Abstract
The automatic cleaning and impurity removing machine for the bamboo shoots comprises a rubbing tank (1), a climbing type spreading and conveying cleaning machine (2), a turnover cleaning mechanism, a silk and wool removing cleaning tank (4) and a bubble cleaning tank (5) which are sequentially arranged. The invention can continuously and automatically finish the cleaning and impurity removal of the bamboo shoots, has high cleaning efficiency and good refreshing effect, can ensure that the cleaned bamboo shoots are not mixed with any impurity, and meets the food sanitation requirement.

Background
Bamboo shoots are healthy and nutritious green food which is very popular for people to eat. Fresh bamboo shoots are short in preservation period, so that people adopt various methods to preserve the fresh bamboo shoots after primary processing so as to eat the fresh bamboo shoots for a long time. The existing processing method is that fresh bamboo shoots are precooked after the shells and the coats of the bamboo shoots are removed, then are cleaned, decontaminated and then are subjected to fresh-keeping bagging or pickling. The climbing type spreading, conveying and cleaning machine comprises a climbing type chain plate conveyor and a group of primary cleaning spray pipes arranged above the slope top position of the climbing type chain plate conveyor;

As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the automatic cleaning and impurity removing machine for the bamboo shoots comprises a scrubbing tank 1, a climbing thinning conveying cleaning machine 2, a turnover cleaning mechanism, a silk and wool removing cleaning tank 4, a bubble cleaning tank 5, a water filtering conveyor 6 and a collecting barrel 7 which are sequentially arranged. The scrubbing tank 1 comprises a scrubbing outer tank 1a, a scrubbing inner tank 1b with mesh holes 1c on the tank wall, a first conveying chain plate 1d arranged on the tank bottom, and a first bubble generating device 1e arranged on the tank wall, wherein a group of horizontal scrubbing rollers 1f with two ends mounted on the inner tank wall are sequentially arranged on the upper part of the scrubbing inner tank, and the scrubbing tank is filled with cleaning water. The group of horizontal scrubbing rollers are staggered scrubbing rollers with different installation heights, and the installation heights of the scrubbing rollers at two ends are higher than those of the scrubbing rollers at the middle position. The rubbing roller 1f is a felt roller, the surface of the bamboo shoots is rubbed by the felt, and the rubbing roller is driven and controlled by a servo motor. The first conveying chain plate 1d is driven by an external motor to travel. The second conveying chain plate 4b is driven by an external motor to travel. The second bubble generating device 5d is supplied with air by the second bubble generator 5e through the second air path 5f, and blows air to the cleaning inner tank filled with cleaning water, so that the cleaning water is continuously rolled, and the bamboo shoots are driven to roll, thereby improving the cleaning effect. The inner and outer tank structures of the cleaning tank are the same as those of the scrubbing tank.
The drainage conveyor 6 is driven by a drainage conveying motor 6a, and a conveying chain plate is provided with drainage meshes.
The working process of the invention is as follows:
the primarily cleaned bamboo shoots are sent into the scrubbing groove 1, the bamboo shoots mainly pass through the bottom of the scrubbing roller 1f, and a small amount of the bamboo shoots pass through the upper surface of the scrubbing roller. Under the action of the continuously rolling cleaning water, the bamboo shoots continuously roll and float upwards, contact with the rubbing roller, and rub off residual bamboo shoot coats and other adhered impurities on the surfaces of the bamboo shoots. Impurities with heavy specific gravity fall to the bottom of the pool, bamboo shoot or weed and the like float to the water surface, and because the walls of the scrubbing inner groove are provided with meshes, water flow which continuously rolls in the scrubbing inner groove flows to the scrubbing outer groove, so that the bamboo shoot or weed floating on the water surface is flushed to the walls of the two sides of the scrubbing inner groove 1b, and the bamboo shoot or weed is discharged and converged to the scrubbing outer groove through the meshes 1c, and is partially converged and attached to the walls of the two sides of the scrubbing inner groove 1b, so that the bamboo shoot or weed can be directly salvaged and removed. The rubbing rollers at the two ends of the rubbing roller set are provided with the rubbing rollers with the height higher than that of the middle position, so that the bamboo shoots can be conveniently guided in and pass through the bottoms of the rubbing rollers. The rubbed bamboo shoots are then conveyed by a climbing thinning conveying cleaner 2, uniformly thinned in the conveying process, washed by a primary cleaning spray pipe 2b, and part of impurities (mainly bamboo shoot coats) attached to the surfaces of the bamboo shoots are washed away, then turned over and fallen to a receiving groove 3a when passing through the discharge end of a climbing chain plate conveyor, and washed again by a secondary cleaning spray pipe 3b in the turning over and falling process, so that the impurities which are not washed down before are washed away further. Then the bamboo shoots fall into the silk and hair removing cleaning tank 4 through the material receiving groove, and the bamboo shoots are gradually conveyed forward from the silk and hair removing roller 4 c. The bamboo shoots which are spread and thinned by the climbing spreading and conveying cleaner and then fall on the fuzzing removing roller 4c are straightened to the direction consistent with the axial direction of the roller and are dispersed and move forward when passing through the fuzzing removing roller one by one, and each bamboo shoot is fully contacted with the fuzzing removing roller, so that all the fuzzing impurities can be adhered to the fuzzing removing roller. The bubble cleaning tank 5 is similar to the working principle of the scrubbing tank 1, under the action of the continuously rolling cleaning water, the bamboo shoots are continuously rolled and cleaned and conveyed forwards by the third conveying chain plate 5c, floating impurity parts are flushed to the cleaning outer tank 5a, and the floating impurity parts are gathered and attached to the tank walls at two sides of the cleaning inner tank 5b to be directly fished and removed. The thoroughly cleaned bamboo shoots are conveyed by a water filtering conveyor 6 at the tail end, the bottom of the water filtering conveyor is provided with meshes, the bamboo shoots filter out water in the conveying process and finally fall into a collecting bucket 7, and the bamboo shoots can be conveyed to fresh-keeping packaging or pickling food.
