Description

Water molecule permeable membrane and preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of water molecule permeable membranes, in particular to a water molecule permeable membrane, a preparation method thereof and application thereof in a water molecule humidifier.
Background
Air humidity has a significant impact on the comfort of the human body. The existing research shows that people are easy to have the symptoms of thirst, dry cough and the like under the relative humidity of less than 30 percent, and are easy to induce the diseases of sphagitis and the like. Therefore, it is helpful to the health that the environment is properly humidified in dry areas and dry seasons such as autumn and winter.
Existing humidifiers on the market include ultrasonic humidification, spray humidification, wet film humidification, steam humidification and the like. The application number 201710966759.9 (application publication number CN107575980A) of the chinese invention discloses an energy-saving ultrasonic humidifier, which preheats water in a refrigerator by effectively using heat of cooling fins of the refrigerator through heat collecting tubes, and then delivers the water to a water tank of the ultrasonic humidifier, and atomizes hot water by using high-frequency oscillation of the ultrasonic humidifier to improve air humidity, so that not only is the power consumption of the ultrasonic humidifier reduced, but also the cooling fins of the refrigerator are cooled. However, the ultrasonic humidifier humidifies by water mist, so that dust and bacteria are easily adsorbed, and the ultrasonic humidifier is not beneficial to the health of people. Similarly, the spray humidifier and the wet film humidifier can also generate water mist, and are particularly not beneficial to the low-resistance people such as the old, children and the like. Chinese utility model patent with application number 201621338728.6 (No. CN 206300307U) discloses a dry steam humidifier, which can effectively avoid the condition that the condensate water easily enters the nozzle to affect the humidification efficiency through a special structural design, and has a better steam-saving effect. However, the steam humidifier needs extra electric energy to heat the moisture, so that the energy consumption is high, and the emission of carbon dioxide is increased.
The water molecule permeable membrane developed by the invention has higher water molecule transmittance, and can be applied to a humidifier through reasonable design to obtain a water-mist-free and sterile water molecule humidifier.
