技术领域
本发明涉及一种炊具,尤其涉及一种炒锅。
背景技术
目前,人们多是用金属制品锅煎炒食品。这些金属锅尽管形状、大小有所不同,但是制法、结构都基本相同。传统的第二炒锅包括第二锅体及与第二锅体采用同样材质铸造成型的单层第二锅底。
但是,有过煎炒食品经验的人都知道,用上述传统的第二炒锅煎炒食物时,热量会很容易的从单层的第二锅底的中部向四周扩散,而使得第二锅底的中部温度高于其他部位的温度,进而使得处在第二锅底中部的食品因过量受热而烧焦、烧糊、粘锅。近年来,市面上又出现了一种不粘食物的炒锅。它是通过在传统的第二炒锅内表面涂覆防粘层,这种方法虽然可以消除粘锅现象,但与此同时又产生了严重的缺陷,一方面是强度和牢度较差,容易脱落;另一方面是所述防粘层含大量化学成分,在高温过程中会释放出有毒物质,不利于人体的健康。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术中存在的上述问题,提供一种安全且受热均匀的不粘锅的炒锅。
本发明的目的可通过下列技术方案来实现:一种炒锅,包括锅体和锅柄,所述的锅体由底层向上依次包括第一受热层、第二中间层、第三受热层以及不粘层,其中锅柄、第一受热层和第三受热层均由不锈钢材料制成。
在上述的炒锅中,所述的不锈钢材料的组成元素及其含量如下:C0.02-0.2%,Si0.2-1.5%,Cr2.0-7.0%,Mn0.5-1.5%,Ni0.2-0.6%, B0.1-0.5%,Ti0.05-0.3%,Nb0.005-0.02%,Sr0.002-0.008%,余量为Fe及不可避免的杂质。
在上述的炒锅中,所述第二中间层由铝制板融化而成。
在上述的炒锅中,所述铝制板的组成元素及其含量如下: Si0.2-1.5%,Fe:0.1-0.3%、Mn0.5-1.5%,Y:0.005-0.025%,Ce: 0.02-0.10%,余量为Al及不可避免的杂质。
在上述的炒锅中,所述不粘层的涂料由下列重量份数的原料组成:聚四氟乙烯树脂10-20份、丙烯酸乳胶5-20份、环氧类促进树脂10-20份、碳纳米管0.5-5份、气相二氧化硅0.5-5份、纳米银0.5-5份、润湿剂1-2份、去离子水20-40份。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下优点:
1、炒锅中的锅体由底层向上依次包括第一受热层、第二中间层、第三受热层以及不粘层,其中锅柄、第一受热层和第三受热层均由不锈钢材料制成,第二中间层由铝合金层制得,通过合理安排每一层次中的材料,进一步提高炒锅的受热快且均匀。
2、通过在不粘层的涂料中添加丙烯酸使得面层涂料在烧结成膜时挥发离去所产生的毛细管效应可以拉紧熔融树脂粒子的间隙,抑制少量PTFE的高温降解,从而减少面层涂料的黄变。

以下是本发明的具体实施例,说明对本发明的技术方案作进一步的描述,但本发明并不限于这些实施例。
实施例1
一种炒锅,包括锅体和锅柄,所述的锅体由底层向上依次包括第一受热层、第二中间层、第三受热层以及不粘层,其中锅柄、第一受热层和第三受热层均由不锈钢材料制成;所述的不锈钢材料的组成元素及其含量如下:C0.1%,Si0.9%,Cr4.0%,Mn1.0%,Ni0.4%,B0.3%,Ti0.18%,Nb0.012%,Sr0.005%,余量为Fe及不可避免的杂质;所述第二中间层由铝制板融化而成,所述铝制板的组成元素及其含量如下:Si0.8%,Fe:0.2%、Mn1.0%,Y: 0.012%,Ce:0.06%,余量为Al及不可避免的杂质;所述不粘层的涂料由下列重量份数的原料组成:聚四氟乙烯树脂15份、丙烯酸乳胶12份、环氧类促进树脂15份、碳纳米管3份、气相二氧化硅3份、纳米银3份、润湿剂1.5份、去离子水30份。
实施例2
一种炒锅,包括锅体和锅柄,所述的锅体由底层向上依次包括第一受热层、第二中间层、第三受热层以及不粘层,其中锅柄、第一受热层和第三受热层均由不锈钢材料制成;所述的不锈钢材料的组成元素及其含量如下:C0.2%,Si0.2%,Cr7.0%,Mn0.5%,Ni0.6%, B0.1%,Ti0.3%,Nb0.005%,Sr0.008%,余量为Fe及不可避免的杂质;所述第二中间层由铝制板融化而成,所述铝制板的组成元素及其含量如下:Si1.5%,Fe0.1%、Mn1.5%,Y0.005%,Ce0.10%,余量为Al及不可避免的杂质;所述不粘层的涂料由下列重量份数的原料组成:聚四氟乙烯树脂20份、丙烯酸乳胶5份、环氧类促进树脂 20份、碳纳米管0.5份、气相二氧化硅5份、纳米银0.5份、润湿剂2 份、去离子水20份。
实施例3
一种炒锅,包括锅体和锅柄,所述的锅体由底层向上依次包括第一受热层、第二中间层、第三受热层以及不粘层,其中锅柄、第一受热层和第三受热层均由不锈钢材料制成;所述的不锈钢材料的组成元素及其含量如下:C0.02%,Si1.5%,Cr2.0%,Mn1.5%,Ni0.2%,B0.5%,Ti0.05%,Nb0.02%,Sr0.002%,余量为Fe及不可避免的杂质;所述第二中间层由铝制板融化而成,所述铝制板的组成元素及其含量如下:Si0.2%,Fe0.3%、Mn0.5%,Y0.025%,Ce: 0.02%,余量为Al及不可避免的杂质;所述不粘层的涂料由下列重量份数的原料组成:聚四氟乙烯树脂10份、丙烯酸乳胶20份、环氧类促进树脂10份、碳纳米管5份、气相二氧化硅0.5份、纳米银5份、润湿剂1份、去离子水40份。
本发明的炒锅受热快,且受热均匀。再者,不粘层的涂料安全环保。
