本发明涉及纺织产品的清洗产品,具体涉及一种护色、防串色洗衣液及制备方法。
背景技术
目前洗涤产品市场日益发展,产品也越来越趋向于功能化和多元化。织物的颜色***,但市售的一些碱性洗涤产品会损伤衣物,色彩艳丽的衣物在连续洗涤时容易褪色。同时随着洗衣机的普及,消费者往往习惯把各种颜色的衣物一起洗涤,会存在串色现象,衣物会变黄变暗,颜色发灰。
本发明是一种护色、防串色洗衣液,适用于机洗和手洗,添加护色剂,洗涤过程中吸附在织物表面,降低衣物上的染料释放,延长彩色衣物的使用寿命。同时加入抗再沉积剂,可防止污渍深入污染织物来保护衣服,减少衣物发灰发黄。还特别采用主表面活性剂和辅表面活性剂共同配合且添加异构脂肪醇聚醚非离子表面活性剂,使衣物在洗涤时泡沫丰富,漂洗阶段泡沫极少,易于冲洗,节水节能。

本发明的目的是解决现有洗衣液中存在的部分问题,提供一种护色、防串色洗衣液及制备方法,本发明的洗衣液解决了织物在洗涤过程中的褪色和串色问题。

本发明的另一方面为一种洗衣液的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)依次加入去离子水、主表面活性剂,搅拌并升温至50℃-60℃,再加入辅表面活性剂,搅拌使之溶解,搅拌时间30-40分钟,转速60转/分钟;
(2)降温至30℃以下,依次加入抗再沉积剂、护色剂、液体酶、螯合剂、防腐剂、香精,搅拌使之溶解,后加入增稠剂,搅拌时间10-20分钟,转速60转/分钟;用300目滤网过滤后包装。
上述各主要成分的质量份数如下:主表面活性剂+辅表面活性剂:15-30份;抗再沉积剂:1-5份;护色剂:1-5份;液体酶:0.1-1份;螯合剂:0.1-1份;防腐剂:0.1-1份;香精:0.1-1份;增稠剂:0.2-5份。
本发明的有益效果:本发明的特点在于液体酶能够轻松去除织物上的特殊污渍,pH值为中性,刺激性低,不伤衣物不伤手;添加护色剂,有效防止衣物褪色;添加抗再沉积剂,防止衣物变黄发灰,阻止衣物间串色;表面活性剂采用主表面活性剂和辅表面活性剂共同配合且添加异构醇醚非离子表面活性剂,洗涤时泡沫丰富,易漂洗。本申请的产品中,真正起到作用的成分为护色剂、抗再沉积剂、包含异构醇醚的主辅表面活性剂体系。护色剂和抗再沉积剂起到护色和防串色的作用,包含异构醇醚的主辅表面活性剂体系起到低泡易漂洗的作用。
具体实施方式
为了更好地说明本发明,下面结合本发明实施例,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
实施例1所述的一种护色、防串色洗衣液的制备方法:
1.依次加入计量好的去离子水、主表面活性剂,搅拌并升温至50℃-60℃,再加入辅表面活性剂,搅拌使之溶解,搅拌时间30-40分钟,转速60转/分钟。
2.降温至30℃以下,依次加入抗再沉积剂、护色剂、液体酶、螯合剂、防腐剂、香精,搅拌使之溶解。最后加入增稠剂,搅拌时间10-20分钟,转速60转/分钟。
3.用300目滤网过滤后包装。

6.根据权利要求1所述的洗衣液,其特征在于,所述螯合剂选自柠檬酸钠、乙二胺四乙酸钠盐、谷氨酸二乙酸四钠和甲基甘氨酸二乙酸四钠中的至少一种;所述防腐剂选自DMDM乙内酰脲、甲基氯异噻唑啉酮和甲基异噻唑唑啉酮中的至少一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的洗衣液,其特征在于,所述香精选自薰衣草精油、茶树精油和依兰精油中的至少一种;所述增稠剂选自氯化钠和硫酸钠中的至少一种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的洗衣液,其特征在于,还含有去离子水,其质量份数为49-82份。
9.根据权利要求1所述的洗衣液,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂的质量份数为20-22,所述主表面活性剂为烷基糖苷,所述辅表面活性剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯(9)醚。
10.一种洗衣液的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)依次加入去离子水、主表面活性剂,搅拌并升温至50℃-60℃,再加入辅表面活性剂,搅拌使之溶解,搅拌时间30-40分钟,转速60转/分钟;
(2)降温至30℃以下,依次加入抗再沉积剂、护色剂、液体酶、螯合剂、防腐剂、香精,搅拌使之溶解,后加入增稠剂,搅拌时间10-20分钟,转速60转/分钟;用300目滤网过滤后包装。
