Abstract
The invention relates to a vehicle-mounted card slot device for preventing collision injury, which comprises a card slot shell and an outer cover plate, wherein the outer cover plate is arranged at the near end of the card slot shell, the other end of the card slot shell is the far end of the card slot shell, a card socket is arranged on the outer cover plate, the device also comprises a movable card accommodating body, one end of the movable card accommodating body is provided with a cavity opening corresponding to the card socket, the other end of the movable card accommodating body is connected with the card slot shell through an elastic component, the movable card accommodating body is arranged in the card slot shell in a sliding manner, and a fastening clamping jaw for clamping the card body is arranged on the movable card accommodating; when inserting the card body and the card body does not receive the outside to exert thrust, the card body is in the chucking state, and the portable card holds the body and keeps away from draw-in groove casing distal end, and when striking the card body, the card body drives portable card and holds the body and impel to draw-in groove casing distal end. Description
Technical Field

Background
In the conventional vehicle-mounted card slot device, as shown in fig. 1, a card slot 1 is provided in a card slot, and a state after a card body is inserted is as shown in fig. 2, a card 3 is inserted from the card slot 1 until the card body is pushed to the rear of the card slot, and the card body 3 is clamped by a movable clamping claw 2 on the card slot. In addition, after card body 3 is secured, card body 3 needs to be exposed to the card slot a distance (typically no less than 25mm) to facilitate removal of card body 3 from the card slot by a user's fingers grasping the end of card body 3.
In the case of the prior art, in the knee crash test or hard braking, as shown in fig. 3, the driver or passenger may impact the entire leg forward due to inertia, and the knee may directly collide against the card slot into which the card body 3 is inserted. Since card body 3 needs to have a projection of at least 25mm with respect to the outer surface of the card slot, such a large projection may cause a large injury to the user's knees when the knees are struck against hard card body 3, and the state diagram is shown in fig. 4.

The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide a vehicle-mounted card slot device for preventing collision injury.

The inner wall of the far end of the clamping groove shell is provided with a first stop rib used for limiting the movable card containing body to push towards the clamping groove shell.

(3) the card insertion opening of the invention adopts an inward-concave funnel shape, so that the tip of a user's finger can contact the card body, and the user's knee can only contact the outer surface of the card slot panel and does not enter the funnel area;
(4) the outer cover plate and the clamping groove shell are connected with the kneading rib in a kneading mode through the clamp and the positioning pin, and the clamping groove is convenient to install and disassemble.

As shown in fig. 5 to 12, a vehicle-mounted card slot device for preventing collision injury comprises a card slot shell 4 and an outer cover plate 5, wherein the outer cover plate 5 is arranged at the near end of the card slot shell 4, the other end of the card slot shell 4 is the far end of the card slot shell, a card socket 1 is arranged on the outer cover plate 5, and the card socket 1 is in a sunken funnel shape, so that the tip of a finger of a user can contact with a card body 3, and the knee of the user can only contact with the outer surface of a card slot panel without entering into a funnel area. The outer cover plate 5 is provided with a clamp 17 and a positioning pin 18 which are used for kneading and connecting the clamping groove shell 4, and one end of the clamping groove shell 4 connected with the outer cover plate 5 is correspondingly provided with kneading ribs 19 which are matched with the clamp 17 and the positioning pin 18 in a one-to-one correspondence manner.
The device also comprises a movable card accommodating body 6, one end of the movable card accommodating body 6 is provided with a cavity opening corresponding to the card socket 1, the other end of the movable card accommodating body is connected with the card slot shell 4 through an elastic component, the movable card accommodating body 6 is arranged in the card slot shell 4 in a sliding manner, and the movable card accommodating body 6 is provided with a fastening claw 16 for clamping the card body 3; when inserting the card body 3 and the card body 3 does not receive outside application thrust, the card body 3 is in the chucking state, and the portable card holds the body 6 and keeps away from 4 distal ends of draw-in groove casing, and when striking the card body 3, the card body 3 drives portable card and holds the body 6 and impel to 4 distal ends of draw-in groove casing.

The sliding guide mechanism comprises moving flanges 10 arranged on two side edges of the movable card accommodating body 6 and moving guide grooves 11 correspondingly arranged on inner side walls on two sides of the clamping groove shell 4, and the moving flanges 10 are embedded into the moving guide grooves 11 and arranged in a sliding mode. The sliding guide mechanism further comprises a lower convex rib 12 arranged at the bottom of the movable card accommodating body 6 and a bottom sliding groove 13 correspondingly arranged at the bottom of the clamping groove shell 4, and the lower convex rib 12 is embedded into the bottom sliding groove 13 and arranged in a sliding mode. The sliding process is as follows: the moving flange 10 on the side of the movable card containing body 6 is located in the moving guide groove 11 of the card slot housing 4 to move back and forth, and the bottom sliding groove 13 of the card slot housing 4 is used for being matched with the lower convex rib 12 of the movable card containing body 6 and moving the movable card containing body 6.
A first stopper rib 14 for restricting the movable card holding body 6 from being pushed into the card slot housing 4 is provided on the distal inner wall of the card slot housing 4. The second stop rib 15 for limiting the mobile card accommodating body 6 to rebound from the card slot shell 4 is arranged at one end of the cavity opening of the mobile card accommodating body 6.
The fastening claw 16 is provided in the middle of the movable card-receiving body 6, the fastening claw 16 is provided obliquely downward, and after the card body 3 is inserted into the movable card-receiving body 6, the end of the fastening claw 16 contacts and presses the card body 3, and the card body 3 is inserted further, and the card body 3 passes through the fastening claw 16 and reaches the end of the card-receiving body.
The specific use of the vehicle card slot device in this embodiment is as follows:

At last the user moves the finger and opens, portable card accommodating body 6 is under the resilience force of spring 9, take the card body 3 to go back outwards, stop position muscle 15 contact outer cover plate 5 until the second on portable card accommodating body 6, card body 3 evaginates in outer cover plate 5 certain distance (≧ 25mm) so that the user wants when taking out the card body 3 this moment, the card can be held between the fingers, its state is as shown in fig. 15, spring 9 is still in by the compression state under this state, consequently, this evagination distance is a stable state, can not take place to rock the isokinetic.
