本发明为涉及一种车辆行驶的***与方法,尤指一种根据用户行为而提供车辆剩余行驶信息的***、以及其方法。
背景技术
在目前的车辆中,譬如油量表、引擎冷却***警示灯、车辆充电***警示灯等无法单纯地由汽车外观观察到的状态,会列示在仪表板上以利驾驶在行驶过程中能掌握车辆的状况,保障驾驶人的安全。
而随着时代的发展和进步,驾驶人对于前述的车辆警示指标的要求,无论精准度或是界面美观性,都越来越高。其中油量表应属于驾驶人最常要注意的指标之一,亦有许多现有技术对此提出改良。
譬如中国发明专利申请号CN103047991A所提出的一种最近加油站行驶路线提示方法,将控制器模块与平均油耗计算模块、剩余油量检测模块、车辆导航模块、无限数据通信模块和语音拨放模块分别连接,通过控制器模块根据平均油耗计算模块和剩余油量检测模块来决定汽车能够行驶的剩余里程,再按照所述的剩余里程从车辆导航模块或无线数据通信模块提供往最近加油站的行驶路线,并在语音拨放模块中拨放上述行驶路线,避免驾驶人会因为疏漏而未能及时关注车辆的讯息,陷入油量耗尽而得在原地等待救援的窘境、或者因过于注意油量表而忽略驾车安全。
其它的油量管理***,如中国台湾发明专利公告号I313656,主要在其定位装置中内建一数据库,该数据库中预存一预设油量值,因此,当通过检测单元检测到车辆的实际油量后将会与该预设油量值进行比对,当实际油量小于或等于该预设油量值的时候即提出警示。
现有技术的油量管理***仅就测得的实际油量与平均油耗或者是预设油量值进行比对。然而,左右车辆油耗的原因并不仅止于此,过度简化相关评估因子的结果将致使油量管理***的精准性降低,为了满足驾驶人的需求,亟需开发出一种精准性高、更加智能且个人化的油量管理***。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的,在于解决现有油量管理***过度简化相关评估因子导致其精准性较为不足的缺点。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供一种根据用户行为而提供车辆剩余行驶信息的***,包含:一检测单元,用以获得一车辆在运动过程中随时间变化的信息,该信息包括一车辆参数、一用户习惯参数以及一环境参数,且该信息依时态区分为历史信息和即时信息;一存储单元,与该检测单元电性连接,以储存该车辆在运动过程中所获得的该历史信息;以及一运算单元,该运算单元包括一微处理器,并分别与该检测单元以及该存储单元电性连接,以根据该存储单元的该历史信息进行运算而产生一个人化模型;其中,该运算单元从该检测单元取得当前的剩余能源及至少一该即时信息后,输入该个人化模型并输出一建议剩余行驶时间至一显示界面以供用户参考。
在本发明一实施例中,该车辆参数包括至少一选自由平均速度、车辆里程、车辆年龄、车辆载重、维修纪录、老化状态、车辆震动及其组合所组成的群组的参数。
在本发明一实施例中,该用户习惯参数包括至少一选自由刹车次数、档次切换次数、方向盘旋转幅度、用户体重、空调使用时间、踏板受力轻重及其组合所组成的群组的参数。

步骤S1:通过一检测单元以获得一车辆在一ti时段的运动过程中随时间变化的信息,该信息包括一车辆参数、一用户习惯参数以及一环境参数,且该信息依时态区分为历史信息和即时信息。
步骤S2:将该车辆在该ti时段的运动过程中所获得的该历史信息储存在一存储单元,该历史信息传送至一与该检测单元及该存储单元电性连接的运算单元,该运算单元中的一微处理器利用一机器学习方式而产生一个人化模型。
步骤S3:该车辆在一ti+1时段运动时,该运算单元通过该检测单元取得当前的剩余能源及至少一该即时信息后,输入该个人化模型并输出一建议剩余行驶时间至一显示界面以供用户参考。

请参阅图1,本发明的根据用户行为而提供车辆剩余行驶信息的***1,包含一检测单元10、一存储单元20、以及一运算单元30。该检测单元10是用以获得一车辆在运动过程中随时间变化的信息,该信息根据时态而区分为历史信息及即时信息,而该信息依性质区分包括一车辆参数、一用户***均速度、车辆里程、车辆年龄、车辆载重、维修纪录、老化状态、车辆震动;该用户习惯参数为至少一种涉及车辆用户习惯的因子,举例包括:刹车次数、档次切换次数、方向盘旋转幅度、用户体重、空调使用时间、踏板受力轻重、及其它涉及用户驾驶习性的条件;该环境参数为至少一种与行驶时涉及该车辆所处环境的因子,举例包括:天气温度、外界湿度、地形数据、位置参数,其中,该地形数据可如道路状况、上下坡及其坡度,而该位置参数可如经纬度坐标、国别等。在本发明中,该检测单元10可使用各种适合的检测器。
至于该存储单元20则是与该检测单元10电性连接,以储存该车辆在运动过程中所获得的该历史信息。也就是,本发明中,经由该检测单元10取得该信息后,通过电性连接该存储单元20以将该信息储存为该历史信息,且可依据需求储存近2次、近5次、近10次、近15次、近30次或以上该车辆在运动过程中所获得的该信息作为该历史信息。除此之外,在本发明一实施例中,该存储单元20中亦可储存多个该车辆用户的使用参数,是以在启动该车辆之初、或者是该车辆在行驶过程中,可选择特定的用户以使本发明的根据用户行为而提供车辆剩余行驶信息的***1更加符合精准化、个人化的目标。
在本发明中,该存储单元20的配置可为一架设在该车辆的本地数据库、一架设在该车辆外的云端数据库或两者的组合,例如,该车辆内可装设该本地数据库,该检测单元10将当次行驶时的该信息先储存在该本地数据库,并在该次行驶完成后,将该信息传送至该云端数据库储存,如此一来,可清除该本地数据库以供下次行驶时使用。
该运算单元30包括一微处理器,并分别与该检测单元10以及该存储单元20电性连接,以根据该存储单元20的该历史信息进行运算而产生一个人化模型。
据此,该运算单元30从该检测单元10取得当前的剩余能源及即时信息后,输入该个人化模型,可输出一建议剩余行驶时间至一显示界面以供用户参考。其中,「即时信息」为在运动过程的当下,该检测单元10所取得的该信息。本发明中,该「能源」为用在驱动车辆行驶的各式能源,例如燃料、电池(如燃料电池、太阳能电池等)、压缩气体等,燃料可为汽油、柴油、生物燃油、甲醇、乙醇和氨等,电池可如锂电池、镍氢电池、燃料电池、太阳能电池等。
举例来说,当操作时,该运算单元30为以机器学习(MachineLearning)的方式,将过去该车辆用户驾驶该车辆的该历史信息作为输入特征,而以每单位剩余能源的剩余可行驶时间作为输出目标,据此得到该个人化模型,该机器学习例如可为类神经网络、支持向量机、随机决策森林、深度学习、逻辑式回归等算法。如此,当该个人化模型建立完成后,该运算单元30将当前的剩余能源以及至少一该即时信息输入该个人化模型后,就可得到依据该车辆参数、该用户习惯参数以及/或该环境参数而综合评估得到的该建议剩余行驶时间。且在本发明中,该个人化模型随所搜集得到的该历史信息的笔数而变动。
本发明中,该根据用户行为而提供车辆剩余行驶信息的***1可应用在各种车辆中,举例来说,可装设在房车、卡车、或如公交车及游览车的大客车而无任何限制,且车辆可为依照美国国家公路交通安全管理局(NHTSA)定义的等级0至等级5的自动驾驶。
至于该根据用户行为而提供车辆剩余行驶信息的***1的操作方法,主要包括以下步骤S1至S3:
步骤S1:通过一检测单元10以获得一车辆在一ti时段的运动过程中随时间变化的信息,该信息包括一车辆参数、一用户习惯参数以及一环境参数,且该信息依时态区分为历史信息和即时信息。
步骤S2:将该车辆在该ti时段的运动过程中所获得的该历史信息储存在一存储单元,该历史信息传送至一与该检测单元10及该存储单元20电性连接的运算单元30,该运算单元30中的一微处理器利用一机器学习方式而产生一个人化模型。
步骤S3:该车辆在一ti+1时段运动时,该运算单元30通过该检测单元10取得当前的剩余能源及至少一该即时信息后输入该个人化模型并输出一建议剩余行驶时间至一显示界面以供用户参考。
举例来说,该车辆在ti时段运动过程中随时间变化的信息,包括该车辆参数、该用户习惯参数以及该环境参数,均会经由该检测单元10检测,并传送到与该检测单元10电性连接的该存储单元20中作为该历史信息,并将该历史信息传送至该运算单元30,通过该运算单元30中的一微处理器进行综合运算而产生一个人化模型。因此,该车辆下一次运动时,也就是该ti+1时段运动时,该运算单元30将通过该检测单元10取得当前的剩余能源及至少一当前的运动过程中所获得的该即时信息(譬如,天气温度、及/或车辆载重)后输入该个人化模型并输出该建议剩余行驶时间至该显示界面以供用户参考。
特别一提的是,在本发明一实施例中,该历史信息不仅包括该车辆在单一次该ti时段运动过程中随时间变化的信息,亦可进一步包括该车辆在该ti时段的前一次运动,也就是,ti-1时段的信息,令该微处理器对该ti时段以及该ti-1时段的运动过程中所获得的该信息进行综合运算而产生该个人化模型,如此一来,在该ti时段的下一次运动,也就是ti+1时段,当该运算单元30通过该检测单元10取得当前的剩余能源并输入包括该ti时段与该ti-1时段所获得的该信息进行综合运算而产生的该个人化模型的时候,本发明的根据用户行为而提供车辆剩余行驶信息的***1可根据更多的该历史信息来产生该个人化模型,以更精确地输出该建议剩余行驶时间至该显示界面以供用户参考。
除此之外,在其它实施例中,也可再进一步包括该车辆在该ti-1时段的前一次运动,也就是ti-2时段的信息,此时,该历史信息包括该ti时段、该ti-1时段、以及该ti-2时段所获得的该信息;或者,在另一实施例中,可再进一步包括该车辆在该ti-2时段的前一次运动,也就是ti-3时段的信息,此时,该历史信息包括该ti时段、该ti-1时段、该ti-2时段、以及该ti-3时段所获得的该信息,本发明对此并无特别限制,该历史信息亦可包括近10次、近15次、近30次或以上该用户在使用该车辆时该车辆在运动过程中所获得的该信息。
至于上述方法中的该车辆参数、该用户习惯参数、以及该环境参数则如同前文的定义,在此并不另行赘述。
综上所述,本发明利用检测单元获得该车辆在运动过程中随时间变化的信息,将其储存在该存储单元而产生一个人化模型,其中,由于该历史信息所包括的数据随不同用户的操作或使用而有所差异,故所形成的模型乃对应至特定的用户,并可反映其使用习惯和行为,所以可更精准地预测建议剩余行驶时间。
其次,本发明的***所预测的剩余行驶信息为时间,不同于现有技术所采用的里程,对于用户来说,剩余行驶时间可以让其更快速且直觉地了解现在的能源状态可行驶至何时或何处,以及下次须补充能源的时间。
以上已将本发明做一详细说明,惟以上所述者,仅为本发明的一优选实施例而已,当不能限定本发明实施的范围。即凡依本发明权利要求所作的均等变化与修改等,皆应仍属本发明的申请涵盖范围内。

Claims (10)

1.一种根据用户行为而提供车辆剩余行驶信息的***,其特征在于包含:
一检测单元,用以获得一车辆在运动过程中随时间变化的信息,该随时间变化的信息包括一车辆参数、一用户习惯参数以及一环境参数,且该随时间变化的信息依时态区分为历史信息和即时信息;
一存储单元,与该检测单元电性连接,以储存该车辆在运动过程中所获得的该历史信息;以及
一运算单元,该运算单元包括一微处理器,并分别与该检测单元以及该存储单元电性连接,以根据该存储单元的该历史信息进行运算而产生一个人化模型;
其中,该运算单元从该检测单元取得当前的剩余能源及至少一该即时信息后,输入该个人化模型并输出一建议剩余行驶时间至一显示界面以供用户参考。
2.如权利要求1所述的***,其特征在于该车辆参数包括至少一选自由平均速度、车辆里程、车辆年龄、车辆载重、维修纪录、老化状态、车辆震动及其组合所组成的群组的参数。
3.如权利要求1所述的***,其特征在于该用户习惯参数包括至少一选自由刹车次数、档次切换次数、方向盘旋转幅度、用户体重、空调使用时间、踏板受力轻重及其组合所组成的群组的参数。
4.如权利要求1所述的***,其特征在于该环境参数包括至少一选自由天气温度、外界湿度、地形信息、位置参数及其组合所组成的群组的参数。
5.如权利要求1所述的***,其特征在于该运算单元利用一机器学习方式建立该个人化模型。
6.一种根据用户行为而提供车辆剩余行驶信息的方法,其特征在于包括:
通过一检测单元以获得一车辆在一ti时段的运动过程中随时间变化的信息,该随时间变化的信息包括一车辆参数、一用户习惯参数以及一环境参数,且该随时间变化的信息依时态区分为历史信息和即时信息;
将该车辆在该ti时段的运动过程中所获得的该历史信息储存在一存储单元中,该历史信息传送至一与该检测单元及该存储单元电性连接的运算单元,该运算单元中的一微处理器利用一机器学习方式综合运算而产生一个人化模型;
当该车辆在一ti+1时段运动时,该运算单元通过该检测单元取得当前的剩余能源及至少一该即时信息后,输入该个人化模型并输出一建议剩余行驶时间至一显示界面以供用户参考。
7.如权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于该车辆参数包括至少一选自由剩余能源、平均速度、车辆里程、车辆年龄、车辆载重、维修纪录、老化状态、车辆震动及其组合所组成的群组的参数。
8.如权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于该用户习惯参数包括至少一选自由刹车次数、档次切换、方向盘旋转幅度、用户体重、空调使用时间、踏板受力轻重及其组合所组成的群组的参数。
9.如权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于该环境参数包括至少一选自由天气温度、外界湿度、地形信息、位置参数及其组合所组成的群组的参数。
10.如权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于该历史信息还包括该车辆在一ti-1时段的运动过程中所获得的历史信息,令该微处理器对在该ti时段以及该ti-1时段的运动过程中所获得的该历史信息进行综合运算而产生该个人化模型。
