the destination number identification code extraction module is used for acquiring a destination number identification code corresponding to the destination number from an accounting system of the operator;
the inquiry module is used for inquiring the last terminal equipment identification code corresponding to the destination number identification code from a preset new database;
the second judging module is used for judging whether a new change number identification code corresponding to the last terminal equipment identification code can be inquired from the new database;
the obtaining module is configured to obtain a new change number corresponding to the new change number identifier if the new change number identifier corresponding to the last terminal device identifier can be queried from the new database;
the sending module is further configured to return the obtained change number corresponding to the new change number identification code to the gateway.
6. The number change verification device according to claim 5, further comprising: a storage module;
the storage module is configured to obtain number identifiers of multiple numbers and service time corresponding to each number identifier, terminal device identifiers corresponding to multiple numbers and service time corresponding to each terminal device identifier, and a corresponding relationship between the number identifiers and the terminal device identifiers from the core network signaling database of the operator, and store the obtained number identifiers and service time corresponding to each terminal device identifier in the new database.
7. The number change verification apparatus according to claim 5,
the receiving module is further configured to receive a result that the destination number is not changed, which is returned by the operator's accounting system, if the account canceling record of the destination number is not queried from the operator's accounting system;
the sending module is further configured to return a result that the destination number is not changed to the gateway.
8. The number change verification apparatus according to claim 5,
the sending module is further configured to return, to the gateway, information that the last terminal device identification code does not have a corresponding new change number identification code if the new change number identification code corresponding to the last terminal device identification code is not queried from the new database.
