Thus, the buttocks of the children can be prevented from being contacted with the atomizing nozzle 15 to block the atomizing nozzle and prevent the atomizing nozzle from being incapable of spraying water.
When the push rod 33 moves upwards to push the blocking ball 32 to move upwards, the blocking ball 32 is contacted with the screen plate 36, the screen plate 36 can absorb shock to the blocking ball 32 due to the action of the fifth spring 37, and the screen frame 35 can prevent the blocking ball 32 from rolling at other positions and being incapable of blocking the liquid outlet end of the liquid tank 29.
