The use method of the electronic accessory paint spraying device comprises the following steps:
s1: placing an electronic accessory to be painted on a conveyor belt 2, conveying the electronic accessory to be under a nozzle 18 by the conveyor belt 2, starting a lifting motor 14, driving a second screw rod 16 to rotate by the lifting motor 14, driving a lifting block 15 and a painting disc 17 to be lifted to a proper height by the rotation of the second screw rod 16, starting a paint pump of an inner cavity of a paint supply box 20, enabling three-proofing paint of the paint supply box 20 to enter the painting disc 17 through a paint inlet hose 19 under the action of the paint pump, and spraying the three-proofing paint by the nozzle 18 to paint the surface of the electronic accessory;
s2: when the electronic accessories are large in size, a driving motor 6 is started, the driving motor 6 drives a driving gear 5 to rotate, the driving gear 5 drives a moving frame 7 to move through a meshing rack 3, the moving frame 7 moves to drive a moving beam 9 to move through a connecting plate 8, the moving beam 9 drives a paint spraying disc 17 and a paint supply box 20 to move left and right, when the paint supply box 20 moves left and right, a lifting rod 23 is driven to move left and right through a limiting ring 22, the lifting rod 23 drives a roller 24 to move at the top of a wavy guide rail 4, the lifting rod 23 reciprocates up and down, the lifting rod 23 drives a lifting mixing plate 26 to stir and mix three-proofing paint in the inner cavities of the paint supply box 20 and the paint storage box 21, and the paint spraying disc 17 sprays paint left;
s3: meanwhile, the guide motor 11 is started, the guide motor 11 drives the first screw rod 12 to rotate, the first screw rod 12 drives the moving plate 13 to move back and forth through the moving slide block, the moving plate 13 drives the paint spraying disc 17 to move back and forth through the lifting block 15 and the rectangular plate 151, and the paint spraying disc 17 sprays paint to the electronic accessories back and forth through the nozzle 18;
s4: in the paint spraying process, the three-proofing paint in the paint supply box 20 is supplemented in time by controlling the electromagnetic valve on the outer wall of the connecting pipe between the paint supply box 20 and the paint storage box 21.
