better paraffin removal and prevention effects.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme of the novel recyclable paraffin remover comprises the following steps:
a novel paraffin remover with recoverability comprises the following components in percentage by weight:
the main agent of one of the recyclable novel paraffin removal agents is dimethyl ether, the effect of the dimethyl ether is to dissolve paraffin, so that wax scale condensed on the inner wall of an oil pipe is dissolved or falls off from the inner wall of the oil pipe, the dimethyl ether has unique physical and chemical properties, the saturated vapor pressure of the dimethyl ether is 0.5Mpa at normal temperature, the dimethyl ether exists in a liquid state under the high-pressure environment of an oil field, and the dimethyl ether has very excellent paraffin dissolving performance through visual experiments. After the dimethyl ether and the petroleum are mixed and dissolved, the dimethyl ether and the petroleum can be separated and recovered through pressure reduction, and can be repeatedly used.
The surface active agent is used for wetting and reversing the oleophylic surface into the hydrophilic surface so as to loosen paraffin condensed on the inner wall of the oil pipe, so that dimethyl ether can enter a wax block gap to accelerate the dissolution of wax scale, and the surface active agent enables the wettability of the oil pipe wall to be changed into hydrophilicity so as to inhibit the further generation of the wax scale, play a certain role in wax prevention and accelerate the wax scale to fall off from the inner wall of the oil pipe. The mutual solvent enables the dimethyl ether and the water to be fully mixed and dissolved to form a stable solvent; water is used as a solvent and has a certain flame retardant effect; the density of the novel paraffin remover with recoverability can be changed by adjusting the proportion of water and dimethyl ether, so that the novel paraffin remover with recoverability is fully mixed and dissolved with petroleum at the well bottom.
In order to further improve the wax dissolving effect, the components in the wax removing composition of the invention can be optimized as follows:
a recyclable wax cleaning agent uses oil-soluble or water-soluble surfactant as surfactant in its formula, and the optional agent is SP80, isoamyl alcohol, sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, etc.
A recoverable wax remover features that its mutual solvent can be methanol or alcohol.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the recyclable novel paraffin remover.
The preparation method of the novel recyclable paraffin remover is described by combining the attached drawing 1: under normal pressure, a mixed solution of water, a surfactant and a mutual solvent which are prepared in advance in a fixed amount is added into a reaction kettle (10), then the mixed solution is pressurized to be higher than 0.5Mpa into the reaction kettle (10) through a needle valve (4), then a dimethyl ether reagent in a fixed amount is added into the reaction kettle (10) through a storage tank (5) through a needle valve (11), and the product is obtained after uniform stirring.
