背景技术:
轮胎硫化时胎坯内装轮胎硫化胶囊,并往轮胎硫化胶囊内注加高压热水,利用胶囊的膨胀压力使外胎坯充满模型,外胎硫化均采用逐步升温、低温长时间硫化方法,以使胶料充分流动 和传热,确保硫化质量。
轮胎硫化胶囊的导热性能非常重要,导热性好的硫化胶囊在单位时间内提供更多的热量给胎胚,可以减少轮胎的硫化时间,从而达到节约能源和提高劳动生产率的目的。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是针对上述存在的问题一种高导热轮胎硫化胶囊及其加工方法,生产的轮胎硫化胶囊导热性能好,在单位时间内提供更多的热量给胎胚,减少轮胎的硫化时间,进而达到节约能源和提高劳动生产率的目的。
上述的目的通过以下的技术方案实现:
高导热轮胎硫化胶囊,按重量份数包括丁基橡胶100份、氯丁橡胶20-30份、乙炔炭黑5-12份、蓖麻油3-9份、硬脂酸5-12份、氧化锌2-5份、烷基苯酚甲醛树脂6-16份、纳米二氧化硅3-9份、硫化棉籽油3-9份。

(1)取丁基橡胶100份、氯丁橡胶25份混炼1-3分钟;
(2)加入乙炔炭黑8份、硬脂酸9份、氧化锌3份、烷基苯酚甲醛树脂9份、纳米二氧化硅6份混炼30-50秒;
(3)加入蓖麻油6份、硫化棉籽油5份混炼3-7分钟;
(4)对步骤(3)混炼后的产物进行过滤挤出;
(5)硫化成型后打磨。
所述的高导热轮胎硫化胶囊的加工方法,步骤(1)中所述的混炼温度为180-220℃。
所述的高导热轮胎硫化胶囊的加工方法,步骤(2)中所述的混炼温度为220-240℃。
所述的高导热轮胎硫化胶囊的加工方法,步骤(3)中所述的混炼温度为240-260℃。

(1)取丁基橡胶100份、氯丁橡胶25份混炼1-3分钟;
(2)加入乙炔炭黑8份、硬脂酸9份、氧化锌3份、烷基苯酚甲醛树脂9份、纳米二氧化硅6份混炼30-50秒;
(3)加入蓖麻油6份、硫化棉籽油5份混炼3-7分钟;
(4)对步骤(3)混炼后的产物进行过滤挤出;
(5)硫化成型后打磨。

(2)加入乙炔炭黑8份、硬脂酸9份、氧化锌3份、烷基苯酚甲醛树脂9份、纳米二氧化硅6份混炼30-50秒;
(3)加入蓖麻油6份、硫化棉籽油5份混炼3-7分钟;
(4)对步骤(3)混炼后的产物进行过滤挤出;
(5)硫化成型后打磨。
