Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of textile equipment, and particularly relates to a twisting machine. The yarn dyeing machine comprises a frame, and a yarn storage wheel, a yarn guide, a yarn dyeing device, a yarn first drying device, a yarn cleaning device, a yarn second drying device, a twisting mechanism and a winding mechanism which are sequentially arranged on the frame along the yarn advancing direction and can be driven to rotate. In order to realize yarn twisting and finish dyeing, sizing and waxing of yarns, the invention provides a twisting machine, which can finish the dyeing, sizing, waxing, double twisting and other processes of yarns while realizing yarn twisting, realizes full-automatic production operation, improves the production efficiency, is not easy to break, and has low requirements on various yarn qualities.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of textile equipment, and particularly relates to a twisting machine.
Background
The twisting machine is a textile mechanical device for twisting a plurality of spun yarns into a strand, and is used for processing yarn or a strand yarn product after combination into a linear product for weaving and knitting.
The twisting machine in the current market generally requires uniform strength of single yarns in the working process, and if the strength difference of the single yarns in the combined yarns is very large, yarn breakage and single yarn breakage are easily caused, so that quality fluctuation of subsequent processing is caused. Therefore, some production divides doubling and twisting into two procedures, but the energy consumption and the personnel investment are increased. On the other hand, the yarn is not dyed and/or sized and waxed, and the subsequent processing is also dyed, which is labor-and time-consuming. And in the later stage, the dye is not easy to permeate in the dyeing process due to the large yarn density, so that the difference between the inside and the outside of the cone yarn is large, and uneven dyeing is easy to occur.

The yarn dyeing device further comprises a yarn dyeing device arranged above the yarn soaking tank, the yarn dyeing device comprises a dye barrel and a yarn dyeing channel below the dye barrel, the dye barrel is communicated with the yarn dyeing channel through a dyeing pipe, and the dye is used for dyeing yarns entering and exiting the yarn dyeing channel through the dyeing pipe; the top of the dye barrel is also provided with an exhaust port and a feed inlet, an exhaust valve and a feed valve are respectively arranged, and the dyeing pipe is provided with a flow control mechanism.
The yarn soaking tank is used for storing liquid dye or storing one of paraffin and adhesive for sizing.

The yarn cleaning device further comprises a yarn cleaner arranged above the yarn cleaning pool, the yarn cleaner comprises a water inlet pipe and a yarn cleaning channel, the water inlet pipe is communicated with the yarn cleaning channel through a cleaning spray head, and a water inlet valve is arranged on the water inlet pipe.
And a yarn twisting mechanism is further arranged between the yarn first drying device and the yarn cleaning device. The yarn twisting mechanism comprises a hollow cylinder capable of driving rotation, curved surfaces in opposite directions are arranged in the hollow cylinder, and the curved surfaces inwards form a yarn twisting channel for yarn to walk.
The twisting mechanism comprises a drafting roller and a twisting device for twisting yarns transferred by the drafting roller. The twisting device comprises a twisting spindle and a twisting device.
The twisting spindle comprises a yarn tank and a twisting disc positioned at the bottom of the yarn tank, wherein an inner yarn guide wheel is arranged in the yarn tank, and yarns entering the yarn tank are guided out to the periphery of the yarn tank.
The combined yarn led out from the yarn storage wheel forms a continuous Z-shaped trend in the twisting process.
The invention has the following advantages: the invention realizes yarn twisting and simultaneously finishes the processes of dyeing, sizing, waxing, double twisting and the like of the yarn, realizes full-automatic production operation, improves the production efficiency, is not easy to break, and has low requirements on various yarn qualities.

Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1, the twisting machine of the present invention includes a frame, a yarn storage wheel 2, a yarn guide 3, a yarn dyeing device 4, a first yarn drying device 5, a yarn cleaning device 6, a second yarn drying device 7, a twisting mechanism 8, and a winding mechanism 9, which are sequentially mounted on the frame along the yarn travelling direction and driven to rotate by a motor 1. The yarn guide 3 includes a yarn guide hole 31 and a yarn guide ring 32.
A yarn twist mechanism 10 is also included between the yarn first drying device 5 and the yarn cleaning device 6. The yarn twisting mechanism 10 comprises a hollow cylinder 101 capable of driving rotation, wherein curved surfaces in opposite directions are arranged inside the hollow cylinder 101, and the curved surfaces inwards form a yarn twisting channel 102 for yarn to walk. Plays a role in primary twisting and reducing yarn fuzziness.
Working principle:
drawing the combined yarn 100 from the yarn storage wheel 2, forming a first twist by the yarn through the yarn guide hole 31 and the yarn guide rod 32 under the action of the motor 1, then enabling the yarn subjected to the first twist to enter the yarn dyeing device 4 for dyeing, sizing and waxing, drying by the yarn first drying device 5, rotating by the yarn twist mechanism 10, continuously rolling the yarn in the yarn twist channel 102 to finish the twist of the yarn, and simultaneously carrying out furling and twisting on the rough surface of the yarn to reduce yarn feel; then the yarn is rinsed by a yarn cleaning device 6, the yarn is dried again by a yarn second drying device 7, the yarn is twisted into finished strand yarn in a twisting mechanism 8, and finally the yarn is wound by a winding mechanism 9.

referring to fig. 2, the yarn dyeing device 4 includes a yarn soaking tank 41, and a yarn soaking executing mechanism 42 is disposed above the yarn soaking tank 41; the yarn soaking actuator 42 includes a first push rod 421 that can move down into the yarn soaking tank 41 and a first positioning ring 422 at the end of the first push rod 421.
The yarn dyeing device 4 further comprises a yarn dyeing device 43 arranged above the yarn soaking tank 41, the yarn dyeing device 43 comprises a dye barrel 431 and a yarn dyeing channel 432 below the dye barrel 431, the dye barrel 431 is communicated with the yarn dyeing channel 432 through a dyeing pipe 433, and the dye dyes the yarn entering and exiting the yarn dyeing channel 432 through the dyeing pipe 433; the top of the dye barrel 431 is also provided with an exhaust port and a feed port, and is respectively provided with an exhaust valve 434 and a feed valve 435, and the dyeing pipe 433 is provided with a flow control valve 436. The yarn first drying device 5 is located above and to the right of the yarn soaking tank 41.
The bottom of the yarn soaking tank 41 is also provided with a heating device 44.
Referring to fig. 3, the yarn cleaning device 6 includes a yarn cleaning tank 61, and a yarn cleaning executing mechanism 62 is disposed above the yarn cleaning tank 61; the yarn cleaning actuator 62 includes a second push rod 621 that moves downward into the yarn cleaning tank 61 and a second positioning ring 622 at an end of the second push rod 621.
The yarn cleaning device 6 further comprises a yarn cleaner 63 arranged above the yarn cleaning tank 61, the yarn cleaner 63 comprises a water inlet pipe 631 and a yarn cleaning channel 632, the water inlet pipe 631 is communicated with the yarn cleaning channel 632 through a cleaning nozzle 633, and a water inlet valve 634 is arranged on the water inlet pipe 631. The yarn second drying device 7 is arranged at the upper right of the yarn cleaning tank 61.
The twisting mechanism 8 comprises a drawing roller 81 and a twisting device for twisting yarns transferred by the drawing roller 81. The twisting device comprises a twisting spindle 82 and a twisting homogenizer 83. The twisting spindle 82 comprises a yarn tank 821 and a twisting disc 822 positioned at the bottom of the yarn tank 821, an inner yarn guide pulley 823 is arranged in the yarn tank 821, the inner yarn guide pulley 823 is of a fixed pulley structure, and yarns entering the yarn tank 821 are led out to the periphery of the yarn tank 821, so that the yarns continuously run.
The specific working principle is as follows:
(1) The combined yarn 100 is drawn from the yarn storage wheel 2, passes through the yarn guide hole 31, and travels downward through the yarn guide bar 32. Under the action of the motor 1, the yarn forms a first twist.
(2) The yarn after the primary twisting enters a yarn dyeing channel 432, the dye dyes the yarn entering and exiting the yarn dyeing channel 432 through a dye vat 431 and a dyeing pipe 433, the yarn slowly absorbs the dye by controlling a flow control valve 436, then rapidly walks downwards, and the yarn passes through a first positioning ring 422. The yarn soaking executing mechanism 42 is actuated, the first ejector rod 421 moves downwards to enable the first positioning ring 422 to enter the yarn soaking tank 41 (the yarn soaking tank 41 can store liquid dye or paraffin, adhesive and the like used for sizing, the heating device 44 at the bottom can be one of an electric heating plate, a hot oil heating plate or a steam heating plate and the like), the whole process enables the yarn to walk in a Z shape, and dyeing and sizing are achieved at the same time. And then the yarn is dried and shaped in the yarn first drying device 5.
(3) The yarn passes through the yarn twisting channel 102 of the yarn twisting mechanism 10 (the space at the two ends of the yarn twisting channel 102 gradually decreases towards the center), and the yarn twisting mechanism 10 is driven by a motor (not shown) to perform autorotation motion, so that the yarn continuously rolls in the yarn twisting mechanism 10 to complete twisting of the yarn, and meanwhile, the rough surface of the yarn is furled and twisted.
(4) The yarn enters the yarn cleaning passage 632, and is rinsed by the cleaning nozzle 633 of the yarn cleaner 63 (which may also be used as a humidifier). The yarn cleaning tank 61 collects water flowing out of the yarn cleaner 63 and the water flowing into the yarn cleaning tank 61 further cleans the yarn. The washed yarn is dried again by the yarn second drying device 7, and the yarn is transferred by the draft roller 81 to twist. Yarn in the yarn storage wheel 2 passes through the yarn guide 3, the yarn dyeing device 4, the yarn first drying device 5, the yarn twisting mechanism 10, the yarn cleaning device 6 and the yarn second drying device 7, and the yarn is driven by the draft roller 81 to walk, and a continuous Z-shaped trend is formed, so that the tension of the yarn is naturally regulated, the situation that the tension is too loose or too high is prevented, and the production efficiency is improved.
(5) During twisting, the yarn enters from the yarn tank 821 of the twisting spindle 82, and is guided by the inner yarn guide pulley 823 to be guided out to the periphery of the yarn tank 821, so that further twisting is realized. Then introduced into the twisting device 83 through the twisting plate 822, and finally the yarn winding is completed through the winding mechanism 9. The physical mechanical strength of the yarn is improved by 10%, and the wear resistance is improved by 5%.
