Abstract

液化气氨水法脱硫工艺,从污水汽提单元6来的气氨或液氨配置成氨水2进入填料塔或筛板塔5上部,与填料塔或筛板塔5下部来的液化气逆向接触,在一定压力和温度下反应脱硫化氢,脱去硫化氢后的液化气进入脱硫醇单元1;填料塔或筛板塔5底部的含硫氨水,一部分与液化气进料3在混合器4混合后,循环回填料塔或筛板塔5;另一部分含硫氨水送往污水汽提单元6,净化处理并再生出气氨或液氨循环使用。

Description

液化气氨水法脱硫工艺
本发明涉及液化气氨水法脱硫工艺技术领域。
现有的液化气氨水法脱硫技术,采用混合器混合、沉降罐分离,再混合、再分离的二次脱硫工艺,由于混合器压力降很大,决定了这种工艺的高能耗;由于氨水与硫化氢反应属弱酸与弱碱反应,其反应平衡取决于硫化氢在液化气和氨水中的溶解平衡、硫化氢和氨在水中的电离平衡,液化气与氨水需多次接触反应达到平衡,才能完全脱除硫化氢,而二级混合分离,只达到两次反应平衡,脱硫效果不佳;而且设备数量多,投资大,运行操作的工作量大。
本发明的目的是发明一种液化气氨水法脱硫工艺,由氨水进入填料塔或筛板塔上部,与填料塔或筛板塔下部来的液化气逆向接触反应脱除硫化氢,填料塔或筛板塔底部部分含硫氨水在混合器与液化气接触后进入填料塔或筛板塔,可提高液化气脱硫效果,降低能耗,减少投资。
本发明是这样实现的:从污水汽提单元6来的气氨或液氨配置成氨水2进入填料塔或筛板塔5上部,与填料塔或筛板塔5下部来的液化气逆向接触,在一定压力和温度下反应脱硫化氢,脱去硫化氢后的液化气进入脱硫醇单元1;填料塔或筛板塔5底部的含硫氨水,一部分与液化气进料3在混合器4混合后,循环回填料塔或筛板塔5;另一部分含硫氨水送往污水汽提单元6,净化处理并再生出气氨或液氨循环使用。
填料塔或筛板塔的操作压力为1~2.5Mpa,操作温度为20℃~60℃。
氨水配置浓度为3%~15%,氨水与液化气进料的质量比为1∶15~1∶50。
本发明的优点是:生产工艺简单实用,提高了液化气的脱硫效果,工业化装置(生产能力:30万吨/年)实际运行数据如下:

该附图为本发明的工艺流程图。
附图中:1、脱硫醇单元,2、氨水,3、液化气进料,4、混合器,5、填料塔或筛板塔,6、污水汽提单元。
该工艺为完全自动控制的连续操作工艺,从污水汽提单元6来的气氨或液氨按比例配置成氨水2(平均浓度为8.98%),以1.25吨/小时的流量进入填料塔5上部,与填料塔5下部来的液化气逆向接触反应脱硫化氢,填料塔5的操作压力为1~2.5Mpa,操作温度为常温,脱除硫化氢后的液化气进入脱硫醇单元1;填料塔5底部的含硫氨水,一部分与流量为20吨/小时\平均含硫86.33μg/g的液化气进料3在混合器4混合后,循环回填料塔5;另一部分含硫氨水送往污水汽提单元6,净化处理并再生出气氨或液氨,循环使用。通过氨水法脱硫化氢后,液化气中的总硫脱除率平均为40.15%,进一步脱硫醇后,成品液化气总硫平均为1.89μg/g。

Claims (1)

1、液化气氨水法脱硫工艺,其特征是:从污水汽提单元(6)来的气氨或液氨配置成氨水(2),其氨水配置浓度为3%~15%,氨水与液化气进料的质量比为1∶15~1∶50进入填料塔或筛板塔(5)上部,与填料塔或筛板塔(5)下部来的液化气逆向接触,填料塔或筛板塔的操作压力为1~2.5Mpa,操作温度为20℃~60℃下反应脱硫化氢,脱去硫化氢后的液化气进入脱硫醇单元(1);填料塔或筛板塔(5)底部的含硫氨水,一部分与液化气进料(3)在混合器(4)混合后,循环回填料塔或筛板塔(5);另一部分含硫氨水送往污水汽提单元(6),净化处理并再生出气氨或液氨循环使用。
