The holding principle is as follows: connecting a tensioning motor mechanism 4 into a circuit, starting the tensioning motor mechanism 4, rotating the tensioning motor mechanism 4 to drive a motor gear 4-1 to rotate, engaging the upper part of a motor bevel gear 4-1 with a bevel gear 7-4, driving the bevel gear 7-4 to rotate by the motor bevel gear 4-1, sleeving the bevel gear 7-4 on the right side of a threaded rod 7-2 through a key, driving the threaded rod 7-2 to rotate by the rotation of the bevel gear 7-4 through the key, matching the threaded rod 7-2 with a box body 1 in a threaded manner, and pulling the box body 1 to move towards a connecting frame 6 by the threaded rod; the five gear 7-5 is fixed on the left side of the threaded rod 7-2, the five gear 7-5 is meshed with the four gear 7-3, the five gear 7-5 drives the four gear 7-3 to rotate, the four gear 7-3 is fixed on the other threaded rod 7-2, the threaded rod 7-2 rotates to drive the box body 1 to move, and the telegraph pole is tightly held between the box body 1 and the connecting frame 6.
