Description

Pneumatic disc brake
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of disc brakes, and particularly relates to an air pressure disc brake.
Background
As shown in fig. 1, when the pressure of the brake chamber increases, the piston rod pushes the pressure arm to move on 2 rolling bearings. The input pressure p1 is transmitted to the brake pad via the pressure arm and the solenoid with the push piece, and when the force of the input pressure p1 acting on the brake pad is the output pressure p2, the brake pad on the right side presses on the brake disc. Since the reaction force p3 acting on the brake is transmitted to the brake pad on the other side, this left brake pad is pressed against the brake disc with the same p4 pressure.
In the above work, the coupling 6 applies force to the solenoid 5 or is far away from the solenoid, some lubricating oil needs to be put into the spring in the coupling 6, and the lubricating oil is put into the spring, so that the spring is only soaked, but in the long-time use process, the lubricating oil gradually disappears and volatilizes into the air, so that certain harm exists to the use of the brake, so that the prior art is to integrally disassemble the coupling 6 and the solenoid 5, and manually pour the lubricating oil, so that the operation is very troublesome, and the manpower resource is wasted; too much lubricant is poured for manual refueling, resulting in waste, and no need for the use of the brake.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention provides an air pressure disc type brake to solve the problems that lubricating oil needs to be frequently supplemented between the existing connecting piece and the solenoid, the operation is troublesome and the lubricating oil is wasted.
The invention is realized by the following technical scheme.
The pneumatic disc brake comprises a brake air chamber, the brake air chamber is connected with a control lever, the control lever is connected with a connecting piece, one end of the connecting piece is provided with a solenoid, the connecting piece applies force to or is far away from the solenoid, one side of the solenoid is provided with a left brake block and a right brake block, a brake disc is arranged between the left brake block and the right brake block, the pneumatic disc brake is characterized in that a spring is arranged between the connecting piece and the solenoid, an induction cylinder and two injectors are arranged in the solenoid, the two injectors are aligned with one side of the spring in the solenoid, the injectors comprise a driving cavity and a spray head, the induction cylinder is connected with the driving cavity of the injector through an air pipe, oil is filled in the spray head, the spray head is connected with an oil filling pipe, and the oil filling pipe leads to the outside of the control lever. By arranging the automatic oil spraying device inside, when the connecting piece approaches the solenoid, the lubricating oil stored in the spray head is extruded out, and oil is sprayed to the spring.
Preferably, the operating lever is provided with an oil seal block. The oil seal block can block the oil filler pipe to form a seal.
Preferably, the upper injector and the lower injector are communicated through a second oil pipe. And oil is fed at a single position, so that convenience in oil feeding is ensured.
Preferably, when the connecting piece applies force to the screw pipe, the contact at the end part contacts the induction cylinder.
Preferably, a part of the induction cylinder is clamped in the spiral tube, and the other part of the induction cylinder is exposed to air. The induction cylinder can normally inhale and deflate.
Compared with the prior art: when the connecting piece applies force to the solenoid, gas enters the driving cavity, and oil in the spray head is extruded, so that the spring supplements lubricating oil and is further soaked.
