Background
Female stress urinary incontinence is a common female disease, severely affecting the quality of life of the patient; mid-urethral suspension (TVT) is a widely developed method for treating stress urinary incontinence in clinic, but the puncture method should be through the retropubic space, which may damage surrounding organs during surgery and even cause serious complications; in recent years, tension-free suspension (TOT or TVT-O) of transvaginal urethra middle section through obturator approach is gradually accepted by urologists, and has the advantages of simple method and small wound.

The invention provides a closed loop type sling guide, which comprises a guide rod, a guide needle and an adapter rod; one end of the switching rod is connected with one end of the guide rod in a telescopic way; one end of the guide needle is provided with a needle head, and a guide hole is arranged at the needle head; the other end of the guide needle is rotatably connected with the adapter rod so that the needle head extends into the guide rod.
