Abstract

5) Manufacturing a limiting ring, sleeving a drill rod and two steel wires in the limiting ring, putting two palm ropes on the limiting ring from the upper opening of a small hole, manually lifting the limiting ring to the upper end of an indwelling drill rod which is reserved on a large drill bit from the upper opening of the small hole, and taking the indwelling drill rod to the middle of the small hole by the limiting ring under the action of the tension of the two steel wires so as to prevent the drill rod from being poked into a rock wall in the lifting process;
6) Slowly lifting the drilling machine, and removing one drill rod, wherein the left drill rod is exposed out of the small hole, and the left drill rod does not directly extend into the drill rod hole of the drilling machine due to limited lifting stroke of the drilling machine;
7) The exposed indwelling drill rod is connected with a basket cap, the two hoists are locked with the basket cap through lifting points of the top plate anchor cable, after the two hoists are stressed, the power head of the drilling machine falls down, the lifting basket is inverted, the steel wire rope is loosened, and the steel wire rope is detached;
8) The inverted basket and the basket cap are connected and locked by an anchor chain, and the two hoists are slowly loosened at the same time until the anchor chain between the inverted basket and the basket cap is forced, and then the two hoists are taken off;
9) After the drilling machine is lifted to the drill rod slip groove to be exposed, the slip is clamped, the inverted basket and the basket cap are removed, and the drill rod is reserved on the butt joint of the power head of the drilling machine.
Preferably, in the step 2), the steel wire rope is fixed by a shoe-shaped gold ingot clamp at the position below the inverted basket ring.
Preferably, in the step 3), the two steel wire rope heads clamp the big drill bit with the shoe-shaped gold ingot clamps, and each side of the shoe-shaped gold ingot clamps are not less than 3.

step 5, manufacturing a phi 500mm limiting ring 6 by using the steel wire ropes 3, sleeving the drill rod 2 and the two steel wire ropes 3 in the limiting ring 6, putting two palm ropes 7 on the limiting ring 6 from the upper opening of a small hole, manually lifting the limiting ring 6 to the upper end of an indwelling drill rod 8 which is reserved on the large drill bit 5 from the upper opening of the small hole, and taking the indwelling drill rod 8 to the middle of the small hole by the limiting ring 6 under the tension of the two steel wire ropes 3 to prevent the drill rod 2 from being poked into a rock wall in the lifting process;
step 6, slowly lifting the drilling machine 4, and detaching 19 drill rods 2, wherein the left drill rod 8 is exposed out of the small hole, and the left drill rod 8 does not directly extend into the hole of the drill rod 2 of the drilling machine 4 due to limited lifting stroke of the drilling machine 4;
step 7, connecting the exposed indwelling drill rod 8 with a basket cap, locking two 5T hoists with the basket cap through lifting points of the top plate anchor rope, falling the power head of the drilling machine 4 after the two hoists are stressed, loosening the steel wire rope 3 on the basket 1, unloading the shoe-shaped gold ingot card on the steel wire rope 3, and cutting off the steel wire rope 3 by using a wire cutter;
step 8, connecting and locking the inverted basket 1 and the basket cap by using an anchor chain, and removing the two hoists after the anchor chain between the inverted basket 1 and the basket cap is strong;
and 9, after the drilling machine 4 is lifted to the condition that the slip groove of the drill rod 2 is exposed, clamping the slip, removing the inverted basket 1 and the basket cap, and butting the power head of the drilling machine 4 with the reserved drill rod 8.
