A preferred embodiment of the washing machine cabinet of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to fig. 1.
Referring first to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a perspective view of a washing machine tank 2 installed in a washing machine cabinet 1. As shown in fig. 1, a washing machine tub 2 of a drum washing machine is connected to a washing machine cabinet 1 through a suspension spring 3 and a damper 4. Specifically, the upper part of the washing machine barrel 2 is suspended on a plurality of beams of the upper part of the washing machine cabinet 1 by two suspension springs 3, and the bottom of the washing machine barrel 2 is supported on a plurality of beams of the bottom of the washing machine cabinet 1 by three dampers 4. Although two suspension springs 3 are shown, a person skilled in the art can also arrange more suspension springs 3, for example three or four, as the case may be, and can also consider connecting two or more suspension springs to one beam.
With continued reference to fig. 1, the washing machine cabinet 1 is a frame structure integrally formed of a plurality of cross members and vertical members, and has an accommodating space formed therein for accommodating the washing machine tank 2, and the washing machine cabinet 1 includes an opening 12 into which the washing machine tank 2 can be fed through the opening 12. The washing machine cabinet 1 includes four cross members provided at an upper end of the washing machine cabinet 1, wherein one first cross member 11 is detachably connected to the rest of the washing machine cabinet 1, and the first cross member 11 forms a boundary of the opening 12.
It can be understood by those skilled in the art that the first beam 11 is detachably connected to the rest of the washing machine box 1 in this embodiment, so that when the washing machine barrel 2 needs to be installed in the washing machine box 1, the first beam 11 can be detached from the washing machine box 1, and then the washing machine barrel 2 can be lifted into the washing machine box 1 through the opening 12 in the horizontal direction by the fixture, and the first beam 11 will not interfere with the fixture and the washing machine barrel 2 during the lifting process. Because the washing machine barrel 2 is hoisted into the washing machine box body 1 through the top end opening of the washing machine box body 1 in the prior art, the washing machine barrel 2 can be hoisted into the washing machine box body 1 through the top end opening of the washing machine box body 1 only by being larger than the outer diameter of the washing machine barrel 2, and in the invention, the first cross beam 11 can be detached from the washing machine box body 1 firstly, so the top end opening of the washing machine box body 1 can be designed to be smaller than the outer diameter of the washing machine barrel 2, the size of the top end of the washing machine box body 1 can be further reduced, the structure of the washing machine box body 1 is more compact, the size of the washing machine comprising the washing machine box body 1 can be further reduced, and the indoor space for placing the washing machine is saved.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that preferably only one of the beams is removable, so as to minimize the impact of the removable beam on the rigidity and strength of the washing machine cabinet 1, but in other embodiments two or three beams may be designed to be removable, and the object of the invention is also achieved. Furthermore, the washing machine tank 2 can also be lifted into the washing machine cabinet 1 via other lateral or top openings.
Further, the first beam 11 can be detachably connected to the rest of the washing machine cabinet 1 by means of screws or in a snap-fit manner. As shown in fig. 1, the first beam 11 includes support structures 111 and 112, and after the first beam 11 together with the washing machine tank 2 is hoisted into the washing machine cabinet 1, the first beam 11 can be supported on the pillars at both sides of the washing machine cabinet 1 through the support structures 111 and 112, and then the first beam 11 can be conveniently fixed to the washing machine cabinet 1. Preferably, the support structures 111 and 112 are formed by flanging at both ends of the first beam 11. Obviously, the support structures 111 and 112 may be formed by other structures, such as bosses or pins provided to the first beam 11. In the invention, a rivet hole can be preset on the first beam 11, and after the washing machine barrel 2 is hoisted into the washing machine box body 1, the first beam 11 can be riveted on the washing machine box body 1 through the rivet hole on the first beam 11, so that the overall strength of the washing machine box body 1 can be increased through riveting.
A preferred embodiment of the installation method of the washing machine tank 2 into the washing machine cabinet 1 of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to fig. 1 to 4.
Referring first to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flow chart of a preferred embodiment of the installation method of the washing machine tank 2 of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, the mounting method of this embodiment includes the steps of:
step S1: the first beam 11 is detached from the washing machine box 1;
step S2: connecting the hanging spring with the first beam 11 and the washing machine barrel 2;
step S3: the first beam 11 is hoisted together with the washing machine barrel 2 through the tool;
step S4: the washing machine barrel 2 is sent into the containing space of the washing machine box body 1;
step S5: fixing the first beam 11 to the washing machine box 1;
step S6: the washing machine barrel 2 is connected with the washing machine box body 1.
The washing machine cabinet 1 for accommodating the washing machine barrel 2 of the present invention preferably includes a first cross member 11 detachably coupled to the washing machine cabinet 1, and in order to feed the washing machine barrel 2 into the washing machine cabinet 1, it is preferable to perform step S1 of detaching the first cross member 11 from the washing machine cabinet 1. Then, step S2 is executed to connect the hanging spring with the first beam 11 and the washing machine barrel 2, specifically, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, hooks are provided at two ends of the hanging spring 3, and holes for engaging with the hooks are provided on the first beam 11 and the washing machine barrel 2, respectively. When the washing machine tank 2 is installed, first, the two ends of one of the hanging springs 3 are hooked into the first beam 11 and the holes of the washing machine tank 2 (see regions a and B in fig. 4), and the hanging spring 3, the first beam 11 and the washing machine tank 2 are connected to each other. The first cross member 11 is then hoisted together with the washing machine tank 2 by means of the tooling 5, in particular, the tooling 5 is provided with a recess into which the first cross member 11 is supported, so that the first cross member 11 can be hoisted together with the washing machine tank 2.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that step S1 is not necessary in the method of the present invention, because in the washing machine cabinet 1 of the present invention, the first cross member 11 can be made separately and not mounted to the rest of the washing machine cabinet 1 from the beginning, but stored and transported to the washing machine assembly site separately from the rest of the washing machine cabinet 1, being fixedly connected to the rest of the washing machine cabinet 1 only after the washing machine cartridge 2 is introduced into the washing machine cabinet 1 to constitute the complete washing machine cabinet 1. In other embodiments, before the first beam 11 is hoisted together with the washing machine barrel 2, one end of another hanging spring 3 is connected with the washing machine barrel 2, the other end is connected with another tool not shown in the figures, and then the first beam 11 is hoisted together with the washing machine barrel 2 through the tool 5 and the other tool.
After the washing machine tank 2 is lifted, the washing machine tank 2 can be introduced into the receiving space of the washing machine cabinet 1. Preferably, the washing machine barrel 2 is fed into the washing machine cabinet 1 through the opening 12 on the side where the first cross member 11 is located (as shown by arrow H in fig. 1), and during the feeding of the washing machine barrel 2 into the washing machine cabinet 1 through the opening 12, the washing machine barrel 2 can enter the washing machine cabinet 1 in a horizontal direction, and can also enter the washing machine cabinet 1 in a direction inclined from bottom to top or from top to bottom.
Although only one suspension spring 3 is shown connected between the cross beam 11 and the washing machine tank 2, a person skilled in the art can also connect a plurality of suspension springs 3, for example two or three, between the cross beam 11 and the washing machine tank 2, as the case may be. Furthermore, the washing machine tank 2 can also be lifted into the washing machine cabinet 1 via another lateral opening or top opening.
When the washing machine tank 2 is introduced into the washing machine cabinet 1, steps S4 and S5 may be performed, i.e., the first cross member 11 is fixed to the washing machine cabinet 1, and the washing machine tank 2 is coupled to the washing machine cabinet 1. It should be noted that, the present invention does not limit the execution sequence of steps S4 and S5, and the washing machine barrel 2 and the washing machine cabinet 1 may be connected first, and then the first beam 11 may be fixed to the washing machine cabinet 1 by screws and/or rivets as described above. After the installation is completed, the washing machine tank 2 is supported in the washing machine cabinet 1 by two suspension springs 3 and three dampers 4 (as shown in fig. 1).
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that in the installation method of the present invention, the overall size of the washing machine cabinet 1 can be designed to be more compact by the method steps of first feeding the washing machine tank 2 into the washing machine cabinet 1 and then securing the at least one cross member. Because the washing machine barrel 2 is hoisted into the washing machine box body 1 through the top end opening of the washing machine box body 1 in the prior art, the washing machine barrel 2 can be hoisted into the washing machine box body 1 through the top end opening of the washing machine box body 1 only by being larger than the outer diameter of the washing machine barrel 2, and in the invention, the first cross beam 11 can be detached from the washing machine box body 1 firstly, so the top end opening of the washing machine box body 1 can be designed to be smaller than the outer diameter of the washing machine barrel 2, the integral size of the top end of the washing machine box body 1 can be further reduced, the structure is more compact, the volume of the washing machine comprising the washing machine box body 1 can be reduced, and the indoor space for placing the washing machine is saved.
Further, in the invention, the hanging spring 3 is firstly connected with the first beam 11 and the washing machine barrel 2, and then the first beam 11, the hanging spring 3 and the washing machine barrel 2 are hoisted into the washing machine box body 1 through a tool. Because the first beam 11 is connected with the hanging spring under the condition that the first beam 11 is not fixed on the washing machine barrel 2, the connection between the first beam 11 and the hanging spring is more convenient and quicker, and the installation process of the washing machine barrel 2 is simplified.
So far, the technical solutions of the present invention have been described in connection with the preferred embodiments shown in the drawings, but it is easily understood by those skilled in the art that the scope of the present invention is obviously not limited to these specific embodiments. Equivalent changes or substitutions of related technical features can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the principle of the invention, and the technical scheme after the changes or substitutions can fall into the protection scope of the invention.
