Abstract

本发明公开了磁力调节型上悬窗,包括固定连接在墙体上的窗框,所述窗框相对的一侧均设有滑槽,所述滑槽内滑动连接有滑块,所述窗框内侧通过风撑安装有窗架,所述风撑的滑动部通过滑块与滑槽滑动连接,所述滑块通过第一拉力弹簧固定连接在滑槽的内底部,所述窗架的下端侧壁沿水平方向贯穿设有通风腔,所述通风腔的两端均安装有轴流风叶,两个所述轴流风叶之间通过连接轴同步转动。本发明通过设置轴流扇叶、连接轴、条形板、磁性滑块、磁性滑塞和牵引绳,使在窗户外起风时可以自行关小,减少刮风对室内物品产生危害;通过设置活动块和铃盖,在窗户外的风过大时,提醒室内的人们对窗户进行关闭,提高了窗户的安全性能。

本发明涉及窗户技术领域,尤其涉及磁力调节型上悬窗。
背景技术
目前,高层楼宇的窗户多采用悬窗,在悬窗打开后,若遇到平行于悬窗表面的侧向强风,需要人工来调节窗户打开的大小,给日常管理带来了不便,尤其是夜间若是忘记关闭窗户,强风夹带雨水吹进室内,容易影响第二天的正常工作;同时,由于窗外的气流速度较快,气压低,而室内的气压相对较高,在内外压差的作用下,室内一些纸质文件和其它轻质物品容易被吸出窗外,给用户造成了很大的损失。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的磁力调节型上悬窗。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
磁力调节型上悬窗,包括固定连接在墙体上的窗框,所述窗框相对的一侧均设有滑槽,所述滑槽内滑动连接有滑块,所述窗框内侧通过风撑安装有窗架,所述风撑的滑动部通过滑块与滑槽滑动连接,所述滑块通过第一拉力弹簧固定连接在滑槽的内底部,所述窗架的下端侧壁沿水平方向贯穿设有通风腔,所述通风腔的两端均安装有轴流风叶,两个所述轴流风叶之间通过连接轴同步转动,所述窗架的左右边框内均设有活动腔,所述活动腔内滑动连接有磁性滑塞,所述磁性滑塞的上端固定连接有牵引绳,所述牵引绳穿过活动腔的内顶部并绕过滑槽内的改向轮与滑块的上端连接,所述通风腔内设有两个分别与活动腔连通的环形槽,所述连接轴的侧壁沿其周向等间距固定连接有多个条形板,所述条形板的一端延伸至环形槽内,所述条形板的侧壁中沿连接轴径向设有条形腔,所述条形腔内设有与磁性滑塞异性相吸的磁性滑块,所述磁性滑块通过第二拉力弹簧固定连接在所述条形腔靠近连接轴的一侧内壁上。
优选地,所述环形槽内壁设有与窗架外侧连通的的圆孔,所述圆孔远离环形槽的一端开口内固定连接有铃盖,所述圆腔内滑动连接有活动块,所述活动块通过第三拉力弹簧固定连接在铃盖上。
优选地,所述条形板设置成圆柱状。
优选地,所述活动腔沿连接轴的径向设置并与环形槽连通。
优选地,所述磁性滑塞与磁性滑块均采用钕磁铁。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
1、通过轴流扇叶、连接轴、条形板、磁性滑块、磁性滑塞和牵引绳的配合动作,当窗户外出现侧向强风时,可自行调节窗户开启的大小,降低室外强侧风对室内影响;
2、通过设置活动块和铃盖,在窗户外的风过大时,可提醒室内的用户及时的关闭窗户,进一步提高了窗户的安全性能。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
参照图1-4,磁力调节型上悬窗,包括固定连接在墙体上的窗框1,窗框1相对的一侧均设有滑槽,滑槽内滑动连接有滑块3,窗框1内侧通过风撑9安装有窗架6,风撑9的滑动部通过滑块3与滑槽滑动连接,滑块3通过第一拉力弹簧2固定连接在滑槽的内底部,窗架6的下端侧壁沿水平方向贯穿设有通风腔12,通风腔12的两端均安装有轴流风叶10,两个轴流风叶10之间通过连接轴15同步转动,窗架6的左右边框内均设有活动腔7,活动腔7内滑动连接有磁性滑塞8,磁性滑塞8的上端固定连接有牵引绳5,牵引绳5穿过活动腔7的内顶部并绕过滑槽内的改向轮4与滑块3的上端连接,牵引绳5穿过活动腔7的内顶部时会留下用于空气流通的通气孔,通风腔12内设有两个分别与活动腔7连通的环形槽14,活动腔7沿连接轴15的径向设置并与环形槽14连通,连接轴15的侧壁沿其周向等间距固定连接有多个条形板13,条形板13设置成圆柱状,圆柱状的条形板13有利于风从环形槽14内流过,使环形槽14内产生负压,有利于磁性滑塞8向下移动,条形板13的一端延伸至环形槽14内,条形板13的侧壁中沿连接轴15径向设有条形腔17,条形腔17内设有与磁性滑塞8异性相吸的磁性滑块11,磁性滑塞8与磁性滑块11均采用钕磁铁,钕磁铁磁力强劲,使磁性滑块11与磁性滑塞8之间磁力更强,磁性滑块11通过第二拉力弹簧16固定连接在条形腔17靠近连接轴15的一侧内壁上。
本发明中,当室外出现侧向强气流时,风流过通风腔12,带动轴流风叶14转动,轴流风叶14转动带动条形板13转动,在离心力的作用下磁性滑块11靠近磁性滑塞8,在磁力的吸引下,磁性滑塞8在活动腔7内移动,进而通过牵引绳5拉动滑块3向上移动,使窗户关小。
实施例2
参照图5-6,环形槽14内壁设有与窗架6外侧连通的的圆孔,圆孔远离环形槽14的一端开口内固定连接有铃盖19,圆腔内滑动连接有活动块18,活动块18靠近铃盖19的一侧设有半圆形凸起,半圆形凸起使活动块18在撞击铃盖19上的声音更加清脆,使人们更易听到,活动块18通过第三拉力弹簧固定连接在铃盖19上,窗架6位于铃盖19处均布有通孔。
本实施例中,当窗户外的风力过大时,轴流风叶14快速转动,离心力使磁性滑块11移动到极限位置,此时,随轴流风叶14转动的过程中,各磁性滑块11扫过圆腔处时,在磁力的作用下,活动块18被磁性滑块11吸引,进而使活动块18在圆腔内移动,随后在第三拉力弹簧的拉力作用下,活动块18往复移动撞击铃盖19,发出报警声,提醒用户室外侧风很强,应及时的关闭窗户。

1.磁力调节型上悬窗,包括固定连接在墙体上的窗框(1),所述窗框(1)相对的一侧均设有滑槽,所述滑槽内滑动连接有滑块(3),所述窗框(1)内侧通过风撑(9)安装有窗架(6),所述风撑(9)的滑动部通过滑块(3)与滑槽滑动连接,其特征在于,所述滑块(3)通过第一拉力弹簧(2)固定连接在滑槽的内底部,所述窗架(6)的下端侧壁沿水平方向贯穿设有通风腔(12),所述通风腔(12)的两端均安装有轴流风叶(10),两个所述轴流风叶(10)之间通过连接轴(15)同步转动,所述窗架(6)的左右边框内均设有活动腔(7),所述活动腔(7)内滑动连接有磁性滑塞(8),所述磁性滑塞(8)的上端固定连接有牵引绳(5),所述牵引绳(5)穿过活动腔(7)的内顶部并绕过滑槽内的改向轮(4)与滑块(3)的上端连接,所述通风腔(12)内设有两个分别与活动腔(7)连通的环形槽(14),所述连接轴(15)的侧壁沿其周向等间距固定连接有多个条形板(13),所述条形板(13)的一端延伸至环形槽(14)内,所述条形板(13)的侧壁中沿连接轴(15)径向设有条形腔(17),所述条形腔(17)内设有与磁性滑塞(8)异性相吸的磁性滑块(11),所述磁性滑块(11)通过第二拉力弹簧(16)固定连接在所述条形腔(17)靠近连接轴(15)的一侧内壁上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的磁力调节型上悬窗,其特征在于,所述环形槽(14)内壁设有与窗架(6)外侧连通的的圆孔,所述圆孔远离环形槽(14)的一端开口内固定连接有铃盖(19),所述圆腔内滑动连接有活动块(18),所述活动块(18)通过第三拉力弹簧固定连接在铃盖(19)上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的磁力调节型上悬窗,其特征在于,所述条形板(13)设置成圆柱状。
4.根据权利要求1所述的磁力调节型上悬窗,其特征在于,所述活动腔(7)沿连接轴(15)的径向设置并与环形槽(14)连通。
5.根据权利要求1所述的磁力调节型上悬窗,其特征在于,所述磁性滑塞(8)与磁性滑块(11)均采用钕磁铁。
