Abstract
本发明提出了一种抗皱精华液,由以下原料按重量份制备而成:海鲈鱼胶原蛋白肽50‑70份、改性胶原蛋白35‑45份、银耳多糖20‑35份、芦荟多糖40‑60份、蜂蜜10‑22份、中药抗皱液5‑15份、抗氧剂1‑5份、中药紫外吸收剂10‑25份、丁二醇1‑2份、聚乙二醇400 1‑5份、甘油2‑7份、植物精油5‑10份、EDTA·2Na 0.1‑1份、双(羟甲基)咪唑烷基脲1‑2份、乳化剂2‑4份和去离子水100‑120份。本发明添加的各组成分纯天然无刺激,减少了大量的合成化合物的添加,且不含重金属,抗皱、除皱效果明显且持久,对皮肤无害,原料来源广,成本低廉,应用广泛。

本发明涉及化妆品技术领域,具体涉及一种抗皱精华液。
背景技术
***是人一生中最俊美靓丽的时期,此时皮肤柔滑、光泽、丰满、富有弹性、***。到了25岁以后,新陈代谢开始减慢,水分和皮下脂肪减少,弹性纤维逐渐***,皮肤变皱、光泽消退。40岁以后,体内激素平衡失调,角蛋白降低,弹性纤维断裂,皮肤松弛、粗糙、皱纹增多,逐渐进入老化期。皮肤老化是整个机体衰老的突出表现,其中脸部皮肤老化尤为明显,人体内成纤维细胞的数量逐渐减少,其分泌的胶原蛋白和弹力纤维蛋白也因为被氧化逐渐减少、断裂,对表皮的支撑作用就消失,造成不均一的塌陷,真皮层开始变薄,皮肤弹性变差,皱纹也开始逐渐产生。
皱纹是由于人体受到内源性及外源性因素的影响后,导致皮肤支撑组织及皮肤结构的变化,造成皮肤保水能力的丧失,弹力纤维和胶原排列顺序的变化,由此导致皮肤的机械力和弹性下降,形成凹陷,从而形成皱纹。皱纹产生的机制十分复杂,其中之一就是包括紫外线在内的各因素导致的细胞损伤以及由该损伤增加的细胞凋亡、蛋白酶如基质金属蛋白酶(matrix metalloprotease,MMPs)表达的增加导致的纤维成分如胶原蛋白的水解,和细胞因子的增加导致的纤维束瓦解。其中MMPs在该过程中发挥着关键性的作用,且其具有多种功能,如降解由胶原蛋白、蛋白多糖、弹性蛋白等形成的细胞外基质和降解在细胞表面上表达的蛋白质等。而这些降解作用导致细胞外基质的减少和变性,是皮肤形成皱纹、松弛等的重要因素。另外,由于炎症引起细胞产生的TNF-α、IL-1和IL-6等炎性细胞因子可通过诱导MMPs的产生,导致皮肤皱纹和松弛的形成。
虽然皮肤老化是不可逆的生理现象,但其进程却可以延缓或减慢。针对脸部皱纹,常见的祛皱方法为手术除皱、注射祛皱和抗皱化妆品。手术除皱和注射祛皱的治疗成本高、风险大,并不是每一位消费者都可以承受,而抗皱化妆品是一个很好的选择。抗皱化妆品又分为抗皱面膜、洁面乳,抗皱爽肤水、面霜、精华液等多种,抗皱面膜、洁面乳在脸部的停留时间短,效果不明显,需要长期使用,且使用过程也不方便;抗皱爽肤水、面霜中活性成分的含量相对较低,其抗皱效果也不明显,而精华液含有的营养物质和活性成分较爽肤水、面霜要高更多,其功效强大,抗皱效果显著,但是目前的精华液普通存在渗透性差、不易吸收等问题,且抗皱效果还有待提高。
因此,有必要研发一种其渗透性好,易吸收,有效补水保湿,修复皮肤皱纹,抑制皱纹再生,延缓皮肤衰老抗皱精华液。
发明内容
为了解决上述的技术问题,本发明提供一种抗皱精华液及其制备方法,其目的在于,提供一种抗皱精华液,通过添加聚乙二醇改性的胶原蛋白,增强胶原蛋白的水溶性和生理相容性,促进胶原蛋白涂覆到皮肤上后细胞的吸收,增强褶皱皮肤胶原蛋白含量,以达到去皱的目的;另加入海鲈鱼胶原蛋白肽,研究表明,该类蛋白肽可以促进细胞增殖,涂覆到皮肤表层后能够促进表层细胞增殖,以替代受损细胞和老化细胞,从而进一步完善抗皱功能。
本发明提供一种抗皱精华液,由以下原料按重量份制备而成:海鲈鱼胶原蛋白肽50-70份、改性胶原蛋白35-45份、银耳多糖20-35份、芦荟多糖40-60份、蜂蜜10-22份、中药抗皱液5-15份、抗氧剂1-5份、中药紫外吸收剂10-25份、丁二醇1-2份、聚乙二醇400 1-5份、甘油2-7份、植物精油5-10份、EDTA·2Na 0.1-1份、双(羟甲基)咪唑烷基脲1-2份、乳化剂2-4份和去离子水100-120份;
所述改性胶原蛋白由以下方法制备:称取2g胶原蛋白加入100mL去离子水中,50℃水浴溶解30min,抽滤得到纯净的胶原蛋白溶液,另称取2g聚乙二醇,加入100mL体积分数为2%的冰醋酸中,于50℃的水浴中搅拌溶解30min,将胶原蛋白与聚乙二醇溶液按照l:2质量比混合,并加入质量分数为25%的甘油作增塑剂,20℃条件下搅拌10min混匀,在65℃的水浴中交联2h即得。
作为本发明进一步的改进,由以下原料按重量份制备而成:海鲈鱼胶原蛋白肽60份、改性胶原蛋白40份、银耳多糖27份、芦荟多糖50份、蜂蜜18份、中药抗皱液10份、抗氧剂3份、中药紫外吸收剂19份、丁二醇1.5份、聚乙二醇400 3份、甘油6份、植物精油7份、EDTA·2Na 0.5份、双(羟甲基)咪唑烷基脲1.5份、乳化剂3份和去离子水110份。
作为本发明进一步的改进,所述抗氧剂选自2,6-三级丁基-4-甲基苯酚、双(3,5-三级丁基-4-羟基苯基)硫醚、四〔β-(3,5-三级丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸〕季戊四醇酯、三辛酯、三癸酯、三(十二碳醇)酯、三(十六碳醇)酯、山梨酸钾、山梨酸、乳酸钠、白芦藜醇、茶多酚和维生素C中的一种或几种。
作为本发明进一步的改进,所述中药紫外吸收剂由以下原料按重量份制备而成:槐花27份、黄芪20份、薏苡仁15份、虎杖15份、黄连13份、苦荞10份、罗勒7份、草果5份和槐米2份。
作为本发明进一步的改进,所述中药紫外吸收剂由以下方法制备而成:按比例称取槐花、黄芪、薏苡仁、虎杖、黄连、苦荞、罗勒、草果和槐米,晒干后粉碎,按照固液比1:20加入去离子水,浸泡24h后,500W微波加热至100℃回流5h后,过滤,收集滤液;滤渣按照重量比1:1加入去离子水,500W微波加热滞100℃回流2h后,过滤,收集滤液,合并两次滤液,浓缩至密度为1.5-2g/cm3,即得中药紫外吸收剂。
作为本发明进一步的改进,所述中药抗皱液由以下原料按重量份制备而成:紫薇10份、黄精10份、枸杞10份、丹参10份和雷公藤10份。
作为本发明进一步的改进,所述中药抗皱液由以下方法制备而成:按比例称取紫薇、黄精、枸杞、丹参和雷公藤,晒干后粉碎,按照固液比1:10加入乙醇-丁酮体积比为1:1的混合溶剂,浸泡2h后加热至50℃,200r/min搅拌提取5-7h,过滤,旋蒸除去溶剂,得到中药抗皱液。
作为本发明进一步的改进,所述植物精油选自薰衣草油、柠檬油、香柠檬油、丁香油、薄荷油、肉桂油、玫瑰油中的一种或几种。
作为本发明进一步的改进,所述乳化剂选自硬脂酸钠、硬脂酸钾、棕榈酸钠、棕榈酸钾、十二烷基硫酸钠、吐温系列乳化剂和司盘系列乳化剂中的一种或几种,所述吐温系列乳化剂包括但不仅限于吐温-20、吐温-40、吐温-60、吐温-80;所述司盘系列乳化剂包括但不仅限于司盘-20、司盘-40、司盘-60、司盘-80。
本发明进一步保护上述一种抗皱精华液的制备方法,按照以下步骤制备而成:
(1)将银耳多糖、芦荟多糖、蜂蜜、聚乙二醇400、甘油和EDTA·2Na加入反应器中,加入1/2的去离子水,加热至70℃,搅拌30min溶解完全,得到A液;
(2)将海鲈鱼胶原蛋白肽、改性胶原蛋白、中药抗皱液、抗氧剂、中药紫外吸收剂和丁二醇加入容器中,加入1/4的去离子水,加热搅拌20min至完全溶解,温度控制在75℃以下,得到B液;
(3)在不断搅拌下,缓慢将B液加入A液中,加入乳化剂,保持70℃快速均质搅拌2-3分钟,使成乳液,继续加入双(羟甲基)咪唑烷基脲、丁二醇和植物精油,继续搅拌均匀,冷却至室温,装瓶,得到抗皱精华液。
本发明具有如下有益效果:
1.本发明通过添加聚乙二醇改性的胶原蛋白,增强胶原蛋白的水溶性和生理相容性,促进胶原蛋白涂覆到皮肤上后细胞的吸收,增强褶皱皮肤胶原蛋白含量,以达到去皱的目的;
2.本发明加入海鲈鱼胶原蛋白肽,研究表明,该类蛋白肽可以促进细胞增殖,涂覆到皮肤表层后能够促进表层细胞增殖,以替代受损细胞和老化细胞,从而进一步完善抗皱功能;
3.本发明通过加入银耳多糖、芦荟多糖、蜂蜜和甘油,这几类原料协同作用起到很好的皮肤保湿作用,增生的细胞不会因为失水而再次受损,从而保持细胞活力;
4.本发明还加入了中药抗皱液和中药紫外吸收剂,这两类中药提取物能够明显改善皱纹和吸收紫外线,避免紫外线伤害皮肤表层细胞,减少由该损伤增加的细胞凋亡、蛋白酶如基质金属蛋白酶表达的增加导致的纤维成分如胶原蛋白的水解,保护皮肤;
5.本发明加入天然植物精油,增加产品的香气,纯天然无刺激,且味道柔和清新,受广大消费者的喜爱;
6.本发明添加的各组成分纯天然无刺激,减少了大量的合成化合物的添加,且不含重金属,抗皱、除皱效果明显且持久,对皮肤无害,原料来源广,成本低廉,因此,应用广泛。
具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整的描述,显然,所述的实施例只是本发明的部分具有代表性的实施例,而不是全部实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的其他所有实施例都属于本发明的保护范围。
实施例1改性胶原蛋白的制备
由以下方法制备:称取2g胶原蛋白加入100mL去离子水中,50℃水浴溶解30min,抽滤得到纯净的胶原蛋白溶液,另称取2g聚乙二醇,加入100mL体积分数为2%的冰醋酸中,于50℃的水浴中搅拌溶解30min,将胶原蛋白与聚乙二醇溶液按照l:2质量比混合,并加入质量分数为25%的甘油作增塑剂,20℃条件下搅拌10min混匀,在65℃的水浴中交联2h即得改性胶原蛋白,得率为92%。
实施例2改性胶原蛋白的制备
由以下方法制备:称取2g胶原蛋白加入100mL去离子水中,50℃水浴溶解30min,抽滤得到纯净的胶原蛋白溶液,另称取2g聚乙二醇,加入100mL体积分数为5%的冰醋酸中,于50℃的水浴中搅拌溶解30min,将胶原蛋白与聚乙二醇溶液按照l:5质量比混合,并加入质量分数为25%的甘油作增塑剂,20℃条件下搅拌10min混匀,在80℃的水浴中交联2h即得改性胶原蛋白,得率为72%。
实施例3中药紫外吸收剂的制备
由以下原料按重量份制备而成:槐花27份、黄芪20份、薏苡仁15份、虎杖15份、黄连13份、苦荞10份、罗勒7份、草果5份和槐米2份;
由以下方法制备:按比例称取槐花、黄芪、薏苡仁、虎杖、黄连、苦荞、罗勒、草果和槐米,晒干后粉碎,按照固液比1:20加入去离子水,浸泡24h后,500W微波加热至100℃回流5h后,过滤,收集滤液;滤渣按照重量比1:1加入去离子水,500W微波加热滞100℃回流2h后,过滤,收集滤液,合并两次滤液,浓缩至密度为1.8g/cm3,即得中药紫外吸收剂,得率为90%。
实施例4中药紫外吸收剂的制备
由以下原料按重量份制备而成:槐花27份、黄芪20份、薏苡仁15份、虎杖15份、黄连13份、苦荞10份、罗勒7份、草果5份和槐米2份;
由以下方法制备:按比例称取槐花、黄芪、薏苡仁、虎杖、黄连、苦荞、罗勒、草果和槐米,晒干后粉碎,按照固液比1:20加入去离子水,浸泡24h后,电热套加热至100℃回流5h后,过滤,收集滤液;滤渣按照重量比1:1加入去离子水,电热套加热滞100℃回流24h后,过滤,收集滤液,合并两次滤液,浓缩至密度为1.8g/cm3,即得中药紫外吸收剂,得率为80%。
实施例5中药抗皱液的制备
由以下原料按重量份制备而成:紫薇10份、黄精10份、枸杞10份、丹参10份和雷公藤10份;
由以下方法制备:按比例称取紫薇、黄精、枸杞、丹参和雷公藤,晒干后粉碎,按照固液比1:10加入乙醇-丁酮体积比为1:1的混合溶剂,浸泡2h后加热至50℃,200r/min搅拌提取5-7h,过滤,旋蒸除去溶剂,得到中药抗皱液,得率为95%。
实施例6中药抗皱液的制备
由以下原料按重量份制备而成:紫薇15份、黄精5份、枸杞7份、丹参2份和雷公藤20份;
由以下方法制备:按比例称取紫薇、黄精、枸杞、丹参和雷公藤,晒干后粉碎,按照固液比1:10加入乙醇-丁酮体积比为1:1的混合溶剂,浸泡2h后加热至50℃,200r/min搅拌提取5-7h,过滤,旋蒸除去溶剂,得到中药抗皱液,得率为83%。
实施例7抗皱精华液的制备
由以下原料按重量份制备而成:海鲈鱼胶原蛋白肽50份、改性胶原蛋白35份、银耳多糖20份、芦荟多糖40份、蜂蜜10份、中药抗皱液5份、山梨酸钾1份、中药紫外吸收剂10份、丁二醇1份、聚乙二醇400 1份、甘油2份、薄荷油5份、EDTA·2Na 0.1份、双(羟甲基)咪唑烷基脲1份、十二烷基硫酸钠2份和去离子水100份;
由以下方法制备:
(1)将银耳多糖、芦荟多糖、蜂蜜、聚乙二醇400、甘油和EDTA·2Na加入反应器中,加入1/2的去离子水,加热至70℃,搅拌30min溶解完全,得到A液;
(2)将海鲈鱼胶原蛋白肽、改性胶原蛋白、中药抗皱液、山梨酸钾、中药紫外吸收剂和丁二醇加入容器中,加入1/4的去离子水,加热搅拌20min至完全溶解,温度控制在75℃以下,得到B液;
(3)在不断搅拌下,缓慢将B液加入A液中,加入十二烷基硫酸钠,保持70℃快速均质搅拌2-3分钟,使成乳液,继续加入双(羟甲基)咪唑烷基脲、丁二醇和薄荷油,继续搅拌均匀,冷却至室温,装瓶,得到抗皱精华液。
实施例7抗皱精华液的制备
由以下原料按重量份制备而成:海鲈鱼胶原蛋白肽70份、改性胶原蛋白45份、银耳多糖35份、芦荟多糖60份、蜂蜜22份、中药抗皱液15份、双(3,5-三级丁基-4-羟基苯基)硫醚5份、中药紫外吸收剂25份、丁二醇2份、聚乙二醇400 5份、甘油7份、玫瑰油10份、EDTA·2Na1份、双(羟甲基)咪唑烷基脲2份、棕榈酸钾4份和去离子水120份;
由以下方法制备:
(1)将银耳多糖、芦荟多糖、蜂蜜、聚乙二醇400、甘油和EDTA·2Na加入反应器中,加入1/2的去离子水,加热至70℃,搅拌30min溶解完全,得到A液;
(2)将海鲈鱼胶原蛋白肽、改性胶原蛋白、中药抗皱液、双(3,5-三级丁基-4-羟基苯基)硫醚、中药紫外吸收剂和丁二醇加入容器中,加入1/4的去离子水,加热搅拌20min至完全溶解,温度控制在75℃以下,得到B液;
(3)在不断搅拌下,缓慢将B液加入A液中,加入棕榈酸钾,保持70℃快速均质搅拌2-3分钟,使成乳液,继续加入双(羟甲基)咪唑烷基脲、丁二醇和玫瑰油,继续搅拌均匀,冷却至室温,装瓶,得到抗皱精华液。
实施例9抗皱精华液的制备
由以下原料按重量份制备而成:海鲈鱼胶原蛋白肽60份、改性胶原蛋白40份、银耳多糖27份、芦荟多糖50份、蜂蜜18份、中药抗皱液10份、茶多酚1份、维生素C3份、中药紫外吸收剂19份、丁二醇1.5份、聚乙二醇400 3份、甘油6份、香柠檬油7份、EDTA·2Na0.5份、双(羟甲基)咪唑烷基脲1.5份、吐温-80 2份、司盘-80 1份和去离子水110份;
由以下方法制备:
(1)将银耳多糖、芦荟多糖、蜂蜜、聚乙二醇400、甘油和EDTA·2Na加入反应器中,加入1/2的去离子水,加热至70℃,搅拌30min溶解完全,得到A液;
(2)将海鲈鱼胶原蛋白肽、改性胶原蛋白、中药抗皱液、茶多酚、维生素C、中药紫外吸收剂和丁二醇加入容器中,加入1/4的去离子水,加热搅拌20min至完全溶解,温度控制在75℃以下,得到B液;
(3)在不断搅拌下,缓慢将B液加入A液中,加入吐温-80和司盘-80,保持70℃快速均质搅拌2-3分钟,使成乳液,继续加入双(羟甲基)咪唑烷基脲、丁二醇和香柠檬油,继续搅拌均匀,冷却至室温,装瓶,得到抗皱精华液。
对照例1按照专利ZL 201510731589.7“一种具有皮肤抗皱功效的精华液”的方法制备
功效成分:风车草提取物15份,玫瑰茄花提取物0.5份,秋葵提取物0.5份,富勒烯0.05份,小分子透明质酸6份;
载体:1,3-丁二醇2份,甘油3份,苯氧乙醇0.5份,去离子水72.45份;
将称量好的甘油,1,3-丁二醇,去离子水加入水锅中加热到95℃,搅拌混匀后,使用冷却水降温至70℃,边搅拌边加入小分子透明质酸,搅拌直至完全溶解,继续冷却至45℃,边搅拌边加入功效成分(风车草提取物、玫瑰茄花提取物、秋葵提取物、富勒烯和小分子透明质酸)及苯氧乙醇等成分,直至搅拌均匀,灌装即得具有抗皱功效的精华液。
试验例1人体皮肤斑贴试验
1.受试物:实施例9制备的抗皱精华液
2.阴性对照:去离子水
3.受试者:共30人,男0人,女30人,年龄21-48岁,符合受试者志愿入选标准。
4.斑贴方法:选用合格的斑试器,以封闭式斑贴试验方法,将受试物和阴性对照约0.020mL-0.025mL(半流体)滴于斑试器内,外用专用胶带贴敷于受试者背部,24小时后去除受试物,分别去除后0.5、24、48小时观察皮肤反应,按《化妆品卫生规范》(2007年版)中皮肤反应分级标准记录其结果。试验结果见表1:

人体皮肤斑贴试验结果显示:30人中0例出现皮肤不良反应;说明本发明的抗皱精华液使用安全。
试验例2抗皱功能实验
样品组:实施例9制备的抗皱精华液;
对照组:对照例1制备的具有皮肤抗皱功效的精华液
1、对MMP-1表达的抑制率
通过测试这些样品对MMP-1的抑制率来评估这些样品的抗皱效果:将成纤维细胞接种到12孔细胞培养板中,每个孔含有0.75×105个细胞,并且在无血清培养基中饥饿培养24小时。用PBS冲洗经饥饿培养的细胞,并且用紫外光处理(40mJ)。然后,在48小时内,向细胞中加入测试样品2次。用试剂盒(BIOTRAK,RPN2610)测量培养基中分离的MMP-1。通过计算MMP-1的表达抑制率来评估抗皱功效的强弱。计算公式如下:
抑制率=(A-B)/A*100%
A:未添加测试样品,但经紫外照射后MMP-1的表达量
B:添加测试样品并经紫外照射后MMP-1的表达量
结果表1所示。

由上表可知,本发明实施例9制备的抗皱精华液相较于对照例1,具有更好的抑制MMP-1的表达效果。
2、Ⅲ型胶原蛋白的合成促进率:
将在含10%FBS的DMEM培养基中培养的人成纤维细胞播种于24孔板,细胞附着后,用含有0.25%FBS和250μM抗坏血酸磷酸镁的DMEM培养基进行培养基交换,分别加入上述待测样品。培养三天后,回收培养基上清,离心分离,测定所得上清中的Ⅲ型胶原蛋白。
关于细胞中Ⅲ型胶原蛋白的生物合成能力的评价方法是采用“RIA-gnost PⅢP(PⅢP)测定试剂盒”测定上清液中分泌的Ⅲ型胶原蛋白的末端肽(Procollagen typeⅢ-peptide:简称为PⅢP)的含量。通过Ⅲ型胶原蛋白的合成促进率进而评估这些样品的抗皱效果的强弱。计算公式如下:
促进率=(A-B)/B*100%
A:添加测试样品后的Ⅲ型胶原蛋白生成量
B:未添加测试样品的Ⅲ型胶原蛋白生成量
结果见表2。

由上表可知,本发明实施例9和对照例1制备的抗皱精华液均能促进细胞对Ⅲ型胶原蛋白的分泌,但本发明实施例制备的精华液促进率远远高于对照例,能够明显提高Ⅲ型胶原蛋白生成量,增厚细胞外基质,进而实现抗皱效果。
使用实施例7、8所得到的祛斑美白面膜液按上述方法进行人体皮肤斑贴试验和祛斑、美白效果试验,均获得了与上述试验结果相类似的试验结果。
本领域的技术人员在不脱离权利要求书确定的本发明的精神和范围的条件下,还可以对以上内容进行各种各样的修改。因此本发明的范围并不仅限于以上的说明,而是由权利要求书的范围来确定的。
Claims (10)
1.一种抗皱精华液,其特征在于,由以下原料按重量份制备而成:海鲈鱼胶原蛋白肽50-70份、改性胶原蛋白35-45份、银耳多糖20-35份、芦荟多糖40-60份、蜂蜜10-22份、中药抗皱液5-15份、抗氧剂1-5份、中药紫外吸收剂10-25份、丁二醇1-2份、聚乙二醇400 1-5份、甘油2-7份、植物精油5-10份、EDTA·2Na 0.1-1份、双(羟甲基)咪唑烷基脲1-2份、乳化剂2-4份和去离子水100-120份;
所述改性胶原蛋白由以下方法制备:称取2g胶原蛋白加入100mL去离子水中,50℃水浴溶解30min,抽滤得到纯净的胶原蛋白溶液,另称取2g聚乙二醇,加入100mL体积分数为2%的冰醋酸中,于50℃的水浴中搅拌溶解30min,将胶原蛋白与聚乙二醇溶液按照l:2质量比混合,并加入质量分数为25%的甘油作增塑剂,20℃条件下搅拌10min混匀,在65℃的水浴中交联2h即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种抗皱精华液,其特征在于,由以下原料按重量份制备而成:海鲈鱼胶原蛋白肽60份、改性胶原蛋白40份、银耳多糖27份、芦荟多糖50份、蜂蜜18份、中药抗皱液10份、抗氧剂3份、中药紫外吸收剂19份、丁二醇1.5份、聚乙二醇400 3份、甘油6份、植物精油7份、EDTA·2Na 0.5份、双(羟甲基)咪唑烷基脲1.5份、乳化剂3份和去离子水110份。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种抗皱精华液,其特征在于,所述抗氧剂选自2,6-三级丁基-4-甲基苯酚、双(3,5-三级丁基-4-羟基苯基)硫醚、四〔β-(3,5-三级丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸〕季戊四醇酯、三辛酯、三癸酯、三(十二碳醇)酯、三(十六碳醇)酯、山梨酸钾、山梨酸、乳酸钠、白芦藜醇、茶多酚和维生素C中的一种或几种。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种抗皱精华液,其特征在于,所述中药紫外吸收剂由以下原料按重量份制备而成:槐花27份、黄芪20份、薏苡仁15份、虎杖15份、黄连13份、苦荞10份、罗勒7份、草果5份和槐米2份。
5.根据权利要求4所述一种抗皱精华液,其特征在于,所述中药紫外吸收剂由以下方法制备而成:按比例称取槐花、黄芪、薏苡仁、虎杖、黄连、苦荞、罗勒、草果和槐米,晒干后粉碎,按照固液比1:20加入去离子水,浸泡24h后,500W微波加热至100℃回流5h后,过滤,收集滤液;滤渣按照重量比1:1加入去离子水,500W微波加热滞100℃回流2h后,过滤,收集滤液,合并两次滤液,浓缩至密度为1.5-2g/cm3,即得中药紫外吸收剂。
6.根据权利要求1所述一种抗皱精华液,其特征在于,所述中药抗皱液由以下原料按重量份制备而成:紫薇10份、黄精10份、枸杞10份、丹参10份和雷公藤10份。
7.根据权利要求6所述一种抗皱精华液,其特征在于,所述中药抗皱液由以下方法制备而成:按比例称取紫薇、黄精、枸杞、丹参和雷公藤,晒干后粉碎,按照固液比1:10加入乙醇-丁酮体积比为1:1的混合溶剂,浸泡2h后加热至50℃,200r/min搅拌提取5-7h,过滤,旋蒸除去溶剂,得到中药抗皱液。
8.根据权利要求1所述一种抗皱精华液,其特征在于,所述植物精油选自薰衣草油、柠檬油、香柠檬油、丁香油、薄荷油、肉桂油、玫瑰油中的一种或几种。
9.根据权利要求1所述一种抗皱精华液,其特征在于,所述乳化剂选自硬脂酸钠、硬脂酸钾、棕榈酸钠、棕榈酸钾、十二烷基硫酸钠、吐温系列乳化剂和司盘系列乳化剂中的一种或几种,所述吐温系列乳化剂包括但不仅限于吐温-20、吐温-40、吐温-60、吐温-80;所述司盘系列乳化剂包括但不仅限于司盘-20、司盘-40、司盘-60、司盘-80。
10.根据权利要求1-9任一权利要求所述一种抗皱精华液的制备方法,其特征在于,按照以下步骤制备而成:
(1)将银耳多糖、芦荟多糖、蜂蜜、聚乙二醇400、甘油和EDTA·2Na加入反应器中,加入1/2的去离子水,加热至70℃,搅拌30min溶解完全,得到A液;
(2)将海鲈鱼胶原蛋白肽、改性胶原蛋白、中药抗皱液、抗氧剂、中药紫外吸收剂和丁二醇加入容器中,加入1/4的去离子水,加热搅拌20min至完全溶解,温度控制在75℃以下,得到B液;
(3)在不断搅拌下,缓慢将B液加入A液中,加入乳化剂,保持70℃快速均质搅拌2-3分钟,使成乳液,继续加入双(羟甲基)咪唑烷基脲、丁二醇和植物精油,继续搅拌均匀,冷却至室温,装瓶,得到抗皱精华液。
