According to the scheme, when the humidity is lower than the preset humidity, the length of the air purification load in the air conditioner during power-on and the length of the power-off are obtained, then the air purification load is controlled to operate intermittently according to the length of the power-on and the length of the power-off, the phenomenon that the wall surface is blackened due to long-term operation of the air purification load is avoided, dust can be adsorbed to the filter screen in time, and the using effect of the air conditioner is improved.
Based on the hardware architecture, the embodiment of the control method of the air conditioner is provided.
Referring to fig. 2, a flow chart of a first embodiment of a control method of an air conditioner according to the present invention includes:
step S10, after the air conditioner starts the air purification load, acquiring the humidity of the indoor environment where the air conditioner is located;
in the invention, when the air conditioner normally operates, the air purification load is started, negative ions are generated by the air purification load to adsorb dust and particulate matters in the air, so that the floating dust and the particulate matters are gathered at the air purification load, then the floating dust and the particulate matters at the air purification load are guided to the filter screen, thereby achieving the effect of purifying the air, and then the humidity of the indoor environment where the air conditioner is located is obtained by arranging a humidity sensor on an indoor unit of the air conditioner, wherein the humidity refers to the percentage of the ratio of the actual water-vapor pressure in the air to the saturated water-vapor pressure at the current air temperature.
Step S20, judging whether the humidity is lower than a preset humidity;
and comparing the acquired humidity of the indoor environment with the preset humidity of the system, comparing the size relation between the humidity and the preset humidity, and then correspondingly controlling the air conditioner. For example, in this embodiment, the preset humidity may be 50%, the acquired humidity is compared with 50%, and the magnitude between the environmental humidity and 50% is determined.
Step S30, when the humidity is lower than the preset humidity, acquiring the power-on duration and the power-off duration of the air purification load in the air conditioner;
when humidity is less than predetermined humidity, the air in the room is dry this moment, indoor floating dust particulate matter can increase, if air purification load continuous operation this moment, then can be in a large amount of particulate matters of air purification load department gathering, on the particulate matter of gathering can not in time be inhaled the filter screen this moment, can lead to the particulate matter to the wall diffusion, thereby lead to the phenomenon that the wall blackened easily, need the air purification load intermittent operation in the air conditioner during so, the phenomenon that blackened appears easily in order to avoid the wall. The method comprises the steps of obtaining the power-on operation time length and the power-off operation time length of an air purification load in the air conditioner according to the indoor environment humidity of the air conditioner, wherein the power-on time length refers to the power-on operation time of the air purification load, and the power-off time length refers to the time length of stopping working between two adjacent power-on operations of the air purification load.
And step S40, controlling the air purification load to intermittently operate according to the power-on duration and the power-off duration.
When the humidity is smaller than the preset humidity, the indoor environment is easy to generate floating dust particles, the intermittent operation of the air purification load is controlled according to the obtained power-on duration and power-off duration, the air purification load operates according to the power-on duration, the air purification load stops working after operating for a period of time and then stops working according to the power-off duration, the floating dust and the particles are adsorbed to the air purification load by negative ions generated by the air purification load, the particles at the air purification load are driven to the filter screen through the power-on duration and the power-off duration, the air purification load operates intermittently, and the phenomenon that a large amount of particles accumulated at the air purification load cannot be adsorbed to the filter screen in time is. For example, when the humidity is lower than 50%, the air purification load is controlled to operate intermittently according to the acquired power-on duration and power-off duration.
In the technical scheme provided by this embodiment, when the humidity is lower than the preset humidity, the amount of floating dust and particulate matter in the room is large, the power-on duration and the power-off duration of the air purification load set in the air conditioner are obtained, and the air purification load is controlled to intermittently operate according to the power-on duration and the power-off duration. When the air purification load is in normal power-on operation, negative ions generated by the air purification load are gathered together with particles in the air, more particles are easily gathered at the air purification load, at the moment, the air purification load is required to be controlled to operate intermittently according to the power-on duration and the power-off duration, the air purification load is stopped to operate within the power-off duration, the particles gathered at the air purification load are reduced, a small amount of particles at the air purification load can move to a filter screen along with wind, and the phenomenon that the wall surface is blackened due to the fact that the particles are adsorbed on the wall surface is avoided.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a second embodiment of the control method of the air conditioner according to the present invention, and based on the first embodiment, the step S30 includes:
and step S31, acquiring the power-on duration and the power-off duration of the air purification load according to the humidity, wherein the power-on duration is longer when the humidity is higher.
When the humidity is smaller than the preset humidity, the power-on duration and the power-off duration of the air purification load are obtained according to the humidity, wherein the humidity corresponds to the power-on duration one by one, a linear relation is formed between the humidity and the power-on duration, and the longer the humidity of the indoor environment is, the longer the power-on duration of the air purification load is, it can be understood that a mapping relation exists between the power-off duration of the air purification load and the humidity of the indoor wind environment, and the power-on duration of the air purification load can also be subtracted from the period of the intermittent operation of the air purification load. Or determining a humidity interval where the humidity is located, and determining the power-on duration and the power-off duration of the air purification load according to the humidity interval. According to the acquired humidity of the indoor environment, the humidity intervals where the humidity is located are judged, and each humidity interval corresponds to the electrifying time and the power-off time of the air purification load, so that the method is easy to realize, the phenomenon that the electrifying time is changed due to humidity fluctuation of the indoor environment is avoided, and the air purification load can be accurately controlled to operate according to the electrifying time.
It should be noted that, when the humidity of the indoor environment is the lower limit of the humidity corresponding to the intermittent operation of the air purification load, the time for the air purification load to perform the power-on operation is the shortest, and the shortest time duration for the air purification load to perform the power-on operation is Tmix=Ton+offK1, when the humidity of the indoor environment is the upper limit of the humidity corresponding to the intermittent operation of the air purification load, the time of the electrified operation of the air purification load is the longest, and the longest time of the electrified operation of the air purification load is Tmax=Ton+offK2, wherein Ton+offFor an intermittent duty cycle of air purification load, k1 may be 0.2, k2 may be 0.8, Ton+offCan range from 10 seconds to 60 seconds. It can be understood that Ton+offThe period for the intermittent operation of the air purification load can be a fixed value set by a system or a variable value, and when the period is the variable value, the period is firstly based on the humidityThe mapping relation between the degree and the period obtains the period of the intermittent operation of the air purification load, and then the power-on duration of the air purification load is obtained according to the mapping relation between the humidity and the power-on duration.
When the humidity is lower than the lower humidity limit of the intermittent operation of the air purification load, the air purification load is controlled to operate for a long time at the shortest energization operation. For example, when the indoor humidity of the air conditioner is lower than 20%, the air purification load is controlled to operate intermittently in the manner of the power-on time period 2s and the power-off time period 16 s.
In the technical scheme provided by the embodiment, the humidity of the environment where the air conditioner is located is obtained, and the power-on duration and the power-off duration of the air purification load are obtained, so that the intermittent operation of the air purification load is conveniently controlled. When the humidity is lower than the preset humidity, the air purification load intermittently operates according to the rotating speed and the humidity, and the control is accurate, so that the particles can be adsorbed on the filter screen, and the phenomenon that the wall body is blackened when the particles are adsorbed on the wall surface is avoided.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a third embodiment of the method for controlling an air conditioner according to the present invention, and based on the first embodiment, after step S20, the method for controlling an air conditioner further includes:
and step S50, when the humidity is higher than the preset humidity, continuously operating the air purification load.
When the humidity of the environment where the air conditioner is located is greater than preset humidity, the moisture in the room is more this moment, can not have a lot of dust particles floating in the room, in order to further improve the indoor air quality, need continuously move the air purification load this moment, produce the anion by the air purification load and gather the air purification load department with a small amount of dust particles floating in the indoor air, a small amount of dust particles floating easily removes the filter screen department in the air conditioner, when improving the indoor air quality, reduce the wall with the air conditioner contact department and go black the possibility.
Here, after step S40, the method for controlling an air conditioner further includes: obtaining indoor pollution concentration of the air conditioner, wherein the pollution concentration is the concentration of particulate matters in indoor environment, such as roomThe pm2.5 concentration in the internal environment is determined by placing a pm2.5 detector in the room, or by placing a pm2.5 detector in the air conditioner. Therefore, the pollution concentration of the indoor environment where the air conditioner is located is obtained, when the pollution concentration is larger than the preset pollution concentration, the air quality in a room is poor, at the moment, the operation of a humidifying device of the air conditioner needs to be controlled, the intermittent operation of the air purification load needs to be controlled, the electrifying duration of the air purification load is obtained according to the humidity, the humidity of the indoor environment is increased under the action of the humidifying device, and when the humidity is higher than the preset humidity, the step S50 is executed, namely, the air purification load is continuously operated. For example, the predetermined contaminant concentration is 50ug/m3The preset humidity is 50%, and the pollution concentration of the indoor environment is more than 50ug/m3When the humidity of the indoor environment is less than 50%, firstly acquiring the power-on time of the air purification load according to the humidity and controlling the air purification load to intermittently operate according to the power-on time and the power-off time, meanwhile, starting a humidifying function of the air conditioner and acquiring the humidity of the environment where the air conditioner is located, humidifying the environment in a room by using a humidifying device to increase the humidity of the indoor environment, so that floating dust particles in the air can be conveniently gathered on the air purification load, and the particles are adsorbed on a filter screen along with inlet air; and then when the humidity is more than 50%, the air purification load is continuously operated. When the indoor air quality is not good, the humidifying function of the air conditioner is started to create a continuous operation condition for the air purification load so as to ensure the indoor air quality. If the humidity of the indoor environment where the air conditioner is located is lower than the preset humidity, when the pollution concentration is lower than the preset pollution concentration, in order to save energy consumption of the air purification load and improve the air quality of the environment where the air conditioner is located, the power-on duration and the power-off duration of the air purification load are directly obtained according to the humidity of the indoor environment, and the air purification load is controlled to operate intermittently according to the power-on duration and the power-off duration.
In the technical scheme that this embodiment provided, when humidity was higher than predetermineeing humidity, indoor environment's the dust particle ratio was less this moment, and control air purification load lasts the operation, is convenient for further improve indoor environment's air quality.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a fourth embodiment of the control method of the air conditioner according to the present invention, and based on the second embodiment, the step S30 further includes:
step S32, detecting the rotating speed of the indoor fan;
step S33, judging whether the rotating speed is less than a preset rotating speed;
step S34, when the rotating speed is less than a preset rotating speed, obtaining an adjusting coefficient according to the rotating speed;
step S35, acquiring the power-on duration and the power-off duration according to the humidity, and adjusting the power-on duration and the power-off duration according to the adjusting coefficient;
and step S36, taking the adjusted power-on duration and power-off duration as the power-on duration and power-off duration of the air purification load.
When humidity is less than preset humidity, need control the intermittent operation of air purification load this moment, then the parameter of inquiry indoor fan acquires the rotational speed of indoor fan, compares rotational speed and the size between the predetermined rotational speed, wherein predetermine the 80% shelves of rotational speed for maximum rotational speed, when the rotational speed is less than predetermined rotational speed, show that the intake of indoor fan air intake department is less this moment, and air intake department is less to the suction of the particulate matter of air purification load department promptly, is difficult for removing the particulate matter to the filter screen on, leads to the phenomenon that the wall blackened easily. And then subtracting the adjusted power-on time according to the period of intermittent operation of the air purification load to obtain the adjusted power-off time of the air purification load. And the air purification load is controlled to operate intermittently according to the adjusted power-on duration and power-off duration, so that the air purification load generates less negative ions, and the phenomenon that a large amount of particles are gathered at the air purification load and cannot move to the filter screen completely, so that the wall surface is easy to blacken is avoided.
It should be noted that when the rotation speed is greater than the preset rotation speed, the power-on duration and the power-off duration are obtained according to the humidity. When the rotating speed is greater than the preset rotating speed, the air inlet volume of the air inlet is large, namely the suction force at the air inlet is large, particles gathered at the air purification load can move to the filter screen along with the air inlet volume, the air purification load is controlled to operate intermittently, the power-on duration and the power-off duration of the air purification load in the intermittent operation are obtained according to the humidity, the indoor air quality is guaranteed, and meanwhile, the energy consumption of the air purification load is reduced.
In the embodiment of the invention, the rotating speed of the indoor fan of the air conditioner is obtained under the condition that the humidity is lower than the preset humidity, and the regulating coefficient is obtained when the rotating speed is lower than the preset rotating speed, for example, the regulating coefficient is between 0.3 and 0.9. And acquiring the power-on time of the air purification load according to the humidity, and multiplying the power-on time by the adjusting coefficient to obtain the power-on time and the power-off time of the intermittent operation of the air purification load. The method is characterized in that the electrified time of the original air purification load is attenuated, the electrified operation time of the air purification load is shortened, the particles gathered at the air purification load are reduced, and the possibility of wall blackening caused by diffusion of the particles to the wall surface is reduced. The power-on time of the air purification load is attenuated, so that the control is accurate and the realization is convenient.
The invention also provides an air conditioner, which comprises a processor, a memory and a control program of the air conditioner, wherein the control program of the air conditioner is stored on the memory and can run on the processor, and the control program of the air conditioner realizes the steps of the control method of the air conditioner according to the embodiment when being executed by the processor.
The present invention also provides a computer-readable storage medium storing a control program of an air conditioner, which when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the control method of the air conditioner as described in the above embodiments.
