The working principle and the using method of the invention are as follows:
after placing L type cooperation seat 2 on with locating plate 21 butt with rectangular shaped steel 16, PLC system control second cylinder 41 starts, drive stopper 4 downward slip to with the butt of rectangular shaped steel 16, fix rectangular shaped steel 16 on L type cooperation seat 2. Then start first servo motor 512, drive horizontal sliding plate 6 and drive a plurality of horizontal perforating guns 61 and slide to being close to the direction of placing platform 1 along horizontal guide rail 51, and a plurality of horizontal perforating guns 61 are synchronous to the vertical side level of rectangular shaped steel 16 and are punched. After the punching is finished, the PLC system controls the first servo motor 512 to rotate reversely, so that the horizontal punching gun 61 is reset. The third servo motor 10 drives the cutting frame 9 to drive the plurality of cutting grinding wheels 91 to synchronously rotate. Meanwhile, the horizontal mounting frame 5 drives the vertical downward sliding of the vertical punching guns 81 and the cutting frame 9, the cutting grinding wheel 91 firstly cuts the vertical side edge of the strip-shaped steel 16, when the vertical punching guns 81 complete vertical punching, the downward movement is continued, and the cutting grinding wheel 91 cuts the horizontal side edge of the strip-shaped steel 16. Specifically, the PLC system controls the third servo motor 10 to decelerate immediately before the whetstone 91 completely cuts the strip steel 16, thereby reducing the rotational speed of the whetstone 91 and preventing the occurrence of the chipping.
After the cutting-off operation is completed, the PLC system controls the third servo motor 10 to stop working, and the second servo motor 72 rotates reversely to drive the vertical punching guns 81 and the cutting grinding wheels 91 to reset. After the cutting grinding wheel 91 moves to the upper part of the L-shaped matching seat 2, the PLC system controls the first air cylinder 31 to be started, the push plate 3 is pushed towards the direction close to the material receiving basket 13, a plurality of processed corner connectors 17 are pushed down from the L-shaped matching seat 2, and the corner connectors slide down into the material receiving basket 13 through the U-shaped guide plate 11. When the corner brace 17 falls into the receiving basket 13, a part of the chips adhering to its surface falls off and falls into the residue basket 14 via the filter holes 151.
