Abstract
本发明公开了一种汽车玻璃清洗剂及其制备方法,该汽车玻璃清洗剂由以下质量百分比的原料制备而成:AES钠盐6.8%~7.2%、阳离子双子表面活性剂DHGS 2.0%~5.0%、烷基醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠7.0%~9.0%,松香胺聚氧乙烯醚3.0%~8.0%,十二烷基葡萄糖苷3.0%~8.0%,烷基甜菜碱1.0%~5.0%,分子量为400的聚乙二醇7.0%~9.0%;三乙醇胺0.5%~3.0%,次氯酸钠1.0%~2.0%,柠檬酸钠0.1%~0.8%,余量为去离子水。本发明的玻璃清洗剂具有良好的去污、润滑、防冻、抗静电性能,清洁效果好。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车用品领域,具体涉及一种汽车玻璃清洗剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
汽车玻璃上的污物既不美观又干扰驾驶员视线;水洗不掉油污与不溶于水的物质,而现有的玻璃清洗剂的清洗效果好,但是气味难闻,而且还会腐蚀汽车配件;目前的玻璃清洗剂使用时,需要多次喷射才能将汽车玻璃上的脏污去除,且去除后有的会使得汽车玻璃变得模糊。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种去污能力强、清洁效果好的汽车玻璃清洗剂及其制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:
一种汽车玻璃清洗剂,由以下质量百分比的原料制备而成:
AES钠盐6.8%~7.2%、阳离子双子表面活性剂DHGS 2.0%~5.0%、烷基醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠7.0%~9.0%,松香胺聚氧乙烯醚3.0%~8.0%,十二烷基葡萄糖苷3.0%~8.0%,烷基甜菜碱1.0%~5.0%,分子量为400的聚乙二醇7.0%~9.0%;三乙醇胺0.5%~3.0%,次氯酸钠1.0%~2.0%,柠檬酸钠0.1%~0.8%,余量为去离子水。
优选地,由以下质量百分比的原料制备而成:
AES钠盐7%、阳离子双子表面活性剂DHGS 3.5%、烷基醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠8.0%,松香胺聚氧乙烯醚5.5%,十二烷基葡萄糖苷5.5%,烷基甜菜碱3.0%,分子量为400的聚乙二醇8.0%;三乙醇胺1.75%,次氯酸钠1.5%,柠檬酸钠0.45%,余量为去离子水。
优选地,由以下质量百分比的原料制备而成:
AES钠盐7%、阳离子双子表面活性剂DHGS 3.0%、烷基醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠8.0%,松香胺聚氧乙烯醚5.0%,十二烷基葡萄糖苷5.0%,烷基甜菜碱3.0%,分子量为400的聚乙二醇8.0%;三乙醇胺1.5%,次氯酸钠1.5%,柠檬酸钠0.4%,余量为去离子水。
优选地,由以下质量百分比的原料制备而成:
AES钠盐7%、阳离子双子表面活性剂DHGS 4.0%、烷基醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠8.0%,松香胺聚氧乙烯醚6.0%,十二烷基葡萄糖苷6.0%,烷基甜菜碱3.0%,分子量为400的聚乙二醇8.0%;三乙醇胺2.0%,次氯酸钠1.5%,柠檬酸钠0.5%,余量为去离子水。
本发明还提供了上述一种汽车玻璃清洗剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、按上述的配方称取各原料;
S2、将称取的AES钠盐、烷基醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、松香胺聚氧乙烯醚、十二烷基葡萄糖苷、烷基甜菜碱和分子量为400的聚乙二醇置于容器内混合后,加热升温至45~50℃,搅拌15~20min,得到合溶液A;
S3、将称取的将阳离子双子表面活性剂加入至60%的水中,加热至60~70℃,搅拌至透明,加入三乙醇胺、次氯酸钠、柠檬酸钠后,依次加入混合溶液A、剩余部分水,搅拌50~60min,使其混合均匀,即得。
本发明的玻璃清洗剂具有良好的去污、润滑、防冻、抗静电性能,清洁效果好。

为了使本发明的目的及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合实施例对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例1
S1、按以下质量百分比称取各原料;AES钠盐7%、阳离子双子表面活性剂DHGS3.5%、烷基醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠8.0%,松香胺聚氧乙烯醚5.5%,十二烷基葡萄糖苷5.5%,烷基甜菜碱3.0%,分子量为400的聚乙二醇8.0%;三乙醇胺1.75%,次氯酸钠1.5%,柠檬酸钠0.45%,余量为去离子水;
S2、将称取的AES钠盐、烷基醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、松香胺聚氧乙烯醚、十二烷基葡萄糖苷、烷基甜菜碱和分子量为400的聚乙二醇置于容器内混合后,加热升温至45~50℃,搅拌15~20min,得到合溶液A;
S3、将称取的将阳离子双子表面活性剂加入至60%的水中,加热至60~70℃,搅拌至透明,加入三乙醇胺、次氯酸钠、柠檬酸钠后,依次加入混合溶液A、剩余部分水,搅拌50~60min,使其混合均匀,即得。

S2、将称取的AES钠盐、烷基醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、松香胺聚氧乙烯醚、十二烷基葡萄糖苷、烷基甜菜碱和分子量为400的聚乙二醇置于容器内混合后,加热升温至45~50℃,搅拌15~20min,得到合溶液A;

AES钠盐6.8%~7.2%、阳离子双子表面活性剂DHGS 2.0%~5.0%、烷基醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠7.0%~9.0%,松香胺聚氧乙烯醚3.0%~8.0%,十二烷基葡萄糖苷3.0%~8.0%,烷基甜菜碱1.0%~5.0%,分子量为400的聚乙二醇7.0%~9.0%;三乙醇胺0.5%~3.0%,次氯酸钠1.0%~2.0%,柠檬酸钠0.1%~0.8%,余量为去离子水。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种汽车玻璃清洗剂,其特征在于:由以下质量百分比的原料制备而成:
AES钠盐7%、阳离子双子表面活性剂DHGS 3.5%、烷基醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠8.0%,松香胺聚氧乙烯醚5.5%,十二烷基葡萄糖苷5.5%,烷基甜菜碱3.0%,分子量为400的聚乙二醇8.0%;三乙醇胺1.75%,次氯酸钠1.5%,柠檬酸钠0.45%,余量为去离子水。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种汽车玻璃清洗剂,其特征在于:由以下质量百分比的原料制备而成:

AES钠盐7%、阳离子双子表面活性剂DHGS 4.0%、烷基醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠8.0%,松香胺聚氧乙烯醚6.0%,十二烷基葡萄糖苷6.0%,烷基甜菜碱3.0%,分子量为400的聚乙二醇8.0%;三乙醇胺2.0%,次氯酸钠1.5%,柠檬酸钠0.5%,余量为去离子水。
5.一种汽车玻璃清洗剂的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
S1、按权利要求1-4任一项所述的配方称取各原料;
S2、将称取的AES钠盐、烷基醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、松香胺聚氧乙烯醚、十二烷基葡萄糖苷、烷基甜菜碱和分子量为400的聚乙二醇置于容器内混合后,加热升温至45~50℃,搅拌15~20min,得到合溶液A;
S3、将称取的将阳离子双子表面活性剂加入至60%的水中,加热至60~70℃,搅拌至透明,加入三乙醇胺、次氯酸钠、柠檬酸钠后,依次加入混合溶液A、剩余部分水,搅拌50~60min,使其混合均匀,即得。
