本发明涉及陶瓷灯管加工技术领域,具体地涉及一种陶瓷灯管智能加工切割打磨质检一体化设备。
背景技术
近年来,随着我国经济的快速发展以及科学技术水平不断提高,人民生活质量得到大幅度的提高,人们对生活各方面的要求也越来越高。陶瓷灯管是选用陶瓷材质制作而成,具有外观优美,具有我国古典气质的灯具,而不断受到人们的喜爱。陶瓷灯管也是一种优质高效、耐高温度、使用寿命长、燥物品不会受热变形的灯管。随着各种环境要求越来越高,在温度较高的坏境下照明,陶瓷灯管能适应相对较高温度的环境进行照明,较好的代替了普通灯管,尤其是化工化纤、工程塑料、塑料机械、电子、医药和食品等行业加工过程中,普通灯管照明使用寿命较低,陶瓷灯管以其耐高温的优点,应用范围越来越广,陶瓷灯管加工技术也随之得到较快的发展。在陶瓷灯管生产加工过程中需要对陶瓷灯管进行切割分段,切割后进行打磨,打磨完毕后进行质检,方可进入下一道工序。目前,陶瓷灯管加工是由人工将陶瓷灯管放入切割设备进行切割,然后再由人工将切割后的陶瓷灯管拿到打磨设备进行打磨,而后才是进行质检。这种陶瓷灯管加工方式不仅效率低下,并且加工质量不稳定,达不到陶瓷灯管快速加工的要求。
发明内容
本发明主要目的是解决以上不足,提供了一种能较好的对陶瓷灯管进行切割打磨质检一体加工,极大的提高陶瓷灯管加工效率的陶瓷灯管智能加工切割打磨质检一体化设备。
一种陶瓷灯管智能加工切割打磨质检一体化设备,包括装载小车、轨道、切割机座、切割机、打磨机座、收发天线、打磨机、打磨探头、质检座、质检激光探头、合格轨道、回转轨道、操作控制器和切割探头,合格轨道设置在轨道端部,回转轨道与轨道连接形成回路,装载小车包括装载小车控制器、小车电机、小车收发天线、小车轮、小车制动器和小车电池,装载小车控制器、小车电机、小车制动器和小车电池设置在装载小车内部,小车收发天线设置在装载小车壳体上,小车轮设置在装载小车底部并与轨道、合格轨道和回转轨道对应,小车电机、小车收发天线、小车制动器和小车电池通过电缆与小车控制器连接,操作控制器设置在轨道侧边,控制器上设置有小车收发天线对应的收发天线,切割机座设置在轨道中部,切割机通过支架设置在切割机座上并位于轨道上方,切割探头通过支架设置在切割机座上并位于轨道上方,打磨机座设置在轨道中部并位于切割机座右侧,打磨机通过支架设置在打磨机座上并位于轨道上方,打磨探头通过支架设置在打磨机座上并位于轨道上方,质检座设置在轨道中部并位于打磨机座右侧,质检激光探头通过支架设置在质检座上并位于轨道上方,切割机、收发天线、打磨机、打磨探头、质检激光探头和切割探头通过电缆与操作控制器连接。
进一步,该陶瓷灯管智能加工切割打磨质检一体化设备的小车电机为变频电机。
相对于现有技术,本发明取得的有益技术效果为:该陶瓷灯管智能加工切割打磨质检一体化设备结构简单,使用操作方便,较好的对陶瓷灯管进行了切割打磨质检一体加工,较好的提高了陶瓷灯管加工效率,有效的确保了陶瓷灯管加工质量,达到了对陶瓷灯管快速加工的要求,适合推广使用。

一种陶瓷灯管智能加工切割打磨质检一体化设备,包括装载小车1、轨道6、切割机座7、切割机8、打磨机座9、收发天线10、打磨机11、打磨探头12、质检座13、质检激光探头14、合格轨道15、回转轨道16、操作控制器17和切割探头18,合格轨道15设置在轨道6端部,回转轨道16与轨道6连接形成回路,装载小车1包括装载小车控制器3、小车电机4、小车收发天线5、小车轮19、小车制动器20和小车电池21,装载小车控制器3、小车电机4、小车制动器20和小车电池21设置在装载小车1内部,小车收发天线5设置在装载小车1壳体上,小车轮19设置在装载小车1底部并与轨道6、合格轨道15和回转轨道16对应,小车电机4、小车收发天线5、小车制动器20和小车电池21通过电缆与小车控制器3连接,操作控制器17设置在轨道6侧边,控制器17上设置有小车收发天线5对应的收发天线10,切割机座7设置在轨道6中部,切割机8通过支架设置在切割机座7上并位于轨道6上方,切割探头18通过支架设置在切割机座7上并位于轨道6上方,打磨机座9设置在轨道6中部并位于切割机座7右侧,打磨机11通过支架设置在打磨机座9上并位于轨道6上方,打磨探头12通过支架设置在打磨机座9上并位于轨道6上方,质检座13设置在轨道6中部并位于打磨机座9右侧,质检激光探头14通过支架设置在质检座13上并位于轨道6上方,切割机8、收发天线10、打磨机11、打磨探头12、质检激光探头14和切割探头18通过电缆与操作控制器17连接。

本发明的工作原理为:将需要加工的陶瓷灯管2放置在装载小车1上,通过操作控制器17操作***工作,控制信息由收发天线10发送至小车收发天线5接收,小车制动器20控制小车电机4工作,小车电机4带动装载小车1前行至切割机8处,切割探头18检测到装载陶瓷灯管2的装载小车1将信息传送至操作控制器17,操作控制器17通过信号传送(原理同上)控制小车制动器20让装载小车1停止,并控制切割机8对陶瓷灯管2进行切割,切割完毕操作控制器17通过信号传送(原理同上)将装载陶瓷灯管2的装载小车1进入打磨机11进行打磨,打磨完毕后操作控制器17通过信号传送(原理同上)将装载陶瓷灯管2的装载小车1进入质检激光探头14进行质检,质检合格的则控制进入合格轨道15完成加工工作,不合格则控制进入回转轨道16回到原点取出不合格品进行或是重新切割打磨质检。
