本发明涉及中药材育苗技术领域,特别涉及一种重楼育苗方法。
背景技术
重楼为百合科重楼,属多年生草本植物,在我国主要分布在云南、广西、贵州、四川等地。重楼表面黄棕色或灰棕色,外皮脱落处呈白色,以根茎入药,性微寒、味苦,有小毒,是中国传统的中药品种,具有清热解毒、消肿止痛、祛痰平喘的功效,用于痈肿、咽喉肿痛、毒蛇咬伤、跌打伤痛、惊风抽搐等症,是云南白药、宫血宁胶囊、抗病毒冲剂的主要原料之一。
重楼种子具有休眠现象,种子萌发过程中需要经历较长的形态后熟和生理后熟两个阶段,自然情况下,需要18-22个月才能出苗,出苗率也比较低,成苗率更是不足1%。目前重楼人工育苗主要有种子育苗和根茎切段育苗两种方法,根茎切段育苗虽然育苗周期短,但种苗成本较高,不利于重楼的大规模人工栽培;种子育苗虽然成本低,但出苗率相当低。因此,如何提高发芽率、出苗率、成活率以及缩短育苗周期成为重楼种子育苗的关键技术。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服上述缺陷,提供一种重楼育苗方法,有效提高了重楼种子的发芽率、出苗率和成活率,同时大大缩短了出苗时间,且成本低、操作简单、经济快速。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案为:
一种重楼育苗方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)种子前处理:在重楼种子成熟的9~11月,选择成熟饱满、健康无霉变、无损伤的重楼种子,洗去外种皮,浸没于浸种液中超声处理1~5min,置于通风处晾干水分,置入具有透气性的容器中于温度1~3℃下保存60~80天;
(2)苗床选择:选择富含有机质的松软土质为苗圃地,翻耕清除杂草,暴晒15天后,每亩施腐熟有机肥800kg~1200kg,并撒施生物杀菌剂,将地整平;
(3)出苗管理:将步骤(1)处理后的重楼种子散播于苗床上,上面铺有1cm~2cm干草覆盖,浇一次透水,温度控制在25℃~30℃;之后视土壤的湿度每隔10~15天浇一次水,土壤潮湿为止,重楼种子第一次出苗后,在重楼叶片平展后喷施叶面肥,并喷施生物杀菌剂防止幼苗发生病虫害;次年第二次出苗后,自重楼幼苗叶片平展后每隔2个月喷施一次复合肥;第三次出苗后进行移栽。

本发明采用浸种液超声浸泡处理重楼种子,抑制了种子促休眠成分的增长,有效地改善了种子的休眠期,缩短了种子的后熟时间,为种子萌发提供了营养物质,加快了种子的出苗培育周期,提高了种子的成活率;同时在后期管理中合理施肥,提高重楼的产量和品质,且采用生物杀菌剂进行杀虫,绿色环保,杀虫杀菌效果好,减少重楼根部的病虫害,促进重楼根系生长,显著提高重楼的产量,能够保障重楼的药用价值,提高重楼的品质。

其中,生物杀菌剂包括如下重量份的原料:生姜提取液40份、夏枯草提取液40份、菊花根提取液40份、益生菌20份、多菌灵20份、抗坏血酸10份;
(3)出苗管理:将步骤(1)处理后的重楼种子散播于苗床上,上面铺有2cm干草覆盖,浇一次透水,温度控制在28℃;之后视土壤的湿度每隔10~15天浇一次水,土壤潮湿为止,重楼种子第一次出苗后,在重楼叶片平展后喷施叶面肥,并喷施生物杀菌剂防止幼苗发生病虫害;次年第二次出苗后,自重楼幼苗叶片平展后每隔2个月喷施一次复合肥;第三次出苗后进行移栽;
其中,叶面肥包括如下重量份的原料:尿素60份、磷酸二氢钾50份、钼酸钠40份、葡萄糖20份、稀土金属盐20份、聚天冬氨酸15份、抗坏血酸10份;
其中,复合肥包括如下重量份的原料:尿素60份、磷酸二氢钾50份、硫酸铵40份、硫酸铵30份、螯合微量元素20份、氨基酸20份、复合维生素10份。

Claims (7)

1.一种重楼育苗方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
(1)种子前处理:在重楼种子成熟的9~11月,选择成熟饱满、健康无霉变、无损伤的重楼种子,洗去外种皮,浸没于浸种液中超声处理1~5min,置于通风处晾干水分,置入具有透气性的容器中于温度1~3℃下保存60~80天;
(2)苗床选择:选择富含有机质的松软土质为苗圃地,翻耕清除杂草,暴晒15天后,每亩施腐熟有机肥800kg~1200kg,并撒施生物杀菌剂,将地整平;
(3)出苗管理:将步骤(1)处理后的重楼种子散播于苗床上,上面铺有1cm~2cm干草覆盖,浇一次透水,温度控制在25℃~30℃;之后视土壤的湿度每隔10~15天浇一次水,土壤潮湿为止,重楼种子第一次出苗后,在重楼叶片平展后喷施叶面肥,并喷施生物杀菌剂防止幼苗发生病虫害;次年第二次出苗后,自重楼幼苗叶片平展后每隔2个月喷施一次复合肥;第三次出苗后进行移栽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的重楼育苗方法,其特征在于:步骤(1)所述浸种液包括如下重量份的原料:腐殖酸10~20份、钼酸铵10~20份、鱼腥草提取液10~20份、海藻酸钠10~20份、蛋白质5~10份、氨基酸5~10份、茉莉酸甲酯5~10份、生根粉3~8份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的重楼育苗方法,其特征在于:步骤(1)所述超声频率为70~80kHz。
4.根据权利要求1所述的重楼育苗方法,其特征在于:步骤(2)所述腐熟有机肥包括如下重量份的原料:人粪60~80份、椰糠40~60份、重楼叶40~50份、尿素30~40份、过磷酸钙20~30份、磷酸二氢钾20~30份、草木灰15~25份、保水剂10~20份、发酵剂5~10份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的重楼育苗方法,其特征在于:步骤(2)所述生物杀菌剂包括如下重量份的原料:生姜提取液20~40份、夏枯草提取液20~40份、菊花根提取液20~40份、益生菌10~20份、多菌灵10~20份、抗坏血酸5~10份。
6.根据权利要求1所述的重楼育苗方法,其特征在于:步骤(3)所述叶面肥包括如下重量份的原料:尿素40~60份、磷酸二氢钾30~50份、钼酸钠20~40份、葡萄糖10~20份、稀土金属盐10~20份、聚天冬氨酸5~15份、抗坏血酸5~10份。
7.根据权利要求1所述的重楼育苗方法,其特征在于:步骤(3)所述复合肥包括如下重量份的原料:尿素40~60份、磷酸二氢钾30~50份、硫酸铵20~40份、硫酸铵20~30份、螯合微量元素10~20份、氨基酸10~20份、复合维生素5~10份。
