本发明公开了一种混合动力客车驱动策略,所述混合动力客车包括发动机、电动机,所述发动机、电动机同轴连接,所述电动机输出端连接车辆后桥,所述发动机与所述电动机共同驱动,所述混合动力客车的驱动方式依次为所述电动机单独驱动、所述电动机与所述发动机共同驱动、所述发动机单独驱动,通过在所述电动机输出功率较高的时候使用所述发动机补充部分动力,以降低动力电源的使用量及使用率,以提高动力电源的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及混合动力客车驱动方法。
背景技术
混合动力公交车***分为串联式混合动力、并联式混合动力、混联式混合动力,目前串联式混合动力***基本只用于增程式车辆上,并联式及混联式混合动力***是现有的常用***,对于并联式及混联式混合动力***,大多的驱动方式为低速纯电驱动,高速发动机直驱,虽然该驱动方式已经尽量避免了发动机低速时的低效率工作区间,提供了整车的能量利用率,但是由于电机的使用机会多了,会造成用以提供电机运转的动力电源的能量需求较高且使用率也较高,加之目前动力电源的技术瓶颈限制,这就会导致动力电源的寿命衰减较快,因而,为了提高动力电源的使用寿命且对混合动力客车驱动不造成较大影响,有必要进一步研究混合动力客车的驱动方式,以保证其动力电源的使用寿命。
发明内容
为了进一步提高混合动力汽车的能量利用率,本发明提出一种混合动力客车驱动策略,所述混合动力客车包括发动机、电动机,所述发动机、电动机同轴连接,所述电动机输出端连接车辆后桥,所述发动机与所述电动机共同驱动,所述混合动力客车的驱动方式依次为所述电动机单独驱动、所述电动机与所述发动机共同驱动、所述发动机单独驱动,通过在所述电动机输出功率较高的时候使用所述发动机补充部分动力,以降低动力电源的使用量及使用率,以提高动力电源的使用寿命。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:
一种混合动力客车驱动策略,所述混合动力客车包括发动机、电动机,所述发动机、电动机同轴连接,所述电动机输出端连接车辆后桥,所述发动机与所述电动机共同驱动,所述混合动力客车的驱动方式依次为所述电动机单独驱动、所述电动机与所述发动机共同驱动、所述发动机单独驱动。
设定车速值n1,当前车速n≤n1时,所述电动机单独驱动所述混合动力客车,当前车速n>n1时,所述发动机启动并与所述电动机共同驱动所述混合动力客车,设定车速值n2,当前车速n≤n2时,所述发动机启动并与所述电动机共同驱动所述混合动力客车,当前车速n>n2时,所述发动机单独驱动所述混合动力客车。
所述设定车速值n1小于所述电动机弱磁时对应的车速n0,所述设定车速值n2大于所述电动机弱磁时对应的车速n0。
所述混合动力客车还包括动力电源,所述动力电源用以提供所述电动机运转所需电能。
所述动力电源为功率型电源或者能量型电源,进一步,所述动力电源为超级电容器或者动力电池。
相比现有的混合动力客车驱动策略,本发明有显著优点和有益效果,具体体现为:
使用本发明的混合动力客车驱动策略,在低速时使用电动机单独驱动车辆,避免发动机低效率运行,并在电动机输出功率较高时由发动机辅助驱动,以降低动力电源的使用率,提高了动力电源的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
本发明的具体实施方法如下:
本发明所述的混合动力客车驱动策略是针对混合动力客车提出的一种混合动力客车保护动力电源的驱动策略,所述混合动力***包括发动机、电动机,所述发动机与所述电动机同轴连接,所述电动机输出端连接车辆后桥,所述发动机与所述电动机共同驱动所述混合动力客车,所述混合动力客车启动时由所述电动机单独驱动车辆,当车速达到一定值时,所述发动机介入,由所述发动机与所述电动机共同驱动车辆,当车速达到发动机高效区时,由发动机单独驱动车辆,通过上述驱动策略的调整,能够在车辆起步后一段时间内由发动机补充车辆驱动力,降低所述电动机的使用率,继而减少车辆动力电源的使用率,从而减少动力电源的充放电此时,达到保护动力电源的目的。
下面结合附图具体说明本发明的混合动力***结构及其驱动策略的具体工作方式:
如图1所示为本发明一种混合动力客车的结构示意图,所述混合动力客车包括发动机1、变速箱2、电动机3,所述发动机1、变速箱2、电动机3同轴连接,所述电动机3输出端连接车辆后桥,所述发动机1与所述电动机3共同驱动,所述混合动力客车还包括动力电源4,所述动力电源4用以提供所述电动机3运转所需电能,所述动力电源4为功率型电源或者能量型电源,进一步,所述动力电源4为超级电容器或者动力电池,所述混合动力客车的驱动方式依次为所述电动3单独驱动、所述电动机3与所述发动机1共同驱动、所述发动机1单独驱动。
如图2所示,本发明的驱动策略为:首先设定车速值n1、n2,其中n1<n2,当前车速n≤n1时,由所述电动机3单独驱动所述混合动力客车,当前车速n1<n≤n2时,所述发动机1启动并与所述电动机3共同驱动所述混合动力客车,当前车速n>n2时,所述发动机1单独驱动所述混合动力客车。
现有的混合动力客车驱动方式多为车辆起步时电动机单独驱动,当车速到达一定值时启动发动机,由发动机直驱车辆行驶,而本发明中针对现有的混合动力客车动力电源衰减严重的问题,通过驱动策略的调整,根据电动机本身特性,在车辆起步后电动机恒转矩阶段其输出功率逐步增加且其增加速度越来越快,因而,在电动机输出功率增加速率较快时刻启动发动机,由发动机补充部分动力,以减少电动机的输出功率,继而减少动力电源的能量输出,从而可以大幅降低动力电源的充放电使用次数,也就能够延长动力电源的使用寿命,从而满足客车运行需求。
所述设定车速值n1小于所述电动机3弱磁时对应的车速n0,所述设定车速值n2大于所述电动机3弱磁时对应的车速n0。

1.一种混合动力客车驱动策略,所述混合动力客车包括发动机、电动机,所述发动机、电动机同轴连接,所述电动机输出端连接车辆后桥,所述发动机与所述电动机共同驱动,其特征在于,所述混合动力客车的驱动方式依次为所述电动机单独驱动、所述电动机与所述发动机共同驱动、所述发动机单独驱动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力客车驱动策略,其特征在于,设定车速值n1,当前车速n≤n1时,所述电动机单独驱动所述混合动力客车,当前车速n>n1时,所述发动机启动并与所述电动机共同驱动所述混合动力客车。
3.根据权利要求2所述的混合动力客车驱动策略,其特征在于,所述设定车速值n1小于所述电动机弱磁时对应的车速n0。
4.根据权利要求2所述的混合动力客车驱动策略,其特征在于,设定车速值n2,当前车速n≤n2时,所述发动机启动并与所述电动机共同驱动所述混合动力客车,当前车速n>n2时,所述发动机单独驱动所述混合动力客车。
5.根据权利要求4所述的混合动力客车驱动策略,其特征在于,所述设定车速值n2大于所述电动机弱磁时对应的车速n0。
6.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力客车驱动策略,其特征在于,所述混合动力客车还包括动力电源,所述动力电源用以提供所述电动机运转所需电能。
7.根据权利要求6所述的混合动力客车驱动策略,其特征在于,所述动力电源为功率型电源。
8.根据权利要求7所述的混合动力客车驱动策略,其特征在于,所述动力电源为超级电容器。
9.根据权利要求6所述的混合动力客车驱动策略,其特征在于,所述动力电源为能量型电源。
