Abstract
The invention provides a mould related side management system, which comprises a platform server, a product demand client, a product manufacturing client and a mould recorder, wherein the platform server is used for storing a product demand request; the platform server is communicated with the product demand client, the product manufacturing client and the mould recorder respectively; and judging whether the product manufacturing information sent by the product manufacturer is legal or not through information interaction of the platform server and the mold recorder, and issuing the information only when the information is legal. The data recorded by the die recorder of the invention is used for judging the information validity, thereby effectively improving the information authenticity and balancing resources of all parties.

Background
Most solid products or their accessories are produced from molds, and the population for mold-related applications includes product-demanding parties, product-manufacturing parties, and mold-manufacturing parties; the product demand side issues product demands, the mold manufacturing side manufactures the mold according to the product technical parameters, and the product manufacturing side manufactures the product by using the mold; at present, no unified system manages and controls multiple parties, resource imbalance is caused, production of part of manufacturers is excessive and waste is easily caused, and part of manufacturers stop working.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the embodiment of the invention provides a management system of a mould related party, which integrates resources through a platform server and verifies the validity of information by using a mould recorder. The technical scheme is as follows:
a mould related side management system comprises a platform server, a product demand client, a product manufacturing client and a mould recorder; the platform server is communicated with the product demand client, the product manufacturing client and the mould recorder respectively;
the mould recorder is provided with an identification code and corresponds to the moulds one by one;
when a product manufacturing party issues product manufacturing information through the product manufacturing client; the platform server searches the die recorder corresponding to the product manufacturing information; if the mould recorder corresponding to the product manufacturing information does not exist, the product manufacturing information is illegal; if the mold recorder corresponding to the product manufacturing information exists, the platform server and the mold recorder are communicated with each other, and the legality of the product manufacturing information is judged according to the recording data of the mold recorder; when the product manufacturing information is legal, the platform server allows the product manufacturing information to be issued;
the product demand party issues product demand information through the product demand client;
the platform server pushes a product manufacturer for the product demander according to the product demand information and the product manufacturing information or the platform server pushes the product demander for the product manufacturer according to the product demand information and the product manufacturing information.
Optionally, the mold recorder includes a motion information detection module, a central processing module, an information recording module and a communication module;
the motion information detection module is used for detecting the motion information of the die;
the communication module is used for communicating with the platform server or the product manufacturing client;
the central processing module is connected to the motion information detection module, receives the motion information and judges the motion state according to the motion information;

Optionally, when the mold manufacturing party performs material purchase, the platform server verifies whether the mold manufacturing party has mold manufacturing capability corresponding to the material purchased by the mold manufacturing party; the platform server allows the mold maker to make material purchases if the mold maker has mold making capabilities corresponding to the material he or she purchased.
Optionally, the product manufacturing information includes one or more of a production equipment model, a production equipment number, production capacity, production equipment sharing, personnel demand, product processing information, and purchasing.
Optionally, the mold manufacturing information includes one or more of a manufacturing equipment model, a manufacturing equipment number, a machining precision, mold equipment sharing, a personnel requirement, and purchasing.
Optionally, the system further comprises a client of a mold maker or a client of a product producer; and the mold manufacturing personnel or the product production personnel release personal information through the mold manufacturing personnel client or the product production personnel client respectively, wherein the personal information comprises one or more of working time, good work type, personal identity information and idle time.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings and the detailed description, and it should be noted that any combination of the embodiments or technical features described below can be used to form a new embodiment without conflict.
The mould related parties comprise one or more of a product demand party, a product manufacturing party, a mould manufacturing party, a material supplying party and related personnel; wherein the material supplier comprises a mould material supplier and a product material supplier, and the related personnel comprises a mould maker or a product producer. At present, no good system uniformly allocates resources for all parties, so that some manufacturers cannot complete all orders on time, some manufacturers can not make orders, and some intermediate manufacturers without molds receive orders and outsource the orders to qualified manufacturers, which inevitably increases the cost of product demand parties or reduces profits of product manufacturers. The invention aims to provide a management system of related parties of a mould, which effectively inhibits an intermediary trader from striving for price difference and ensures the benefits of a product demand party and a product manufacturing party.
The management system of the mould correlative parties provided by the invention is based on a mould recorder, and people know that the mould can generate various movements in the using process of the mould, and the mould states corresponding to different movement states are different, for example, the mould corresponds to a movement state 1 when being normally used; if the die is worn or damaged, the die corresponds to a motion state 2 when working; through the test to different moulds, can acquire the mould state that motion state corresponds completely, promptly obtain the mould state with the motion state, the mould state is different, and the quality that corresponds the product also has the difference. For example, the movement state of the die in good condition and normal use is different from the movement state of the die in wear and abnormal use, and the amplitude and frequency of different movement states are changed. The mould record appearance is used for recording the motion state of mould, and the mould record appearance has the mould identification code. The mould recorder can accurately reflect various states of the mould.
Based on the mould recorder, the embodiment of the invention provides a mould related side management system, which comprises a platform server 1, a product demand client 2, a product manufacturing client 3 and a mould recorder 7; the platform server 1 is in communication with the product demand client 2, the product manufacturing client 3 and the mold recorder 7, respectively;
the mould recorder 7 is provided with an identification code and corresponds to the moulds one by one;
when a product manufacturing party issues product manufacturing information through the product manufacturing client 3; the platform server 2 searches the mold recorder corresponding to the product manufacturing information; if the mould recorder corresponding to the product manufacturing information does not exist, the product manufacturing information is illegal; if the mold recorder corresponding to the product manufacturing information exists, the platform server 1 and the mold recorder 7 are communicated with each other, and the legality of the product manufacturing information is judged according to the recording data of the mold recorder; when the product manufacturing information is legal, the platform server allows the product manufacturing information to be issued;
the platform server 2 receives the product demand information issued by the product demand party through the product demand client 2. In this embodiment, the product manufacturer cannot issue false information by recording information to the mold recorder. Specifically, when a product manufacturing party publishes product manufacturing information, the platform server searches a corresponding mold recorder, if the corresponding mold recorder is found, the platform server communicates with the mold recorder to judge the use state of the mold, and judges the legality of the product manufacturing information according to the use state of the mold. For example, when the product manufacturer only has three types of molds a/B/C, and their corresponding mold recorders are a1/B1/C1, if the product manufacturer issues the product manufacturing information of mold D, the platform server will find out whether the product manufacturer has the corresponding mold recorder D1, obviously, in this example, the product manufacturer does not have mold recorder D1, so the product manufacturing information is illegal, and the platform server does not allow the information to be issued, thereby preventing the product manufacturer from taking orders and outsourcing, which damages the benefit of the product demander or the real product manufacturer. When the product manufacturer issues the product manufacturing information of the mold a, it is obvious that the platform server can search the corresponding mold recorder a1, and at this time, record data of a1, such as yield, such as mold opening number, and whether the state is normal or not, is acquired. If A1 is in use, judging how long it takes to complete the current order, and further judging whether the product self-manufacturing information is legal, if A1 needs N days to complete the current order, the product manufacturing information within N days is not allowed to be issued; if the A1 recorded message is idle for a long time, the platform server reminds that the product manufacturing information is not legal if the idle time exceeds a certain time, which may cause the mold to be damaged. In the embodiment, when the mold is a standard part, the system can realize the sharing of the standard part through the release of the product manufacturing information; when the mold is a patent, the system can realize the supervision of the patent by accessing the recorded information of the mold recorder, thereby ensuring the legal benefits of all parties.
Specifically, the mold recorder comprises a motion information detection module, a central processing module, an information recording module and a communication module; the motion information detection module is used for detecting motion information of the mold, such as amplitude and frequency; the central processing module is connected to the motion information detection module, receives the motion information, judges the motion state according to the motion information, and sends the motion state to the information recording module, and the information recording module is used for recording the motion state and the product information. The communication module is used for communicating with the platform server. The recording information recorded by the information recording module is sent to the platform server through the communication module, so that the product demander can inquire the recording information. The product information may include mold material information, product drawings, mold manufacturer information, product manufacturer information, mold manufacturer information, product producer information, or the like.
Specifically, the communication module may be a ZigBee unit, a WiFi unit, a bluetooth unit, an NB-Iot unit, or an SIM card unit. The NB-Iot (narrowband Internet of things) has the characteristic of low power consumption and is widely applied to the Internet of things device.
Further, to obtain the production progress of the product, in an embodiment, the motion information detecting module further includes a counting unit for counting the number of mold opening of the mold. Specifically, the motion information detection module includes an acceleration sensor or an mems (micro Electro Mechanical systems) gyroscope, and is configured to detect information such as carrying, detaching, and modulus counting of the mold. Specifically, the acceleration sensor or the MEMS gyroscope converts the mold motion information into an electrical signal and sends the electrical signal to the central processing module, and the central processing module processes the electrical signal to obtain the motion state of the mold. For example, the moving frequency and amplitude of the die are X during normal operation, and Y during abnormal operation; before the die is used, the corresponding relation between the motion frequency and the motion state and the motion amplitude is recorded in a corresponding die recorder in advance, and the central processing unit searches the motion state through the motion frequency and the motion amplitude according to the corresponding relation.
Further, before the product demand client or the product manufacturing client issues the corresponding information, the platform server performs identity information verification on the product demand party or the product manufacturing party. The product manufacturer having the mold and the corresponding mold recorder can issue the corresponding product manufacturing information. The authentication of the identity information can be in a dynamic verification form, such as a mobile phone dynamic code; but may also be in the form of password entry, etc., and the present invention is not limited in this regard.
Further, in one embodiment, the mold related party management system further comprises a mold manufacturing client 4; and the mould manufacturing party sends the mould manufacturing information through the mould manufacturing client. In this embodiment, when a mold is manufactured, a corresponding mold recorder is provided, and the platform server allocates the identification code for the mold recorder so as to track the mold during operation, thereby realizing management and control.
Further, in the above embodiment, the mold-related party management system further includes the material supply client 8 through which the material supplier issues the material information; when the product manufacturer purchases materials, the platform server verifies whether the product manufacturer has a mould corresponding to the materials required to be purchased; the platform server allows the product manufacturer to make material purchases when the product manufacturer has a mold corresponding to the material it needs to purchase. Specifically, whether the product manufacturer has a corresponding mold is verified through a mold recorder. For example, the product manufacturer only has three moulds A/B/C, the mould recorders corresponding to the three moulds A1/B1/C1, and if the product manufacturer issues the material purchasing information of the product corresponding to the mould D, the product manufacturer is not allowed to issue the material purchasing information if the product manufacturer does not have the mould for purchasing the material required by the product manufacturer. The management system for the relevant die parties effectively controls illegal manufacturers to earn the intermediate price difference, and effectively reduces the production cost of products. And through this system, the platform server can integrate each producer's demand for each producer can concentrate the ordering material, realizes the piece together purchase or plan production of material, further reduced product manufacturing cost. A management system of a mould correlative party is characterized by comprising a platform server, a product requirement client, a product manufacturing client and a mould recorder; the platform server is communicated with the product demand client, the product manufacturing client and the mould recorder respectively;
the mould recorder is provided with an identification code and corresponds to the moulds one by one; the die recorder comprises a motion information detection module, a central processing module, an information recording module and a communication module;
the motion information detection module is used for detecting the motion information of the die;
the communication module is used for communicating with the platform server or the product manufacturing client;
the central processing module is connected to the motion information detection module, receives the motion information and judges the motion state according to the motion information;
the information recording module is used for recording the motion state and the product information;
when a product manufacturing party issues product manufacturing information through the product manufacturing client; the platform server searches the die recorder corresponding to the product manufacturing information; if the mould recorder corresponding to the product manufacturing information does not exist, the product manufacturing information is illegal; if the mold recorder corresponding to the product manufacturing information exists, the platform server and the mold recorder are communicated with each other, and the legality of the product manufacturing information is judged according to the recording data of the mold recorder; when the product manufacturing information is legal, the platform server allows the product manufacturing information to be issued;

The mold-related management system according to claim 5, wherein when said mold maker makes a material purchase, said platform server verifies whether said mold maker has mold making ability corresponding to the material purchased thereby; the platform server allows the mold maker to make material purchases if the mold maker has mold making capabilities corresponding to the material he or she purchased.

The system of claim 6, wherein the product manufacturing information comprises one or more of a model number of a manufacturing facility, a number of manufacturing facilities, a manufacturing capacity, a sharing of manufacturing facilities, a personnel requirement, product processing information, and a purchase.
8. The system of claim 6, wherein the mold manufacturing information comprises one or more of a manufacturing equipment model, a manufacturing equipment quantity, a machining precision, a mold equipment sharing, a personnel requirement, and a purchase.

The system for managing a mold-related side according to claim 1, further comprising a mold maker client or a product producer client; and the mold manufacturing personnel or the product production personnel release personal information through the mold manufacturing personnel client or the product production personnel client respectively, wherein the personal information comprises one or more of working time, good work type, personal identity information and idle time.
