背景技术
黄精为百合科黄精属,在我国主要分布在河北、山西、陕西、内蒙古等地。一般条件下,其野生资源主要分布在林下、灌丛或山坡阴处,海拔800~2800米。黄精以根状茎入药,主要含有烟酸、醌类、淀粉及多糖类等成分。黄精性平味甘,主要有补脾润肺、益气养阴的功能。在临床上主治脾胃虚弱、肺虚咳嗽、体倦乏力、口干食少、精血不足、内热消渴等症。
黄精野生于阴湿的山地灌木丛及林边草丛中,耐寒,幼苗能在田间越冬,但不宜在干燥地区生长,种植过程中种子发芽时间较长,发芽率仅为60%~70%,造成的损失较大,且种子寿命为2年。种植黄精是农民调整产业结构,增加收入的有效途径。但是现有的黄精的种植在耕作方法、肥料施用、病虫害防治等方面并没有形成标准的操作规程,每亩地年产量很难增长,无法进行低成本高产量的大量黄***植,无法为黄精药品的生产提供优质、安全、稳定的药源。因此,选择合适的种植方法,提高产品的产量,可以提高生产的积极性,提高经济收入。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服上述缺陷,提供一种黄精高产栽培方法。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案为:
一种黄精的高产种植方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)整地:选择土层疏松、保水性好、肥沃的沙壤土或红壤土进行种植,在种植前1~2个月深施腐熟有机肥作为基肥;
(2)选种预处理:1~2年生,植株健壮、无病虫害的黄精根状茎,将根状茎按照3~4个节掰开,用刀片将其表面划伤,将划伤的根状茎置于10~15ppm的预处理液中浸泡1~2小时;所述预处理液包括夏枯草提取液、鱼腥草提取液、大蒜提取液、抗坏血酸、赤霉素;
(3)育苗:以肥沃疏松的土质作为苗床,苗床上铺设一层营养基质,播种育苗,设置苗床温度为15~25℃,待黄精幼苗长至苗高8~15cm进行栽种;
(4)移栽:在种植区挖穴,行距18~22cm,穴距12~15cm,穴深13~15cm,选取优质幼苗定植于穴内,每穴内定植1株,填碎土压实,浇水,每穴施用复合肥30~45克;
(5)田间管理:包括以下步骤:
a.不定期进行人工除草;
b.施追肥:在苗高5~6cm时进行追肥,每亩施入1000~1500kg腐熟人畜粪肥和尿素4~6kg混合均匀后进行根际浇施追肥;在修根后,每20天进行一次追肥,每次追肥每亩施用复合肥15~20kg;
c.病虫害防治:及时清除病虫害造成的枯枝败叶,使用赤霉素、多菌灵、中药提取液加入到花椒水溶液中形成800~1500倍液预防病害;
(6)黄精采收:3年-5年秋季收获,待地上部枯萎后采收,挖取根状茎,除去地上部分及须根,洗去泥土,晒干或烘干。

b.施追肥:在苗高5~6cm时进行追肥,每亩施入1200kg腐熟人畜粪肥和尿素5kg混合均匀后进行根际浇施追肥;在修根后,每20天进行一次追肥,每次追肥每亩施用复合肥20kg;
c.病虫害防治:及时清除病虫害造成的枯枝败叶,使用赤霉素、多菌灵、中药提取液按质量比为1:2:2加入到花椒水溶液中形成1200倍液预防病害;其中,中药提取液由菊花根提取液、夏枯草提取液、鱼腥草提取液按质量比为3:1:1组成;
(6)黄精采收:3-5年秋季收获,待地上部枯萎后采收,挖取根状茎,除去地上部分及须根,洗去泥土,晒干或烘干。
实施例3
一种黄精的高产种植方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)整地:选择土层疏松、保水性好、肥沃的沙壤土或红壤土进行种植,在种植前2个月深施腐熟有机肥作为基肥;其中,腐熟有机肥包括如下重量份的原料:禽畜粪100份、腐熟菌渣80份、柠檬渣60份、盐藻40份、尿素50份、磷酸二氢钙30份、鱼腥草干粉30份、生物炭30份、保水剂20份、发酵剂10份;
(2)选种预处理:1~2年生,植株健壮、无病虫害的黄精根状茎,将根状茎按照3~4个节掰开,用刀片将其表面划伤,将划伤的根状茎置于15ppm的预处理液中浸泡1小时;所述预处理液由夏枯草提取液、鱼腥草提取液、大蒜提取液、抗坏血酸、赤霉素按质量比为10:10:10:2:1组成;
(3)育苗:以肥沃疏松的土质作为苗床,苗床上铺设一层营养基质,播种育苗,设置苗床温度为25℃,待黄精幼苗长至苗高15cm进行栽种;其中,营养基质包括如下重量份的原料:沙土100份、泥炭土80份、腐熟菌渣40份、磷酸二氢钙30份、腐植酸钾20份、微量元素10份、壳聚糖凝胶10份、稀有金属盐8份、抗菌剂5份;
(4)移栽:在种植区挖穴,行距22cm,穴距15cm,穴深15cm,选取优质幼苗定植于穴内,每穴内定植1株,填碎土压实,浇水,每穴施用复合肥45克;其中,复合肥包括以下组分的重量份:尿素60份、过磷酸钙50份、腐殖酸钾40份、糖蜜发酵液20份、保水剂15份、硫酸镁15份、抗菌剂8份;
(5)田间管理:包括以下步骤:
a.不定期进行人工除草;
b.施追肥:在苗高5~6cm时进行追肥,每亩施入1500kg腐熟人畜粪肥和尿素4kg混合均匀后进行根际浇施追肥;在修根后,每20天进行一次追肥,每次追肥每亩施用复合肥20kg;

Claims (7)

1.一种黄精高产种植方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
(1)整地:选择土层疏松、保水性好、肥沃的沙壤土或红壤土进行种植,在种植前1~2个月深施腐熟有机肥作为基肥;
(2)选种预处理:1~2年生,植株健壮、无病虫害的黄精根状茎,将根状茎按照3~4个节掰开,用刀片将其表面划伤,将划伤的根状茎置于10~15ppm的预处理液中浸泡1~2小时;所述预处理液包括夏枯草提取液、鱼腥草提取液、大蒜提取液、抗坏血酸、赤霉素;
(3)育苗:以肥沃疏松的土质作为苗床,苗床上铺设一层营养基质,播种育苗,设置苗床温度为15~25℃,待黄精幼苗长至苗高8~15cm进行栽种;
(4)移栽:在种植区挖穴,行距18~22cm,穴距12~15cm,穴深13~15cm,选取优质幼苗定植于穴内,每穴内定植1株,填碎土压实,浇水,每穴施用复合肥30~45克;
(5)田间管理:包括以下步骤:
a.不定期进行人工除草;

(6)黄精采收:3-5年秋季收获,待地上部枯萎后采收,挖取根状茎,除去地上部分及须根,洗去泥土,晒干或烘干。
2.根据权利要求1所述的黄精高产种植方法,其特征在于:步骤(1)所述腐熟有机肥包括如下重量份的原料:禽畜粪60~100份、腐熟菌渣50~80份、柠檬渣40~60份、盐藻30~40份、尿素30~50份、磷酸二氢钙20~30份、鱼腥草干粉20~30份、生物炭15~30份、保水剂10~20份、发酵剂5~10份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的黄精高产种植方法,其特征在于:步骤(2)中所述夏枯草提取液、鱼腥草提取液、大蒜提取液、抗坏血酸、赤霉素预处理液的质量比为5~10:5~10:5~10:1~2:1。
4.根据权利要求1所述的黄精高产种植方法,其特征在于:步骤(3)中所述营养基质包括如下重量份的原料:沙土60~100份、泥炭土50~80份、腐熟菌渣25~40份、磷酸二氢钙20~30份、腐植酸钾10~20份、微量元素5~10份、壳聚糖凝胶5~10份、稀有金属盐3~8份、抗菌剂3~5份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的黄精高产种植方法,其特征在于:所述复合肥包括以下组分的重量份:尿素20~60份、过磷酸钙20~50份、腐殖酸钾20~40份、糖蜜发酵液10~20份、保水剂10~15份、硫酸镁5~15份、抗菌剂1~8份。
6.根据权利要求1所述的黄精高产种植方法,其特征在于:步骤(5)所述赤霉素、多菌灵、中药提取液的质量比为1:1~2:2~3。
7.根据权利要求1所述的黄精高产种植方法,其特征在于:步骤(5)所述中药提取液由菊花根提取液、夏枯草提取液、鱼腥草提取液按质量比为1~3:1~3:1组成。
