优选地,所述中药添加剂的制备如下:将枸杞、柴胡、葛根、桑叶混合,粉碎,加水,再加入纤维素酶,酶解,灭酶,煎煮提取,过滤,将滤液减压浓缩,冷冻干燥,即得。
优选地,所述中药添加剂的制备如下:将枸杞、柴胡、葛根、桑叶混合,粉碎,加4-8倍水,再加入初始重量0.1-0.4%的纤维素酶,酶解1-2h,灭酶,煎煮提取40-60min,过滤,将滤液减压浓缩,冷冻干燥,即得。
优选地,所述枸杞、柴胡、葛根、桑叶的重量比为4-6:2-3:3-4:0.5-1。
本发明还提出了上述缓解视力疲劳的蓝莓起泡清口糖的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将麦芽糖醇加热至155-160℃熔化,然后降温至110-120℃,加入抗性糊精、叶黄素酯,搅拌,在70-80℃下研磨30-40min,降温至室温,再加入蓝莓提取物、酒石酸、阿斯巴甜、三氯蔗糖、β-胡萝卜素、水果香精、中药添加剂,搅拌,粉碎,最后加入碳酸氢钠和硬脂酸镁,搅拌,得混合料,压片,包装,即得。
有益效果:本发明公开了一种缓解视力疲劳的蓝莓起泡清口糖,作为一种坚实型压片糖果,其不含蔗糖,能清新口气,其成分中含有碳酸氢钠和酒石酸,在压片糖果中由于是固体不发生反应,将其放入口腔中则发生反应生成二氧化碳,在口腔中不停冒泡,带来触觉刺激,强化了清口糖的消费体验;加入的蓝莓提取物中含有丰富的花青素,和叶黄素酯一起能够保护视力、缓解视物模糊、眼干涩、眼胀等视力疲劳症状,还加入了中药添加剂,其是由枸杞、柴胡、葛根、桑叶经酶解提取制成的,其中,枸杞性平味甘,含多糖、胡萝卜素、核黄素、烟酸、氨基酸、维生素C及多种微量元素等,有滋补肝肾、益精明目的作用,柴胡性微寒味苦,有和解表里、疏肝的作用,葛根性凉味甘,其成分中含有具松弛作用的成分,解肌退热,桑叶性寒味甘,有疏散风热、清肺润燥、清肝明目的作用,这四者相互配合,有养肝血、清热明目的功效,与蓝莓提取物、叶黄素酯及β-胡萝卜素等共同作用,针对用眼过度人群,可有效缓解实力疲劳眼睛干涩等问题,从而在清新口气的基础上提升了清口糖的附加价值。

下面,通过具体实施例对本发明的技术方案进行详细说明。
实施例1
本发明提出的一种缓解视力疲劳的蓝莓起泡清口糖,其原料按重量份包括:抗性糊精27份、叶黄素酯3份、蓝莓提取物3份、麦芽糖醇30份、酒石酸0.5份、碳酸氢钠0.1份、硬脂酸镁0.5份、阿斯巴甜0.3份、三氯蔗糖0.2份、β-胡萝卜素0.5份、水果香精0.1份、中药添加剂0.1份;
其中,蓝莓提取物的制备如下:将蓝莓榨汁,过滤,得蓝莓汁和蓝莓渣;向蓝莓渣中加3倍水,再加入蓝莓渣重量的0.2%的复合酶,所述复合酶由纤维素酶和果胶酶按照1:1的重量比组成,超声辅助酶解20min,超声功率为300W,灭酶,过滤,得酶解液;合并蓝莓汁和酶解液,减压浓缩,冷冻干燥,即得;
中药添加剂的制备如下:将枸杞、柴胡、葛根、桑叶按照4:3:4:1的重量比混合,粉碎,加4倍水,再加入初始重量0.1%的纤维素酶,酶解1h,灭酶,煎煮提取40min,过滤,将滤液减压浓缩,冷冻干燥,即得。

本发明提出的一种缓解视力疲劳的蓝莓起泡清口糖,其原料按重量份包括:抗性糊精35份、叶黄素酯1份、蓝莓提取物7份、麦芽糖醇20份、酒石酸1.5份、碳酸氢钠0.4份、硬脂酸镁1份、阿斯巴甜0.7份、三氯蔗糖1份、β-胡萝卜素1份、水果香精0.5份、中药添加剂0.6份;
其中,蓝莓提取物的制备如下:将蓝莓榨汁,过滤,得蓝莓汁和蓝莓渣;向蓝莓渣中加5倍水,再加入蓝莓渣重量的0.6%的复合酶,所述复合酶由纤维素酶和果胶酶按照2:1的重量比组成,超声辅助酶解40min,超声功率为500W,灭酶,过滤,得酶解液;合并蓝莓汁和酶解液,减压浓缩,冷冻干燥,即得;
中药添加剂的制备如下:将枸杞、柴胡、葛根、桑叶按照6:2:3:0.5的重量比混合,粉碎,加8倍水,再加入初始重量0.4%的纤维素酶,酶解2h,灭酶,煎煮提取60min,过滤,将滤液减压浓缩,冷冻干燥,即得。
本发明还提出了上述缓解视力疲劳的蓝莓起泡清口糖的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将麦芽糖醇加热至160℃熔化,然后降温至120℃,加入抗性糊精、叶黄素酯,搅拌,在80℃下研磨40min,降温至室温,再加入蓝莓提取物、酒石酸、阿斯巴甜、三氯蔗糖、β-胡萝卜素、水果香精、中药添加剂,搅拌,粉碎,最后加入碳酸氢钠和硬脂酸镁,搅拌,得混合料,压片,包装,即得。
实施例3
本发明提出的一种缓解视力疲劳的蓝莓起泡清口糖,其原料按重量份包括:抗性糊精30份、叶黄素酯1.7份、蓝莓提取物6份、麦芽糖醇27份、酒石酸0.8份、碳酸氢钠0.3份、硬脂酸镁0.7份、阿斯巴甜0.4份、三氯蔗糖0.4份、β-胡萝卜素0.6份、水果香精0.3份、中药添加剂0.3份;
其中,蓝莓提取物的制备如下:将蓝莓榨汁,过滤,得蓝莓汁和蓝莓渣;向蓝莓渣中加3.5倍水,再加入蓝莓渣重量的0.4%的复合酶,所述复合酶由纤维素酶和果胶酶按照1.5:1的重量比组成,超声辅助酶解25min,超声功率为400W,灭酶,过滤,得酶解液;合并蓝莓汁和酶解液,减压浓缩,冷冻干燥,即得;
中药添加剂的制备如下:将枸杞、柴胡、葛根、桑叶按照4.7:2.7:3.3:0.7的重量比混合,粉碎,加6倍水,再加入初始重量0.2%的纤维素酶,酶解1.5h,灭酶,煎煮提取45min,过滤,将滤液减压浓缩,冷冻干燥,即得。
本发明还提出了上述缓解视力疲劳的蓝莓起泡清口糖的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将麦芽糖醇加热至157℃熔化,然后降温至110℃,加入抗性糊精、叶黄素酯,搅拌,在70℃下研磨35min,降温至室温,再加入蓝莓提取物、酒石酸、阿斯巴甜、三氯蔗糖、β-胡萝卜素、水果香精、中药添加剂,搅拌,粉碎,最后加入碳酸氢钠和硬脂酸镁,搅拌,得混合料,压片,包装,即得。
实施例4
本发明提出的一种缓解视力疲劳的蓝莓起泡清口糖,其原料按重量份包括:抗性糊精33份、叶黄素酯2.5份、蓝莓提取物5份、麦芽糖醇25份、酒石酸1.2份、碳酸氢钠0.2份、硬脂酸镁0.8份、阿斯巴甜0.5份、三氯蔗糖0.6份、β-胡萝卜素0.8份、水果香精0.2份、中药添加剂0.4份;
其中,蓝莓提取物的制备如下:将蓝莓榨汁,过滤,得蓝莓汁和蓝莓渣;向蓝莓渣中加4倍水,再加入蓝莓渣重量的0.5%的复合酶,所述复合酶由纤维素酶和果胶酶按照1.7:1的重量比组成,超声辅助酶解30min,超声功率为450W,灭酶,过滤,得酶解液;合并蓝莓汁和酶解液,减压浓缩,冷冻干燥,即得;
中药添加剂的制备如下:将枸杞、柴胡、葛根、桑叶按照5.5:2.5:3.7:0.8的重量比混合,粉碎,加7倍水,再加入初始重量0.3%的纤维素酶,酶解1.5h,灭酶,煎煮提取50min,过滤,将滤液减压浓缩,冷冻干燥,即得。
本发明还提出了上述缓解视力疲劳的蓝莓起泡清口糖的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将麦芽糖醇加热至158℃熔化,然后降温至115℃,加入抗性糊精、叶黄素酯,搅拌,在75℃下研磨40min,降温至室温,再加入蓝莓提取物、酒石酸、阿斯巴甜、三氯蔗糖、β-胡萝卜素、水果香精、中药添加剂,搅拌,粉碎,最后加入碳酸氢钠和硬脂酸镁,搅拌,得混合料,压片,包装,即得。

1.一种缓解视力疲劳的蓝莓起泡清口糖,其特征在于,其原料按重量份包括:抗性糊精27-35份、叶黄素酯1-3份、蓝莓提取物3-7份、麦芽糖醇20-30份、酒石酸0.5-1.5份、碳酸氢钠0.1-0.4份、硬脂酸镁0.5-1份、阿斯巴甜0.3-0.7份、三氯蔗糖0.2-1份、β-胡萝卜素0.5-1份、水果香精0.1-0.5份、中药添加剂0.1-0.6份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的缓解视力疲劳的蓝莓起泡清口糖,其特征在于,所述蓝莓提取物的制备如下:将蓝莓榨汁,过滤,得蓝莓汁和蓝莓渣;向蓝莓渣中加水,再加入复合酶,超声辅助酶解,灭酶,过滤,得酶解液;合并蓝莓汁和酶解液,减压浓缩,真空冷冻干燥,即得。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的缓解视力疲劳的蓝莓起泡清口糖,其特征在于,所述蓝莓提取物的制备如下:将蓝莓榨汁,过滤,得蓝莓汁和蓝莓渣;向蓝莓渣中加3-5倍水,再加入蓝莓渣重量的0.2-0.6%的复合酶,所述复合酶由纤维素酶和果胶酶组成,超声辅助酶解20-40min,超声功率为300-500W,灭酶,过滤,得酶解液;合并蓝莓汁和酶解液,减压浓缩,冷冻干燥,即得。
4.根据权利要求3所述的缓解视力疲劳的蓝莓起泡清口糖,其特征在于,所述纤维素酶和果胶酶的重量比为1-2:1。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一所述的缓解视力疲劳的蓝莓起泡清口糖,其特征在于,所述中药添加剂的制备如下:将枸杞、柴胡、葛根、桑叶混合,粉碎,加水,再加入纤维素酶,酶解,灭酶,煎煮提取,过滤,将滤液减压浓缩,冷冻干燥,即得。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一所述的缓解视力疲劳的蓝莓起泡清口糖,其特征在于,所述中药添加剂的制备如下:将枸杞、柴胡、葛根、桑叶混合,粉碎,加4-8倍水,再加入初始重量0.1-0.4%的纤维素酶,酶解1-2h,灭酶,煎煮提取40-60min,过滤,将滤液减压浓缩,冷冻干燥,即得。
7.根据权利要求6所述的缓解视力疲劳的蓝莓起泡清口糖,其特征在于,所述枸杞、柴胡、葛根、桑叶的重量比为4-6:2-3:3-4:0.5-1。
8.一种基于权利要求1-7任一所述的缓解视力疲劳的蓝莓起泡清口糖的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:将麦芽糖醇加热至155-160℃熔化,然后降温至110-120℃,加入抗性糊精、叶黄素酯,搅拌,在70-80℃下研磨30-40min,降温至室温,再加入蓝莓提取物、酒石酸、阿斯巴甜、三氯蔗糖、β-胡萝卜素、水果香精、中药添加剂,搅拌,粉碎,最后加入碳酸氢钠和硬脂酸镁,搅拌,得混合料,制粒,压片,包装,即得。
