The application relates to a reinforcing sheet which can relieve the visual effect of the sink marks on the outer side of a vehicle body.
Description
Technical Field
The present application relates to a vehicle body structure and a reinforcing sheet used on the vehicle body structure.
Background
The reinforcement sheet is a strength reinforcing component for reinforcing the pressing rigidity of a vehicle body outer panel, particularly a thin outer panel, and is capable of being attached to the inner side of the outer panel and has a substantially rectangular outer shape. The reinforcing sheet also causes a sink mark appearance problem while reinforcing the outer panel. When the outer panel is viewed from the outside of the vehicle, the tension of the reinforcing sheet causes the outer panel to which the reinforcing sheet is attached to leave a deformation mark, i.e., a sink mark, at a position corresponding to the edge of the reinforcing sheet, and the sink mark affects the appearance of the outer panel. For a rectangular reinforcing sheet, four edge sink marks are left on the outer sheet, particularly two edge sink marks corresponding to the narrow sides of the reinforcing sheet. Also, the central portion of the large-area outer panel is deformed by the tension of the reinforcing sheet to leave a central inwardly depressed mark on the outer panel, which is also undesirable.
Disclosure of Invention
One aspect of the present application is directed to a reinforcing sheet for a vehicle, the reinforcing sheet having a body having a first direction and a second direction substantially perpendicular to the first direction, the body further having a central region and a boundary region surrounding the central region, a portion of an outer peripheral edge of the boundary region in at least one of the first and second directions being curved or arcuate, the central region having an aperture structure therein.
The outer periphery of the border region is at least partially non-linear, i.e., curved or arced. Here, the curve refers to a line on which the radius curvatures of points are different or the radius curvatures of points on the curve regularly change; the radius curvature of the arc may be constant. Therefore, the boundary area may be arranged such that the outer circumference in the first direction is curved, or the outer circumference in the second direction is curved, or the outer circumference as a whole is formed by curves, i.e. the outer circumferences in the first and second directions are both curved. Alternatively, the curved portion of the outer periphery may be provided in the form of an arc.
Optionally, in the reinforcing sheet described above, a length of the body in the first direction is greater than a length of the body in the second direction thereof, and an outer peripheral edge of the boundary region in the second direction is curved.
Alternatively, in the above reinforcing sheet, an outer peripheral edge of the boundary region in the first direction may be curved or straight.
When the reinforcing sheet is of an elongated configuration, i.e. has a length in a first direction greater than its length in a second direction, the reinforcing sheet may be arranged such that the narrower (second direction) outer peripheral edge is curved and the longer (first direction) outer peripheral edge is curved or straight.
Optionally, in the above reinforcing sheet, the curved line is a wavy line, wherein the wavy line has at least one peak and at least one valley, and the shape of the peak is the same as or different from the shape of the valley.
When the reinforcing sheet is of an elongated structure, i.e., has a length in the first direction greater than that in the second direction, the outer peripheral edge in the second direction is a wavy line, wherein the shapes of the peaks and valleys of the wavy line may be the same as or different from each other. Meanwhile, the outer circumference in the first direction is a straight line or a wavy line, and in the case where the outer circumference is a wavy line, the shapes of the peaks and valleys of the wavy line may be the same as or different from each other. In addition, the shapes of the peaks and valleys of the wavy lines in the second direction may be the same as or different from the shapes of the peaks and valleys of the corresponding wavy lines in the first direction.
Alternatively, in the reinforcing sheet described above, the outer peripheral edge of the boundary area has an elliptical shape with a major axis in the first direction and a minor axis in the second direction. The reinforcing sheet has an oval overall shape.
Alternatively, in the above reinforcing sheet, the hole structure is one hole provided at substantially the center of the central region, the one hole is an elliptical hole, and the outer peripheral edge of the boundary region is elliptical in shape.
Alternatively, in the above-described reinforcing sheet, the pore structure has a plurality of pores uniformly arranged with respect to the central region, the plurality of pores are all circular pores and the pores constitute a pore array.
The circular holes in the array of holes are uniformly arranged in the central region, and the circular holes may be arranged symmetrically about the center of the central region. The shape of the array of holes depends on the overall shape of the body of the reinforcing sheet. When the body is elongate, i.e. close to rectangular, the array of apertures appears as a rectangular array. When the body is oval, the array of apertures appears as a diamond array. The uniform distribution of the array of holes avoids stress concentrations in the reinforcing sheet.
Optionally, in the above reinforcing sheet, a plurality of vent slits spaced apart by the hole structure are further arranged in the central region.
The exhaust incision is a long edge. The plurality of vent slits are spaced apart by the aperture arrangement and are arranged as uniformly as possible in the central region, under the influence of the aperture arrangement. The vent slits may be arranged to be oriented in a second direction.
Alternatively, in the above reinforcing sheet, the reinforcing sheet is a patch for adhesion to a vehicle body.
Alternatively, in the above-described reinforcing sheet, the reinforcing sheet is attached to the inner side of the vehicle exterior panel.
The application relates to a reinforcing sheet which can relieve the visual effect of the sink marks on the outer side of a vehicle body. Sink marks can be reduced or even eliminated by changing the edge shape of the reinforcing sheet and punching the center. Thereby the automobile body planking is pasted the reinforcing piece of this application and is guaranteed pressing strength, and from the automobile body outside simultaneously, the sink mark of automobile body weakens or even eliminates, has reduced the harmful effects that the sink mark led to the fact to the outward appearance furthest, promotes the outward appearance effect.
When the reinforcing sheet is of an elongated structure, the relatively narrow side of the reinforcing sheet has a greater effect on sink marks of the vehicle body, and therefore, the shape of the edge of the relatively narrow side of the reinforcing sheet needs to be changed. Furthermore, it has been found that curved or curved edge shaped reinforcing sheets are particularly suitable for large area flat panels and body panels having a slight degree of curvature. When the corrugated reinforcing sheet is attached to the inside of the bent plate, the sink mark on the plate can be hardly seen even when viewed from the outside.
In addition, the uniform distribution of the holes and vent cuts in the center of the reinforcing sheet helps to reduce the dishing in the center of the outer panel.
The reinforcing sheet is particularly suitable for automobile body outer plates with relatively thin thickness, such as light thin aluminum plates, and the problem of insufficient bending rigidity of the outer plates can be compensated by attaching the reinforcing sheet to the outer plates.
Another aspect of the present application is to provide a vehicle body structure having any of the above reinforcing sheets, wherein the vehicle body structure is a body-in-white structure or a finished vehicle body structure with exterior trim and has improved visual effects.
