无土栽培,是指不用天然土壤而用基质等进行作物栽培及育苗的方法,主要应用在花卉苗木或者瓜果蔬菜生产上,是一项省水省肥又省工的高产优质先进栽培技术。无土栽培作为一项农业新技术,其特点与优势已为广大科研人员与生产者所熟悉与认可,与传统的土壤栽培相比,具有省水、省肥、省力,能提高作物产量与品质、避免土壤连作障碍,而且不受地域条件限制等优势。随着其应用范围不断扩大,技术水平迅速提高,已发展成为一项实现农业工厂化与现代化的重要技术。在无土栽培技术中,能否为植物提供一种比例协调,浓度适量培养基质,是栽培成功的关键。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供了一种无土栽培基质,克服了现有技术的不足,利用农家肥、作物秸秆、炉渣、碳化稻壳、复合肥、酵素、珍珠岩、锯木粉、保水剂、硅灰、柠檬酸、过磷酸钙、微量元素、水制成一种无土栽培基质,该无土栽培基质原料廉价易得,生产成本低,营养全面丰富,易于吸收,可以满足农业作物生长发育所需的营养物质,促进其生长,不含抗生素,安全性高,同时使用杀菌剂,有效的防止了该无土栽培基质腐败变质,安全无污染。
为解决上述问题,本发明所采取的技术方案如下:
一种无土栽培基质,由下列重量份的原料制成:农家肥8-15份、作物秸秆20-30份、炉渣2-4份、碳化稻壳10-15份、复合肥4-8份、酵素8-10份、珍珠岩10-15份、锯木粉20-30份、保水剂0.5-1份、硅灰2-5份、柠檬酸0.1-1份、过磷酸钙0.1-0.5份、微量元素0.1-0.3份、水60-100份。
进一步,由下列重量份的原料制成:农家肥10份、作物秸秆25份、炉渣3份、碳化稻壳12份、复合肥6份、酵素9份、珍珠岩12份、锯木粉25份、保水剂0.6份、硅灰3份、柠檬酸0.4份、过磷酸钙0.2份、微量元素0.2份、水80份。
进一步,所述基质的PH值在6.5-7.5之间。
进一步,所述作物秸秆为玉米秸秆、油菜秆、葵花秆、棉花秆、大豆秸秆中的一种或多种。
