Considering that the pressure required for pressing the insulating paperboard is 0.6MPa, the high-temperature and high-pressure fluid in the rubber bag 41 can select high-temperature steam and oil as a medium, the oil can more easily maintain the pressure, and the pressure is more uniform.
In order to prevent heat loss of the heat insulation box 30 or scalding of operators, heat insulation cotton is pasted on the periphery of the heat insulation box 30, the four upright posts of the workbench 20 are also pasted with the heat insulation cotton, and the periphery of the upper cover 10 is also pasted with the heat insulation cotton.
