本发明公开了一种医用纸箱的加工方法,包括以下步骤,步骤1,选取瓦楞纸板按预定尺寸制成纸箱板,并将其展开平摊在水平操作台上,水平操作台上预先放置有一聚乳酸树脂发泡片材,片材的厚度为1‑2mm,聚乳酸树脂发泡片材上表面喷涂有环保胶水;步骤2,将纸箱板内侧面与聚乳酸树脂发泡片材进行粘合,然后通过输送带输送至烘箱中,烘箱温度控制在40‑45℃,干燥时间为3‑5min;步骤3,然后围合成箱体,并在其中粘接固定衬板。该医用纸箱的加工方法无需在包装时使用隔板,并具有减震效果。

本发明涉及一种医用纸箱的加工方法。
背景技术:
目前,用于储放输液吊袋的医用纸箱其内部具有衬板,纸箱封箱时底部和顶部均放置隔板,既起到提高强度的作用,同时避免开箱时刀具划伤内部的输液吊袋。但这种医用纸箱包装麻烦,需要顶面和底面放置隔板,减低了包装效率,同时,这类纸箱减震效果不佳。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种无需在包装时使用隔板的医用纸箱的加工方法。
本发明的技术解决方案是,提供一种医用纸箱的加工方法,包括以下步骤,
步骤1,选取瓦楞纸板按预定尺寸制成纸箱板,并将其展开平摊在水平操作台上,水平操作台上预先放置有一聚乳酸树脂发泡片材,片材的厚度为1-2mm,聚乳酸树脂发泡片材上表面喷涂有环保胶水;
步骤2,将纸箱板内侧面与聚乳酸树脂发泡片材进行粘合,然后通过输送带输送至烘箱中,烘箱温度控制在40-45℃,干燥时间为3-5min;
步骤3,然后围合成箱体,并在其中粘接固定衬板。
本发明的有益效果是:在纸箱内侧面粘合发泡片材,既可以起到减震作用,同时可节省隔板,方便包装时打包。
