Abstract

secondly, performing horizontal and vertical spaced opposite penetrating extrusion holes on the connecting pipe fitting at intervals of 5cm by adopting a lathe drilling machine, wherein the diameter of the holes is 0.5cm, and the number of the holes is 12;
manufacturing a circular baffle with the diameter equal to the inner diameter of the connecting pipe fitting by adopting a thin steel plate, and manufacturing a circular baffle ring with the outer diameter equal to the inner diameter of the connecting pipe fitting by adopting a steel bar;
welding a circular baffle and a circular baffle ring at 10cm and 5cm positions of two ends inside the connecting pipe respectively, wherein the circular baffle is welded in a full-section mode, and the circular baffle ring is welded in three points;
cutting the anchor rod into any two sections, and performing outer diameter cutting on the anchor rod at two ends of the cut part, wherein the length of the cut wire is equal to the length of the inner diameter cutting of the connecting pipe fitting;
step six, installing two rolls of chemical liquid A and B arranged in a light film structure between the inner circular baffle and the circular baffle ring of the connecting pipe fitting, and rotating the tail threaded end of the cutting anchor rod end to be in butt joint with the circular baffle end of the connecting pipe fitting;
step seven, rotating the threaded end of the cutting anchor rod to be in butt joint with the circular retaining ring end of the connecting pipe fitting, and respectively installing a grout stop plug, a tray, a friction washer and a nut at the other threaded end of the anchor rod;
step eight, drilling a broken rock body by using an anchor rod drilling machine, installing two resin anchoring agents in the drilled hole, then installing an anchor rod with an extruded anchoring agent pipe fitting, and fastening a nut to enable a grout stop plug to be in close contact with a surrounding rock wall so as to realize primary anchoring of the tail end of the anchor rod;
and step nine, rotating the nut again after a period of time to enable the inner circular retaining ring of the connecting pipe fitting to be pressed and fall off, and enabling the anchor rod to extrude the chemical liquid A and the chemical liquid B to form liquid anchoring agent to enter the boundary of the surrounding rock, the anchor rod and the connecting pipe fitting from the extrusion hole of the connecting pipe fitting, so that secondary anchoring at the connecting pipe fitting is realized.
The invention has the advantages and beneficial effects that: the method has the characteristics of easiness in operation, reasonable steps and the like, can provide anchor rod anchoring support under various complex conditions, and meets the anchoring requirements of different lengths and different positions.

Cutting a hollow steel pipe with the inner diameter larger than the diameter of the anchor rod into a connecting pipe fitting 3 with the length of 40cm, and carving threads with the length of 10cm by using a lathe in the connecting pipe fitting 3;
secondly, performing horizontal and vertical spaced opposite penetrating extrusion holes 5 on the connecting pipe fitting 3 every 5cm by using a lathe drilling machine, wherein the diameter of each hole is 0.5cm, and the number of the holes is 12;
step three, manufacturing a round baffle 4 with the diameter equal to the inner diameter of the connecting pipe fitting 3 by adopting a thin steel plate, and manufacturing a round baffle ring 6 with the outer diameter equal to the inner diameter of the connecting pipe fitting 3 by adopting a steel bar;
welding a circular baffle 4 and a circular baffle ring 6 at 10cm and 5cm positions of two ends inside the connecting pipe fitting 3 respectively, wherein the circular baffle 4 is welded in a full-section mode, and the circular baffle ring 6 is welded in a three-point mode;
step five, cutting the anchor rod into any two sections as required, and performing outer diameter cutting on the anchor rod at two ends of the cut part, wherein the length of the cut wire is equal to the length of the inner diameter cutting of the connecting pipe fitting 3;
sixthly, installing two rolls of chemical liquid A and B arranged in a light film structure between the inner circular baffle 4 and the circular baffle ring 6 in the connecting pipe fitting 3, and enabling the tail threaded end of the cutting anchor rod 1 to rotate to be in butt joint with the end of the circular baffle 4 of the connecting pipe fitting 3;
step seven, rotating the threaded end of the cutting anchor rod 1 to be in butt joint with the circular baffle ring 6 end of the connecting pipe fitting 3, and respectively arranging a grout stop plug 8, a tray 9, a friction washer 10 and a nut 11 at the other threaded end of the anchor rod;
step eight, drilling a broken rock body by using an anchor rod drilling machine, installing two resin anchoring agents in the drilled hole, then installing an anchor rod with an extruded anchoring agent pipe fitting, and fastening a nut 11 to enable a grout stop plug 8 to be in close contact with a surrounding rock wall so as to realize primary anchoring of the tail end of the anchor rod;
and step nine, the nut 11 is rotated again after a period of time, so that the annular baffle ring 6 in the connecting pipe fitting 3 is pressed to fall off, the anchor rod extrudes the chemical liquid A and the chemical liquid B to form liquid anchoring agent, the liquid anchoring agent enters the boundary between the surrounding rock and the anchor rod and the connecting pipe fitting 3 from the extrusion hole 5 of the connecting pipe fitting 3, and secondary anchoring at the connecting pipe fitting 3 is realized.

cutting the anchor rod into any two sections, and performing outer diameter cutting on the anchor rod at two ends of the cut part, wherein the length of the cut wire is equal to the length of the inner diameter cutting of the connecting pipe fitting;
step six, installing two rolls of chemical liquid A and B arranged in a light film structure between the inner circular baffle and the circular baffle ring of the connecting pipe fitting, and rotating the tail threaded end of the cutting anchor rod end to be in butt joint with the circular baffle end of the connecting pipe fitting;
step seven, rotating the threaded end of the cutting anchor rod to be in butt joint with the circular retaining ring end of the connecting pipe fitting, and respectively installing a grout stop plug, a tray, a friction washer and a nut at the other threaded end of the anchor rod;
step eight, drilling holes in the crushed rock mass by using an anchor rod drilling machine, installing more than two resin anchoring agents in the drilled holes, then installing anchor rods with extruded anchoring agent pipe fittings, and fastening nuts to enable the grout stop plugs to be in close contact with the surrounding rock wall so as to realize primary anchoring of the tail ends of the anchor rods;
and step nine, rotating the nut again after a period of time to enable the inner circular retaining ring of the connecting pipe fitting to be pressed and fall off, and enabling the anchor rod to extrude the chemical liquid A and the chemical liquid B to form liquid anchoring agent to enter the boundary of the surrounding rock, the anchor rod and the connecting pipe fitting from the extrusion hole of the connecting pipe fitting, so that secondary anchoring at the connecting pipe fitting is realized.
