Description

用于气体运行的内燃机的燃料供给***和用于运行燃料供给 ***的方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于气体运行的内燃机的燃料供给***。此外,本发明涉及一种用于运行燃料供给***的方法。
背景技术
从实践中已知用于气体运行的燃料供给***以及用于运行燃料供给***的方法。这种燃料供给***尤其用于使用天然气来运行内燃机。在此已知这样的***,在所述***中,天然气在液化状态下、即在低温状态下存储在燃料箱中。典型地,燃料或者说天然气在此具有低于-160℃的温度。在所述温度下,天然气在大约5bar至16bar之间的压力下存储在燃料箱中。此外,天然气典型地至少90%由甲烷并且最多10%由其它相对于甲烷更难以挥发的、即在更高温度时才挥发的组分(如乙烷、丙烷和其它组分)组成。
燃料箱中的燃料的温度可以在行驶期间或者由于外部条件变化。这同样引起燃料箱中的压力的变化。尤其在燃料箱升温时,在燃料箱中发生燃料或者说天然气的压力升高。然而,因为燃料箱由于安全或者防爆原因仅允许在例如为20bar的最大压力以内运行,所以必须保证燃料箱中的压力不超过上述临界压力。为此,在实践中使用一种压力调节阀形式的装置,该压力调节阀例如具有弹簧负载的阀元件,该阀元件从一定压力起朝汽化器装置方向打开沿用于燃料的抽取管路方向的通道。这种装置也作为所谓的“经济型调节器(Economizer Regulator)”已知。燃料箱中的压力越高,燃料的气态组分就越多地经由压力调节装置添加或者说混入在抽取管路中的燃料的液相。在此重要的是,燃料的首先挥发的组分、即甲烷主要位于燃料的气相中、即在燃料箱中的液态燃料的充注液位上方。这又导致,随着燃料箱中的压力升高,甲烷越来越多地混合到燃料的液相中,并且接下来在供应到气体阀之前被汽化。然而,因为甲烷需要不同于燃料的液态组分的(与氧气或者说空气的)化学计量比例用于优化的燃烧,所述液态组分除甲烷外还具有更难以挥发的组分,所以在实践中根据燃料箱中的相应存在的压力给气体阀供给气体,该气体需要不同的化学计量比例用于优化的燃烧。因为在内燃机运行时,不但应满足功率期望或者说负载期望,而且要求遵守废气排放值,所述废气排放值可以借助废气探测器来监控或者调节,因此,值得追求的是,知晓供应给气体阀的气体组成,以便能够通过相应地(预)操控气体阀而实现气体的优化的、即尽可能废气排放少的燃烧。
发明内容
从所示的现有技术出发,本发明所基于的任务是,这样地扩展用于气体运行的内燃机的燃料供给***以及用于运行燃料供给***的方法,使得能够实现内燃机或者气体阀的优化运行。内燃机或者气体阀的优化运行尤其被理解为优化的预操控,例如气体阀的确定的操控频率,以便优化废气排放值。
根据本发明,所述任务通过根据本发明的用于气体运行的内燃机的燃料供给***以及用于运行燃料供给***的方法来解决。
本发明所基于的想法是,在知晓用于将燃料的气相馈入到抽取管路中的装置的特性、即从哪个压力起开始打开所述装置和在哪个压力下所述装置达到其最大打开位态并且知晓由压力传感器感测出的压力的情况下,能够推知燃料的组成,所述压力传感器感测由燃料的液相和燃料的气相构成的混合压力。从燃料的组成又可以计算出化学计量比例,在该化学计量比例时,燃料或者说气体优化地燃烧,以便实现尽可能好的废气排放值。因此,由压力传感器感测出的压力值被用于例如以基于燃料组成的预控制值来影响气体阀的基于负载期望所要求的操控时间或者操控频率。
下面还给出根据本发明的用于气体运行的内燃机的燃料供给***的有利扩展方案。
特别优选地,压力传感器紧邻地布置在汽化器装置之前或者之后,该汽化器装置用于加热液相燃料并且由此使其汽化。通过较靠近汽化器单元并且因此也较靠近燃料箱的有利布置,尤其使其它可能导致燃料压力升高的影响最小化或者排除所述影响。
本发明的另一有利的构型设置,仅通过燃料箱中的过压将燃料从燃料箱朝汽化器装置的方向输送。因此,不需要单独的、增加成本的燃料输送装置或者说燃料泵。替代地,当然能够设置将液态燃料朝汽化器装置方向输送的燃料输送装置。
此外,优选使用布置在内燃机的进气管区域中的气体阀。然而,本发明原则上应当也可以用于这样的气体阀:其中,内燃机的每个燃烧室都配有直接吹入到燃烧室中的气体阀。

具体实施方式
在图1中,极简化地示出了在使用呈天然气形式的低温的燃料1情况下用于气体运行的内燃机的燃料供给***100。该燃料供给***100包括燃料箱10,该燃料箱构造为用于在低温下、即在典型地低于-160℃的温度下存储燃料1。为此,燃料箱10示例性地以已知的方式具有外壳11,该外壳包围内箱12。在外壳11和内箱12之间的中间空间13典型地被抽成真空,以便使内箱12热绝缘或者使从外部周围环境输入到内箱12中并且因此输入到燃料1中的热输入最小化。此外,如已知的那样,借助分隔壁14或者类似结构对内箱12进行划分,以便能够在不同温度时实现在内箱12中的压力均衡。从内箱12的一区域15发生燃料1的输送,燃料1在该区域内具有充注液位2。在充注液位2上方,燃料1(完全)以其气相存在,而在充注液位2下方,燃料1(完全)以液相存在。
在燃料1的充注液位2下方,在内箱12中通入用于燃料1的抽取管路16。由于在燃料箱10中存在过压(例如在5bar至16bar之间),抽取管路16将燃料1从燃料箱10输送到汽化器装置20中,该汽化器装置用于加热深冻的或者液态的燃料1或者说使之汽化。过压阀21连接到汽化器装置20上,该过压阀又具有与缓冲存储器22的连接。截止阀23连接到缓冲存储器22上,该截止阀用于在内燃机未运行时防止朝内燃机的燃烧室的方向输送气态的燃料1。供应管路24从缓冲存储器23通向气体阀30,该气体阀示例性地布置在内燃机的进气管3的区域中并且用于在进气管3的区域中吹入气态的燃料1。在相应地打开进气阀时,燃料从所述进气管的区域进入到未示出的内燃机的燃烧室区域中。通过控制装置50操控气体阀30,用于操控气体阀30的其它输入变量,尤其负载期望以及其它参数作为输入值被输入给所述控制装置。
优选地,在内箱12内布置有起到压力调节阀作用的、用于将燃料1的气相馈入到抽取管路16中的装置40。该装置40在内箱12中尤其布置在充注液位2上方并且具有馈入管路41,该馈入管路在燃料箱10外部在抽取管路16中在汽化器装置20之前通入到抽取管路16中。此外,在馈入管路14通入到抽取管路16中的馈入部位42和汽化器单元20之间布置有压力传感器45,该压力传感器用于感测在抽取管路16中存在的压力并且将该压力作为输入变量输入给控制装置50。
在图2中关于内箱12中的压力p示出装置40的打开位态Q的特性曲线K。在此示例性地可见,直至内箱12中的压力p达到5bar,装置40完全关闭,即打开位态为0%。这意味着,直至压力p达到5bar,从内箱12中仅抽取呈液体形式的、即在充注液位2下方的燃料1。与之相对地,从示例性的10bar的压力p起,达到装置40的100%的最大打开位态Q,从该压力起,从内箱12中仅抽取在充注液位2上方的燃料1。因此,从10bar的压力p起,最终燃料1的气相被供应给汽化器单元20。相反地,在特性曲线K线性地延伸的前提下,在压力p为7.5bar时,燃料1的50%在充注液位2下方、即以液体形式供应给汽化器单元20,而燃料1的50%在充注液位2上方、即在气态状态下供应给汽化器单元。
控制装置50具有算法或者特性曲线族,该特性曲线族能够实现在抽取管路16中由压力传感器45感测出的压力p与燃料1的组分的组成之间的关联。组成在此应当理解为在燃料1的低挥发组分和较高挥发组分方面的百分比组成。在知晓供应给汽化器装置20并且因此也供应给气体阀30的燃料1的组成的情况下,控制装置50计算预控制值V,该预控制值被用于适配气体阀30的操控。此外,借助未示出的废气探测器或者λ探测器来感测实际的废气质量或者废气组成。如果知晓例如在5bar和15bar的两个感测出的压力p时的所述组成,则可以在压力位于它们之间的情况下通过外插来进一步优化或者适配最接近的预控制值V。
就此所说明的燃料供给***100可以在不偏离本发明构思的情况下以多种方式被改变或者修改。

Claims (5)

1.一种用于气体运行的内燃机的燃料供给***(100),所述燃料供给***具有至少一个气体阀(30)、用于存储低温的燃料(1)的燃料箱(10)、通过抽取管路(16)与所述燃料箱(10)连接并且用于所述燃料(1)的汽化器装置(20),以及具有用于将所述燃料(1)的气相从所述燃料箱(10)馈入到所述抽取管路(16)中的装置(40),所述气体阀能够被控制装置(50)操控用于将气体至少间接地吹入到所述内燃机的燃烧室中,其中,由所述装置(40)馈入的气态的燃料(1)的量取决于在所述燃料箱中存在的压力(p),
其中,设置有压力传感器(45),所述压力传感器构造为用于感测由液相和气相组成的燃料(1)的压力(p),并且,所述控制装置(50)构造为用于根据由所述压力传感器(45)感测出的压力(p)操控所述至少一个气体阀(30),
其特征在于,
所述压力传感器(45)在所述抽取管路(16)中布置在将所述气相馈入到所述抽取管路(16)中的馈入部位(42)之后和/或紧邻地布置在所述汽化器装置(20)之前。
2.根据权利要求1所述的燃料供给***,
其特征在于,
所述燃料(1)朝所述汽化器装置(20)方向的输送仅基于在所述燃料箱(10)中的所述燃料(1)的压力(p)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的燃料供给***,
其特征在于,
所述气体阀(30)布置在所述内燃机的进气管(3)的区域中。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的燃料供给***,
其特征在于,
用于将所述燃料(1)的气相从所述燃料箱(10)馈入到所述抽取管路(16)中的所述装置(40)同时构造为用于限制在所述燃料箱(10)中的压力(p)的过压阀。
5.一种用于运行燃料供给***(100)的方法,所述燃料供给***根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的燃料供给***构造,其中,根据在用于存储低温的燃料(1)的燃料箱(10)中存在的压力(p)借助用于将所述燃料(1)的气相从所述燃料箱(10)馈入到抽取管路(16)中的装置(40)将一定量的气态的燃料(1)馈入到所述燃料(1)的液相中,
其特征在于,
借助压力传感器(45)感测由液相和气相组成的燃料(1)的压力(p),并且,将所述压力作为输入值输入给用于操控至少一个气体阀(50)的控制装置(50),所述控制装置(50)基于所述压力(p)推知所述燃料(1)的气相和液相的混合比例并且由此生成预控制值(V),并且,基于所述预控制值(V)操控所述至少一个气体阀(30)。
