Detailed Description
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of a voice call registration device for an elevator and a self-diagnosis method of a voice call registration function according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
Embodiment 1.
Fig. 1 is an explanatory diagram showing a configuration of an elevator voice call registration device according to embodiment 1 of the present invention. Fig. 1 shows a voice call registration device 20 and an elevator control device 10 that controls the operation of an elevator.
The voice call registration device 20 in embodiment 1 is configured to include a voice output device 21, a voice input device 22, a voice recognizer 23, and an abnormality determiner 24.
The elevator control device 10 outputs the floor 1 information to the voice call registration device 20 to self-diagnose the voice recognition processing function of the voice call registration device 20. As the 1 st floor information, information on a floor at which an elevator currently stops or information on a destination floor after arrival at the destination floor can be used.
The voice call registration device 20 may also generate the 1 st floor information as self-diagnosis information by receiving a command for executing self-diagnosis of the voice call registration function from the elevator control device 10. In the following description, a case where the voice call registration device 20 acquires the 1 st floor information from the elevator control device 10 will be described as an example.
In contrast, the voice output device 21 in the voice call registration device 20 outputs the 1 st floor information acquired from the elevator control device 10 as voice. Further, the voice input device 22 corresponding to a microphone takes in the voice output from the voice output device 21 as voice data, and transmits the voice data to the voice recognition device 23.
The speech recognizer 23 performs recognition processing of the speech data acquired via the speech input device 22, and generates the 2 nd floor information as a recognition result.
The abnormality determiner 24 compares the 2 nd floor information generated by the voice recognizer 23 with the 1 st floor information acquired from the elevator control device 10, and calculates the degree of coincidence between the two. Then, when the calculated degree of coincidence is lower than a preset allowable level, the abnormality determiner 24 determines that both pieces of information do not coincide and determines that it is an abnormality of the device associated with the voice recognition processing.
The voice call registration device for an elevator provided with the self-diagnosis function of the voice recognition processing described above can be used not only for a car but also for a hall.
Next, a series of operations of the self-diagnosis function of executing the voice recognition process of the voice call registration device for an elevator shown in fig. 1 will be described with reference to a flowchart. Fig. 2 is a flowchart showing a series of operations for self-diagnosis of voice recognition processing performed by the voice call registration device 20 for an elevator according to embodiment 1 of the present invention.
In step S101, the voice output unit 21 outputs the self-diagnosis 1 st floor information acquired from the elevator control device 10 as a voice.
Next, in step S102, the voice recognizer 23 acquires the voice corresponding to the 1 st floor information transmitted from the voice output device 21 via the voice input device 22, and executes the recognition processing of the acquired voice to generate the 2 nd floor information.
Next, in step S103, the abnormality determiner 24 compares the 2 nd floor information generated by the voice recognizer 23 with the 1 st floor information acquired from the elevator control device 10, and calculates a matching degree. Further, the abnormality determiner 24 determines whether the 1 st floor information and the 2 nd floor information do not match by comparing the calculated matching degree with the tolerance level.
Then, when the calculated degree of coincidence is lower than the allowable level and it is determined that the 1 st floor information and the 2 nd floor information do not coincide with each other, the abnormality determiner 24 advances the process to step S104, determines that the device associated with the voice recognition process is in an abnormal state, and ends the series of processes.
On the other hand, when the abnormality determiner 24 determines that the apparatus associated with the voice recognition processing is not in a normal state, it returns to step S101 to perform the next self-diagnosis.
In addition, in a normal state, when a user performs a voice call registration, the voice of the user is acquired via the voice input device 22, and floor information obtained by performing voice recognition processing on the acquired voice by the voice recognizer 23 is transmitted to the elevator control device 10 as information of a call registration floor.
Therefore, the voice call registration device 20 having the configuration of fig. 1 can perform self-diagnosis as to whether or not it functions normally, using the voice input device 22 and the voice recognizer 23 used in the normal voice call registration processing as "devices related to the voice recognition processing".
As described above, according to embodiment 1, it is possible to self-diagnose, without human intervention, whether or not there is an abnormality in the device associated with the voice recognition processing. As a result, it is possible to prevent a situation in which the user performs call registration by voice without knowing that the voice recognition processing function is abnormal.
Embodiment 2.
In embodiment 1, a case where the abnormality determiner 24 determines that the device associated with the speech recognition processing is in an abnormal state when the degree of coincidence is equal to or less than the tolerance level has been described. In contrast, in embodiment 2, a configuration in which the following functions are further added will be described: when the coincidence degree is equal to or higher than the allowable level, the transition of the coincidence degree is monitored to detect a sign of abnormality.
Fig. 3 is an explanatory diagram showing a configuration of an elevator voice call registration device according to embodiment 2 of the present invention. The voice call registration device 20 in embodiment 2 is configured to include a voice output device 21, a voice input device 22, a voice recognizer 23, an abnormality determiner 24, and a warning determiner 25.
The configuration of embodiment 2 shown in fig. 3 differs from the configuration of embodiment 1 shown in fig. 1 in that a warning indicator determiner 25 is further provided. Therefore, the following description focuses on this difference.
The sign determiner 25 receives the degree of coincidence calculated by the abnormality determiner 24. The predictive determiner 25 holds a history of the degree of coincidence a predetermined number of times, and determines a transition of the degree of coincidence from the held history data. Further, the sign determiner 25 can determine that there is a sign of the apparatus abnormality when the degree of coincidence of the history data is below a sign detection level set to a value higher than the permissible level.
Specifically, the predictive determiner 25 holds the consistency degree of the past 20 times as history data, for example, and monitors the transition of the consistency degree. When the predictive determiner 25 determines that the degree of coincidence included in the history data is greater than the allowable level but gradually decreases to become equal to or less than the predictive detection level, it may be determined that the apparatus is not abnormal, but is in a predictive stage of abnormality.
Further, the warning indicator 25 monitors the transition of the history data, and thereby, when the degree of coincidence suddenly becomes equal to or lower than the warning detection level, the warning indicator does not immediately determine the warning stage as an abnormal warning, but can determine whether the warning stage is a warning stage by observing the future transition of the degree of coincidence.
Next, a series of operations of the self-diagnosis function for executing the voice recognition process in the voice call registration device for an elevator shown in fig. 3 will be described with reference to a flowchart. Fig. 4 is a flowchart showing a series of operations for self-diagnosis of voice recognition processing performed by the voice call registration device 20 for an elevator according to embodiment 2 of the present invention.
The flowchart of embodiment 2 shown in fig. 4 is different from the flowchart of embodiment 1 shown in fig. 2 in that step S201 and step S202 are further added. Therefore, the following description will focus on the processing of step S201 and step S202.
When it is determined in step S103 that the degree of coincidence is an allowable level abnormality, the process proceeds to step S201. Then, in step S201, the sign determiner 25 updates the history data by receiving the degree of coincidence calculated by the abnormality determiner 24. The warning indicator determiner 25 determines whether a state in which the degree of coincidence gradually decreases to a degree of coincidence equal to or lower than the warning detection level has occurred.
When it is determined that the reduced-coincidence state has occurred, the warning determiner 25 advances the process to step S202, and when it is determined that the abnormal warning stage is present, the series of processes is terminated.
On the other hand, when the sign determiner 25 determines that the coincidence decreasing state has not occurred, it is determined that the apparatus associated with the voice recognition processing is in a normal state and there is no sign of abnormality, so that it returns to step S101 to perform the next self-diagnosis.
As described above, according to embodiment 2, it is possible to determine whether or not there is a sign of an abnormality by monitoring the transition of the matching degree. As a result, in addition to the effects of embodiment 1, it is possible to perform maintenance such as repair or replacement of the device associated with the voice recognition processing by detecting a warning stage before the device becomes unusable due to occurrence of an abnormality.
Embodiment 3.
In embodiments 1 and 2, the timing of executing the self-diagnosis is not particularly specified. In contrast, in embodiment 3, a configuration in which a function of performing self-diagnosis after confirming that no passenger is present in the car or the hall is further added will be described. In the following description, a case where further functions are added to embodiment 2 will be described as a specific example.
Fig. 5 is an explanatory diagram showing a configuration of an elevator voice call registration device according to embodiment 3 of the present invention. The voice call registration device 20 in embodiment 3 is configured to include a voice output device 21, a voice input device 22, a voice recognizer 23, an abnormality determiner 24, a warning determiner 25, and a person detector 26.
The configuration of embodiment 3 shown in fig. 5 differs from the configuration of embodiment 2 shown in fig. 3 in that a human detector 26 is further provided. Therefore, the following description focuses on this difference.
The human detector 26 has a function of detecting the presence or absence of a user at the car or the hall, and can use a human sensor or the like. When the human detector 26 determines that there is no user, a user absence signal is output to the voice output unit 21 to allow execution of self-diagnosis.
On the other hand, the voice outputter executes the self-diagnosis of the voice call registration described in the foregoing embodiments 1 and 2 only when the absence of the user signal is received from the human detector 26.
Next, a series of operations of the self-diagnosis function of executing the voice recognition process of the voice call registration device for an elevator shown in fig. 5 will be described with reference to a flowchart. Fig. 6 is a flowchart showing a series of operations for self-diagnosis of voice recognition processing performed by the voice call registration device 20 for an elevator according to embodiment 3 of the present invention.
The flowchart of embodiment 3 shown in fig. 6 is different from the flowchart of embodiment 2 shown in fig. 4 in that step S301 is further added. Therefore, the following description will focus on the processing of step S301.
In step S301 at the front stage of step S101, the human detector 26 detects the presence or absence of a user at the car or the landing, and when there is no user, outputs a "user absent signal" to allow execution of self-diagnosis, and the process proceeds to step S101.
As described above, according to embodiment 3, the following configuration is provided: the presence or absence of a user at the car or the landing is detected, and when there is no user, self-diagnosis for determining the abnormality of the equipment can be performed. As a result, in addition to the effects of embodiments 1 and 2, it is possible to perform self-diagnosis for determining the presence or absence of an apparatus abnormality without being affected by the voice uttered by the user.
Embodiment 4.
In embodiment 4, a configuration in which a notification function when an abnormality is determined is added will be described. In the following description, a case where further functions are added to embodiment 3 will be described as a specific example.
Fig. 7 is an explanatory diagram showing a configuration of an elevator voice call registration device according to embodiment 4 of the present invention. The voice call registration device 20 in embodiment 4 is configured to include a voice output device 21, a voice input device 22, a voice recognizer 23, an abnormality determiner 24, a warning determiner 25, a person detector 26, and a notifier 27.
The configuration of embodiment 4 shown in fig. 7 differs from the configuration of embodiment 3 shown in fig. 5 in that a notification device 27 is further provided. Therefore, the following description focuses on this difference.
When it is determined by the abnormality determiner 24 that the apparatus is in an abnormal state, the notifier 27 receives an apparatus abnormal state detection signal from the abnormality determiner 24. Then, when the notifier 27 receives the device abnormality state detection signal, it notifies the abnormal state of the device to the car or the hall to notify the user that the device abnormality has occurred.
This notification enables the user to know that the call registration is not possible by voice input.
Next, a series of operations of the self-diagnosis function of performing the voice recognition process in the voice call registration device for an elevator shown in fig. 7 will be described with reference to a flowchart. Fig. 8 is a flowchart showing a series of operations for self-diagnosis of voice recognition processing performed by the voice call registration device 20 for an elevator in embodiment 4 of the present invention.
The flowchart of embodiment 4 shown in fig. 8 is different from the flowchart of embodiment 3 shown in fig. 6 in that step S401 is further added. Therefore, the following description will focus on the processing of step S401.
In step S401 after the determination of yes in step S301, the notifier 27 receives the device abnormality state detection signal from the abnormality determiner 24 to notify that a device abnormality has occurred, and notifies the user that the voice call registration function cannot be used, thereby ending a series of processing.
As described above, according to embodiment 4, the device abnormality notification device has a configuration capable of notifying a user of occurrence of a device abnormality when the device abnormality is detected. As a result, in addition to the effects of embodiments 1 to 3, the user can quickly determine whether or not the voice call registration is possible based on the notification information.
Thus, when the user knows that an abnormality has occurred in the device associated with the voice call registration, it is possible to perform a desired operation using a normal operation panel without performing useless voice call registration processing.
